I had a very pleasant and relaxing rental experience with this location. It was so much easier…read morerenting from this smaller shop than at the busy airport. The agent took time to sit in the car with me to make sure my phone connected to Apple Play and which map app worked, I tested the windshield wipers since it was raining and it squeaked so he cleaned up a different car for me quickly, I could make sure mirrors adjusted to my height. He answered all my questions and never rushed me. We were able to sit down to process the forms and pay which was more comfortable than standing at a counter and gave me a little more time to acclimate to the vehicle. The website said it doesn't allow afterhours dropoff but they said it does which was quite a relief since I wasn't sure if I'd make it back before 6pm. Afterhours Dropoff was super easy and my receipt the next morning showed that I was only charged through the dropoff day and not the next morning when their office opened.
