The agent took time to sit in the car with me to make sure my phone connected to Apple Play and which map app worked, I tested the windshield wipers since it was raining and it squeaked so he cleaned up a different car for me quickly, I could make sure mirrors adjusted to my height. We were able to sit down to process the forms and pay which was more comfortable than standing at a counter and gave me a little more time to acclimate to the vehicle. The website said it doesn't allow afterhours dropoff but they said it does which was quite a relief since I wasn't sure if I'd make it back before 6pm. Afterhours Dropoff was super easy and my receipt the next morning showed that I was only charged through the dropoff day and not the next morning when their office opened.
