I booked a limo ride for a short 15 - 20 minute pickup and drop off from a house to wedding venue…read more I booked the reservation online with all the info. It never officially gave me a price for the ride but I figured it couldn't be too crazy and said that the quote was pending. Only to find out they charged me $1,008 for a 20 minute limo ride saying there is a 4 hour minimum. I called the company to see if there was any way they could take some off since that was nowhere on the online booking and we only used them for 20 minutes. They said no and hung up. Very upsetting. Not to mention the 20 minutes that we did use the limo for, the music and sound didn't work so we sat in silence most of the trip. Overall not a great experience and now I'm out $1000 for a lousy 20 minute limo ride. Would not recommend this company.

Excellent Service…read more We've been using Regal Coach as our go-to airport transportation service for several years and they are always professional, friendly and on time or early. The cars are clean and provide a nice, stress free ride to Logan airport. I have experience requesting pickups both very early morning and later in the evening. They are always there and ready to pickup, even when the flight lands early. They send you a text with the pickup location and you are good to go. I have also used them as transportation to events in Boston for the night. Easy to book, invoices arrive after your pickup. I only have good things to say about them. I highly recommend Regal Coach.

It was just what we needed to get our son home from a trip to Japan back to college from Logan Airport after midnight. We weren't able to make the trip to Logan to give him the ride ourselves, so we had to find a reliable and trustworthy way to get him back to campus, and I'm so glad we found Regal Coach Boston. The owner was responsive and gave his personal assurance that all would work out well, and it did. The driver contacted our son and us while he waited to meet our son at the terminal, and made it very easy to connect, even though my son's flight was delayed. We are very appreciative. We will count on this business again in the future.

After looking at recent reviews on Google, I was dumbfounded at some of the comments that claimed…read morethat this company used vehicles with suspended registrations to transport people. After an airport trip this past week, I took the time to look it up on MASS RMV after getting the license plate off the app I used for my trip. I'm so sad to have to give this negative review. This company was my go-to for many years and it…read moreused to be always flawless and reliable, plus pleasant. Today, I've had a very disturbing experience. Briefly: luggage carousel took a long time to get rolling (about 40 minutes). I called the dispatch to alert them so that they'd know A) I'm not ghosting and B) probably don't want to rush to the pickup zone if they have a better place to wait. 30min into my wait (25min after my courtesy call), the boss from headquarters calls me and demands that I tip the driver extra because they don't pay him to wait more than 30min. And he wasn't nice about it. Thing is, I'd already tipped nicely on the pre-pay (which the rude caller knew), and given the hard time we were all having with this delay and a late hour, I was planning to give a little cash too. This call changed my experience, changed my feeling about tipping the extra (I couldn't feel anything but resentment), and also admittedly reduced the amount of that extra cash when I did cough it up. Driver also made it clear that he was not happy to be here, and that I was obviously a tremendous inconvenience. For the price I paid, I would have appreciated a bit more commiserating attitude versus a misdirected anger attitude. Waiting isn't super fun for anyone, but at least he was sitting in a warm car and had all of his belongings. Please anyone who has a better airport limo company in this area feel free to DM me.
