A great service I've been using for a few years now. Always reliable, never late; if anything they are a bit early on the pick up. Some very good drivers with great personalities. Prices are competitive, but these guys are my go-to. I'm 6'5" and they always have Yukons with plenty of leg room, complimentary water, and the vehicles are always sparkling clean and smoke-free. Highest recommendation. read more

We've used JB Livery several times for family airport drop-offs and pickups, and every experience has been seamless. I also booked a group brewery tour through them, which was absolutely fantastic. Their communication is always clear, the drivers are professional, and the pricing is very reasonable. I couldn't recommend them more highly! read more

JB Livery is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I have been patrons in the recent pass. Our niece from Southern California was visiting and had a 7:00AM return flight. It was originally scheduled for 7:30AM and JB Livery was scheduled to pick her up at our house at 4:30AM. I called around 3:50AM and was reassured the ride would be there shortly...and it was! My niece texted me and said her driver Tom was "so nice and friendly! And put me at ease about getting to airport in time!" We will ALWAYS choose JB Livery!! read more

JB Livery is my go-to car service. I cannot say enough positive things about their responsiveness and professionalism. I have NEVER been disappointed by any interactions with JB livery. I use them for both personal and business trips. We have had car service for 1-2 and bus trips for 14. Each time, they were on time, helpful, pleasant, professional and friendly. I would never use another service. read more

I would recommend JB Livery to anyone. I was flying out of Logan airport early on Monday morning, and realized I needed a car service Sunday night. After calling many car services - all of whom were completely booked up - I was referred to JB Livery, and I'm so glad I was! We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early. We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind. Don is the biggest reason we'd use JB Livery again - he was a wonderful conversationalist, kind, professional, and, of course, an excellent driver. We were at the airport within plenty of time, and had a great time getting there. Much appreciated!! read more

Sent an email to reserve a town car for a client. No response within 24 hours. I then followed up with a phone call the next morning; the person at dispatch said they'd look into it and call me back. Never heard from them. Because this was an important client I was making a reservation for, I could not wait. I went with another company and got everything confirmed within minutes. read more

Awesome service. Easy to book, arrived on time and James was an awesome driver. We'll definitely book again!

My family has been using JB's for several years.Service to and from Logan Airport couldn't be better. Always on time and professional. My wife and I have used JB Livery at least six times for Logan drop offs and pick ups. They are fantastic. Always on time, courteous and professional drivers. We were delayed one trip a total of seven hours and they tracked us the entire way and were waiting when we arrived at Logan around 100 AM. They have picked us up in everything from a large SUV to a stretch limo and every vehicle has been immaculate. Highly recommended. read more

JB Livery is top notch organization. I've booked a midnight pickup for Logan Airport on 3 hours notice when my flight schedule was totally messed up - more than once. Drivers are professional & on time. Cars are immaculate. My favorite feature is your driver texts when you land (they all monitor the flights) and let you know they're waiting. 4AM pick-up- no problem. Flights delayed - no problem. Send an email - confirmation in 15 minutes. read more

Great experience from start to finish We booked JB from online reviews and got a fair deal and great service. I have never used them before but will from now on. We got a 13 passenger coach to go to The rolling stones concert in foxboro. Booking it was easy because the person who answered phone knew her business and was able to manage everything. Price was good under $100 per hour Bus showed at exactly 5 pm with Mike the driver who was very professional and personable. Everyone in my group had good things to say about him. Bus was modern and clean , a/c worked well and had bluetooth for those Rolling Stones classics In all it was a great day and JB helped make it I would recommend them to anyone read more

This is the worst livery service I have ever seen we had a wedding and a party afterwards and we requested a pick up at 12:30 PM they arrived to pick up 30 people with a SUV and had to make numerous trips and by the way it was raining out my people had to wait outside And it did not seem to bother them they made numerous trips back to the hotel again I would never recommend them to my worst enemy read more

Me: Hi I'm calling to reserve a car to Logan for tomorrow. Stuart: What time would you like to be picked up, where, and for how many people? Me: 10:30 am for two people. Stuart: Not a problem. The price is X including tolls. If you want to send a request to reservations@jblivery.com with any questions please feel free to do so. Me: Excellent, I'll send a request via email also. Stuart: I'll call you in a couple of hours to get your credit card information. Stuart called two hours later for the credit card information and followed up with a confirmation email. The car showed up the next day at exactly 10:30 am - it was clean and well maintained. I.e. it didn't look like something out of a throwback 70's salvaged wreck disguised as a town car. The driver was courteous, well mannered and also put the luggage in the trunk. I will definitely reach out to JB Livery for any transportation needs to the airport first and will not need to shop around again. read more

The best service I have used to and from Logan. Driver is always on time, super friendly and the cars are spotless. Well worth the money.

I googled top livery services in Brockton Area and JB Livery was the first of 10, there was a link to Yelp and I'm a Yelper so I read the reviews and also checked other online reviews and from what I read we called them to arrange drop off and pick up at Logan for our vacation. On the morning of our trip I received a text with the name and number of our driver. The driver Dave arrived on time, and he asked if we had a preference of route to Logan, we left it up to him. He opted for back roads and got us to Logan earlier than we would have arrived had we jumped on the highway, with morning traffic. On our return trip home again we received a text with driver's name and number and we met John at the the Limo pick up area at Logan. He was super friendly and gave us some cold water which is always great when you're getting off a plane, he got us home safely. Both were excellent drivers. I will definitively hire and reccomend them to anyone looking for great service. read more

Always perfect service. On time, new cars and courteous drivers. Definitely recommend

Great service and great prices! We live in Braintree so it's a great local service for us. We paid more in leaving our car at the airport until we discovered JB's services. We'll definitely use them again! read more

Booked a ride to Logan for an early morning flight so as to avoid stress and parking costs. At 4:30 am, 45 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time I get a call from a driver saying she is having car trouble and can't reach her boss to get another driver lined up. She pretty much tells me that I am on my own. I scramble, change plans, race to the airport and nearly miss my flight. I then took the time to send a professional but critical email to JB Livery explaining my disappointment in the fact that they have no backup plan in the event a driver had a problem. One week later and no response. I then called JB Livery to see whether they received my email. Yes, the woman who answered the phone responded. She saw my email and she thought someone would have responded. She doesn't know why they didn't. If this is the type of customer Service you want - use JB Livery. Otherwise, I'd recommend against. read more

I highly recommend JB Livery. Very professional and prompt. Our 2 drivers for a trip to Logan and back were awesome!

I've used JB for years, great service and attention to detail. One time a few years ago I scheduled them to pick me and a buddy up after a Red Sox game and they forgot about me, called them up and within 20 minutes another driver was there to pick me up. Highly recommend them for any car service use. read more

Our driver Ed was great! He was early to pick us up and stopped at rest stops when needed. Would use again!
