I have used iBoston Limo many times over the last few years for transportation to/from Logan airport and the service has been consistently excellent. Always on-time in a nice vehicle and a smooth ride. Flight delays have been accounted for along with the occassional early arrival on cross-country flights. I have used iBoston Limo flying into and out most of the terminals at Logan (Terminals A, B, and C) and the instructions for how to get to the limo stand have always been very clear. I had this company pick up my family as we flew into Boston late at night. The rental car costs were insane so it made sense to just get rides to and from the airport. They have great communication (through text or email), were on time, the driver was nice and drove well and the Escalade was nice for 4 people (I have large teenagers). We have used ibostonlimo twice now for our airport travel and they were excellent each time! The chauffeurs are kind and helpful. They're always on time and you can depend on them being at the airport waiting for you to arrive. We rented a car seat each time and they never forgot it. The cars are very clean and new. I can't thank IBoston Limo enough for their outstanding service during my recent family trip to Boston. Booking online was simple, and I was especially happy with the quick response time to my inquiries. Prior to finalizing the reservations, I was sent an email with all of the information asking me to reconfirm. The price was reasonable, affordable and transparent. I like that the cost breakdown was all there upfront. Our pick up times were both early morning (7am and 4am), so you can imagine my concern of a potential late pick up. However, both times I received a text message confirming that the drivers were on site - both were 10 minutes early too! A definite sigh of relief! The drivers were professionally dressed, with my name displayed on their electronic notebooks. They were very courteous, and reconfirmed my identity and destination before opening the doors for us and loading our luggage into the Executive SUV's - which were very clean/pristine! From the airport, we had loads of questions about city, and our driver was kind enough to share his local knowledge of the area, and of places we passed along the way giving us tips on sites to visit. I also liked that our drivers were familiar with the routes and weren't constantly adjusting their navigational maps, or obviously circling the block trying to find their way - like we've unfortunately experienced with other Transportation Network Companies like Uber and Lyft, and even taxis. At our drop offs, they doubled checked the SUV to make sure we didn't forget anything; addressed me by name and thanking all us for using their service. Even in this time of covid and social distancing, they offered a handshake and/or fistbump - which I gladly accepted.
