I'm extremely surprised that first , he won't take the time to speak to me on the phone. Then I described what we needed on a voicemail. He responded to me to send him a text. We needed a car to drive us from Sudbury to TD Garden, then to have dinner in the North End, then back to Sudbury. He actually said he "wasn't up for that" and good luck. Honestly, what a jerk. We used David's Rides to take our daughter from Westborough to Logan Airport to take the bus to Maine. David called and confirmed the day before and told us what type of car and color of the vehicle that would pick her up and he had her phone number in case of any questions or problems. He told us that his driver, Kathleen would be there. She came on time and also waited while she got on the bus. Kathleen also called her later to check on her bus ride. It was a wonderful experience for our daughter and helped with her confidence for the future. Kathleen also called to confirm the ride home and the pickup time at Logan.
