Excellent experience with Lisa taking me to Skillman, NJ on Friday and then Rick who picked me up to return to my home in Medford on Sunday. Both drivers were courteous and friendly and made me feel comfortable with each of them. Wonderful service and I will continue to reach out to them next time I need to travel long distance. read more

We have been using these folks for over 20 years. For us it is exclusively airport service from/to MetroWest to Logan. This company has reasonable rates, well maintained town cars/SUVs and consistently good drivers. No, they are not as cheap as Uber but they have never left us waiting or wondering if they are going to show up. I can make reservations well in advance, online, and the process is easy. I love that when I turn my phone on after landing at Logan there is always the message " Hello, your driver is monitoring your flight". They never miss... read more

Terrible customer service. The owners are rude, condescending, and not willing to work with you in any way. They made me feel like I was the one working for them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Amazing service! The company and driver were professional throughout the entire process. They were accommodating to our needs and changes along the way. The driver showed up early which allowed for even more time to get to the airport. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a service like this. read more

I've been using this service for 4 years now since my sons wedding. They are professional and punctual. I never have to worry when traveling- they keep you well informed of when they'll be at your home and when they pick you up at the airport. The drivers are all friendly and welcoming. I will not use another service. read more

Great experience from the first call to the end of the ride! Will definitely use again whenever traveling to Boston. Car was immaculate - driver an absolute professional! read more

My husband & I used this transportation service several times in the past for our airport delivery and pickup needs rather than leaving our vehicle at the airport. Never have a problem even if the airlines have a problem of delayed or canceled flights. Accent was able to reschedule our transportation pickup with no problem. Our drivers have always been dependably on-time and helped with all our luggage needs. Will continue to use them in the future knowing that I can count on them. read more

We reserved a small "executive transit van" for our family of 12 to drive us from Boston to Salem. Every part of this experience was positive - from working with Rick to arrange it, to being picked up by Scott on time and safely driven in this very comfortable vehicle. I had called a few companies and Accent Limo's prices were competitive, but most impressive, their customer service/responsiveness was notably superior to all. Thank you to Accent Limo for making this part of my party planning easy and successful! Highly recommend! read more

Reserved a Limo for my daughter's 14th birthday for a night out in Boston. Rick (one of the owners) answered my call and helped me with my reservation. He super helpful with the whole process and he was accommodating when we added 2 extra guests last minute. The limo was on time and very clean. Our driver was COVID vaccinated and wore his mask. I cannot stress enough how awesome our driver Scot was. We had 8 teenage girls and they all loved him. He was hilarious (full of dad jokes and local trivia). He was very considerate and patient and accommodating. I had a list of photo-op stops throughout Boston that the driver arranged in order of what makes sense. We even had 2 timed events to stop at that we were on time for. This was my first time renting a limo and I could not have picked a better company to work with! read more

Accent provided the highest level of professional service and customer satisfaction. They provided a wheelchair car to pick up my sister and bring her from Dedham to Upton for our Thanksgiving dinner. The first phone call inquiry with Dan and subsequent conversations and emails with Rick and Jeff were all courteous, helpful, and timely. The driver, Pete, treated my sister with compassion and sensitivity, which put her and our family at ease. Her ride was pleasant and safe. With this experience, Accent has earned our business for all our transportation needs. read more

Perfect Service! Punctual, immaculately clean cars, professional courteous drivers, I am so glad I booked with them! Our drivers Jackie and Tom were fabulous, Tom was tracking our arrival and knew we landed early which was such a pleasure to not have to wait. Outstanding service! Thanks! read more

Professional, on time, personable and priced well, I will use Accent now and forever more. They are "Keepers"!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very responsive to request for quote and information. Rick was very nice to work with and very professional. Accent picked up my college-age kid at Logan at 6:00am (yuck!). She landed 30 minutes early but the driver was there & ready. Everything went smoothly, driver was super nice and they had an enjoyable conversation. 100% professional company all the way from reservations through drop-off - responsive via phone and email, nailed down the details, clean vehicle, price was exactly as promised = 5 stars from us, highly recommend and will use again! read more

After recently using Accent for a drop off and pickup of 8 people at Logan Airport, we all can whole heartedly recommend them for prompt, friendly service. Very professional company with great communication skills with the customer. Made the experience easy and fun! read more

Accent limo provided great service for our girls night to Foxwoods recently. The 12 passenger vehicle was great - clean and very nice! And the complimentary champagne was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend their services! read more

I utilized Accent for our Valentine's Day reservation, and they really made the night into something great. For a number of reasons that I'd rather not get into, I was incredibly late in making my reservations. So, mere hours before my intended pick up, Dee took my information, sorted everything out and was generally funny & fantastic. Tom, our driver, was amazing. I'd arranged for us to be picked up at 8pm from the West End Lounge and he arrived early with plenty of time at 730, and with a phone call swooped in to whisk us away right when we finished. Other things that were great about Tom: He held open doors even when we tried to jump out without assistance. He was an excellent driver, even executing three point turns in tiny streets. When we had trouble with reservations at a succession of restaurants looking for dessert, always seconds away from a quick pick up. In general he was just perfect. All in all, I'd recommend Accent Limo Service highly and will definitely be booking Tom for our next fancy schmancy occasion. read more

I found Accent though a Groupon Deal. I needed a 10 passenger limo for my wedding and their price was perfect for an 8 hr deal. I spoke with Bob and he was great, always answering my questions promptly and in a friendly manner. Flash forward a few months to the actual day and our wonderful experience. The limo was beautiful, new and clean, glassware was spotless. Our driver, Scott, was early and waited patiently for a very tardy bride (myself) to come downstairs. He kept my bridesmaids chatting and relaxed and never rushed us. He was even sweet enough to take a few pictures of us all in front of the hall. While the entire wedding party was taking pictures, he invited our parents to relax in the limo while they waited. He was conscientious and fun, making everyone feel at ease. I would definitely recommend these guys and am looking to using them for upcoming events. Signed, A happy Bride read more

What a delight it was to have this car service to and from Boston for our recent vacation. The drivers were amazing and friendly and great drivers too. Si glad my fiancé booked them. read more

We love Accent Limousine Service! The owners and the drivers are so easy to work with and professional. Highly recommend. We most recently used the service for our daughter's 16th birthday and the chauffeur, Jim, was just wonderful. He promised he would take good care of the party and he did. The girls had a most amazing evening in Boston. Coincidentally, he was the same chauffeur that drove for our older daughter's 16th birthday several years ago. No staff turnover issues here. Thank you Accent Limo for helping us to make wonderful memories! read more

Very impressed with the excellent service provided by Accent Limo. Rented one of the accent 10 limo for our daughter's 16th birthday. We were even asked if we wanted to come over to decorate the limo, which we did early in the morning. Ryan who works in the garage to prepare the limoes for their next ride was very accommodating in helping us out. The driver was Jackie, a lovely lady who made sure our teens had a great time. Best part: Accent Limo beat everone else we called in customer service and price! read more

Accent is pretty good. Cars are decent, they're good about pick ups from the house and they're reasonably good about getting you a receipt for your expense report within a day. On top of that, I've built up relationships with a number of the drivers. Where they don't shine is to have a car at the airport waiting for you when you arrive. I've done 54 trips with Accent to Logan airport, totaling ~$7,500. Sometimes there's a car waiting when I arrive, sometimes not. After you've already been traveling for hours (in the case of Japan trips, about 22 hours) it's not fun to have to wait longer still for them to arrive -- particularly given the temperatures in MA during the winter. Would be interested to hear from other frequent travelers about their experiences with airport limos. How often do you get stuck waiting? Is Accent average or are there better out there? Note that I'm not price sensitive (just expense it), so service is the important factor for me. Thanks for any feedback, Yelpers! read more

So impressed! As you all know the cost of parking for a week at Logan is outrageous! We had two families / 2 cars and parking at Logan for the week. Thought we would check out the limo transport idea--- cost was reasonable and approximately the same as parking at the airport -- this was so easy and no hassle. Scott was our driver--- a true professional and excellent driver. He maneuvered through bad weather and rush hour with ease! Our return plans were changed and they handled our new reservation with ease. Highly recommend and will no longer be driving/parking at Logan. read more

We hired Accent Limo to take us to and from Fenway Park for a birthday celebration I spoke with Julie to make reservations and she is great and put me at ease about pick up time as I am nervous about getting there on time. Mike was our driver to the park and Jackie was a return driver. Both professionals and a delight to have as drivers. The car was spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend Accent Limo read more

These guys are the best!! Was looking for a good affordable limo service for my proposal and after contacting a few in the Boston area, I had no doubt that Accent Limousine was the way to go. I called them up and the woman I spoke to was very hospitable and took down all of my requests to help me pull off the surprise. Our chauffeur, Paul, was extremely kind and a team player in carrying out my elaborate plan. Everything went so smoothly and he drove us all to the restaurant afterwards, dropping us off at the entrance, and picking us up after dinner within just 60 seconds of me calling him. The rate is great at $91/hr all inclusive that is collected at the end of the night (using the credit card information you gave them for the advance). They also included a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne which we all toasted with at the end of the night. Highly recommend this service to all!! read more

After an initial hiccup, Accent Limo went above and beyond to provide best in class service and make sure my family made it to the airport in plenty of time for our dream vacation. It's rare and special when you find a company as dedicated to customer satisfaction as Accent Limo. From the owner, Bob, all the way throughout the team we worked with, everyone was pleasant, professional, and customer focused. The limo itself was in great condition and totally meet the needs of our party of 8. We are fans and loyal customers going forward - highly recommend! read more

Fantastic Service! Accent Limousine picked me and my neighbor up for a night on the town! First of all the limo driver was so nice! He escorted us to the limo and made sure we were comfortable! Our first stop was at a fabulous restaurant in town! Fire and Ice! Very unique dining concept! When we were done our driver and limo were waiting for us curbside. .Next we were whisked off to the Colonial Theater for a show! We had a fabulous time. Our driver was courteous and professional. Very good limousine service with a professional and courteous driver who got us where we needed to be on-time. Only two complaints: I reserved a black stretch limo but got a white one; and, I was pretty upset that the promised free bottle of "champagne" turned out to be Spumonte. The evening was a class act but we missed out on the promised champagne and never even bothered opening that sugary sweet sparkling wine they provided instead. Even Prosecco would've been better. read more

Booked Accent, but driver never showed. Turned out to be a very unfortunate set of circumstances that took some time to unravel. To their credit, when they finally realized the error and that I was unhappy with the miscommunication Accent not only provided a full explanation and apology direct from the owner, they also made good on my extra expense for parking at the airport. Mistakes happen, but Accent appears to be a company you can trust to try and make things right read more
