We made a reservation for snelimo for a pickup at hotel and drop off at the airport. We waited till 15 min after the scheduled pick up time and numerous calls when the driver finally called back to say she had a flat and that she would be there in 30 min. After finding another car service to take us, they called 45 min later to say they were at the hotel. Mistake #1. I spoke with the owner and he apologized and assured us that he would immediately refund the charges. A couple of weeks later, I emailed him and called b/c we did not see the reversal of charges. He said "his secretary must have missed it" and that he would take care of that day immediately. Mistake #2 Finally, after 45 days, I emailed and called twice. 2nd time when I got the owner, his response: "it's my day off, so I don't have to take care of this. I'm in my shorts and tshirt and I'm not in the mood. The more you talk about it will not do anything" and then he hung up. Mistake #3. This not a review, but a warning, do not use this company. They are at best incompetent and unprofessional. Dishonest is probably a better description.
