I told the driver I was going to retrieve my groceries and instead, he speeded off, with groceries still inside his car. I spent hours trying to contact him through the app. Finally I was able to get hold of a support agent and explained exactly what happened. I received my groceries around 11PM. Adding insult to injury, Lyft then charged me a $20 "lost item" fee - for my groceries that were not lost. The driver made off with them still in his car. Riders be aware, there is no phone support for situations like this. You can be charged fees even when it's the driver's fault. Very disappointed in their customer service.

They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet.
