I feel very safe using this service to pick me up in the wee morning hours at the airport and get me home safely, and as a single lady that is very rare but of utmost importance. I have been using this service for almost three years now and the quality has always been top notch. The service has grown to include several more drivers, of which I've had two newer ones, both of whom were polite, courteous and professional. Hired Bill for trips to and from Logan airport and could not be happier with the caliber of service. Bill was early for pickup to Logan and super nice on the way there, making the ride enjoyable. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. I found myself in a bit of a jam for airport transportation and learned about this service. Bill was very responsive in getting me lined up with one of his drivers to pick me up when I came home from being abroad. The driver was new to the team and there were some communication issues as far as where to find me which was a bit frustrating. He was very apologetic for the mix up. I needed a ride to a Drs appointment and Bill picked me up. I have never used a service like this before but can't drive because of an injury I have. He not only picked me up and waited for me at Drs office he did this last minute and on his day off. I have to admit I was nervous not knowing who was picking me up. I was so wrong. He was incredible. He picked me up at 830 which gave us plenty of time to get there in time due to traffic. From the minute I got in the beautiful van II felt so comfortable. We talked so much that a 45 minute drive went by so fast. He waited for me in the parking lot helped me back in the van and he dropped me off at home at noon. I couldn't believe how great his service was. If you need a ride his number will be the first number I will be calling. Excellent service. I can't say enough good things about Bill and his service. I had to figure out a way to get my mother to the airport for an early flight and with me not living close, and her not using Uber etc, I found Bill's service. Not only did he get her there on time, but also followed up after to let me know and check to make sure she got to her destination ok. When my mother returned on a flight that arrived at 12:30am, and there were apparently no cabs (due to it being a smaller airport) she called him and he got out of bed to go and get her. When I called the number he picked up quickly and was friendly and easy to work with. Communicative through text which is super helpful for us as a busy family.
