When he picked me up at my pickup location as I was coming from Martha's Vineyard, MA back to Providence for my return flight home to Kansas City, he had asked me if I had ever been to Providence. Since I hadn't he took me on a mini tour of part of the downtown area and past Brown University. I had my own personal tour guide! He then took me to a place so I could get some food to take to my hotel. I was planning to go by public transportation from Logan Airport in Boston to Providence and get a taxi from Providence to Newport. I wrote to ask Bill for a quote, which he gave me. I called to accept it, during which he asked me about my travel plans. When he heard I was arriving at Logan, he said it'd be much easier for me if he picked me up there directly and gave me an affordable quote. I'm so grateful that I changed to this option. Bill was amazing! He was extremely punctual (early both times, in fact!) and texted us to confirm his status and so we knew exactly where to find him. He was kind and courteous, had a clean car, helped with our bags, and a great personality! He drove us to/from the Kingston RI station to Newport, and we didn't have to worry about anything at all in his care. He rearranged his schedule to fit me in for a last minute ride when I was moving from one end of town to the other and had no transportation of my own and the movers came, took all my possessions and left me, one suitcase, my small dog, and a dozen house plants and no automobile to get me to my new home. He also double checked that the landlord was there with a key, then agreed to take me upstairs to my new apt rather than leave me out in front of the building to fend for my own. My team of 3 men were stranding on the Interstate when our company truck broke down. The tow truck did not have enough room to accommodate three people. It was 9PM at night and a rainy evening.
