It made it so easy to find them when we reached the airport, for sure. I would not hesitate to use them again. I must admit - I've been to many games over the years but this one was even more fun since no one had to worry about driving! Being able to catch up with friends without having to pay attention to the road was great! We requested Glenn as our driver (based on my coworkers previous experience and recommendation) and he did not disappoint! He had no issue with our request to stop at Dunkin for ice and coffees on the way up to the stadium! Bonus! Glenn is a wicked nice guy who does his job flawlessly! He didn't flinch when we asked if he could take a few group photos and even gave us business cards with the parking lot number / row info and his cell number so we would be sure to find our way back to the SUV after the game! By the end of the night I am sure we were all pretty silly - but Glenn took it all in stride! My man was concerned that we wouldn't have enough room for all of our tailgate gear and 5 people - but we managed to fit quite the haul of gear and still had a comfy ride up and back! We had 2nd row so it was just us two in comfy leather relaxing with a huge flip down center console with cup holders! (Example of what we packed along with 5 adults - 2 hibachi grills, a fold in half banquet table, 3-4 coolers, a duffel full of cooking utensils, plates, paper towels, etc.) My only regret? Was not packing corn hole set up because we thought it wouldn't fit!! (A normal sized bean bag toss set or can jam would have fit - of course the guys at work built there own huge version of corn hole!) Having the SUV and driver made this a carefree experience for us all and I would highly recommend it! As I told a few people who asked (we were grilling afterwards and people waiting in traffic seemed either hungry or completely dumbfounded that we had a chauffeur!) - I told them - Hey, it's a LOT less expensive than a DUI and WAY more fun!!! Side note - huge props to the company for providing a multi charger - everyone in the group was able to charge their phones after the game while we tailgated right in the back tailgate! Very convenient!

Most companies won't do a transfer for a wedding and we had no need for four hours of limo service since the ceremony and reception were in the same location. A Formal offered three hours of service (the shortest window I could find) and at a reasonable rate. Tom (the owner/driver) was easy to book with over the phone, quick to respond to emails and provided a smooth ride in a beautiful Lincoln crossover limo. However, his customer service skills left much to be desired. He came across as aggravated the last few times we spoke on the phone and actually had me in tears after one call (the services were already paid for at this point). His attitude during my drop off at the venue was terrible and this was during the point of the day when I was the most nervous. The car doesn't have an interior light or mirror (I guess I was supposed to know this) so if you need to do any makeup touch ups, you have to rely on a bridesmaid to hold her phone flashlight and use your front facing phone camera.

I had seen their limos around previously. Upon calling I spoke to Tom who was friendly and accommodating. His original phone call quoted me and I hung up with all the info I needed to check with parents and get a deposit. When I called back a few minor details had changed, and as expected so did the cost (we added 2 people and half an hour). I gave a deposit and was told cash could be paid on the night of the prom. We had rented the town car for 9 people. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Upon arriving at our meeting spot a few parents had already said our driver was waiting asking for me. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy and provided both my contract and receipts for both transactions. The contract was simple and easy to understand and the driver was excellent. He texted me when the kids arrived at the venue and when they were back for the night safely at after prom. This was huge to me considering the car was full of mostly minors. I was very happy to know all the kids arrived safely. Bonus: because the had a bigger car availabe (a Thursday night) the kids were excited to see the SUV pull up. I believe this seats 16 (sorry if I'm wrong) and the kids were super excited for the "upgrade" and the nicer car and more room. Parents were a bit jealous, too!! Excellent service, great communication, kids loved the driver and everyone had fun. We will be using them again.

The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.
