I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If there was a 0, I would give it to them. We contracted them for my wedding day. After I wrote an email to Paul, he wrote me back and said that it was my wedding planners fault that his limo driver didn't understand what we were saying or didn't list. He didn't apologize for the event and defended his driver. Here is a list of everything that went wrong: 1) the limo driver did not speak or understand English well (or he just didn't listen) 2) the limo driver's GPS must've been set incorrectly; it took us via back roads and long routes making us arrive late to various places (ex. It should've taken 5-10 minutes to get to the hair salon from our hotel-it took more than 1/2 hour) 3) at one point, the limo driver was told to pick up my father, then pick up the last 2 girls at the salon. He ended up sitting outside of the hotel for 45 minutes instead of following our directions and then told my wedding planner we said someone would go with him, which was never stated. 4) because the limo driver was late to pick up the aforementioned, the 2 girls at the salon had to "hitch" a ride with someone they didn't know and our photos at the hotel were delayed and my father had to get dressed in the limo instead of at the hotel where we were! 5) because of the aforementioned delay, NO photos were taken of the groom/groomsmen getting ready - something that can and won't ever be replicated another day in our lives 6) the limo driver never took out the stool until our last stop at the church when he saw that I was having a tough time getting out of the limo and my mother asked 7) because of the time delays, we were not able to take photos at our home which we had planned for over 2 years, which was one of the most important aspects of the day and again, something that we'll never be able to duplicate Just remember to do A LOT of research before you use a limo company, especially if on your wedding day. I'll never be able to have that day back or repeat the events. read more

Rented the 34passenger party bus for my daughter's 21st Birthday. The bus itself was as descried and driver arrived on time which I appreciated but we were not ready for what transpired. First off, they request a 20% tip in advance which I never heard of as tips are based on service. Second, at the last minute just before leaving for the venue, the Driver tells me that alcohol could not be served on the bus if not all passengers are 21 even with an adult chaperone. If l knew this would not have rented it as that is the whole point of a party bus. Next, I found out the Driver went through the passengers' belongings after they exited the bus to venue, which is unorthodox, and because she found liquor that I mind you was not consumed on the bus and was the property of someone over 21, she confiscated it. As if that wasn't enough, she was rude to the passengers, and threatened to leave them in Providence when they came from Boston. The driver then did no drop offs per our agreement and arrived back to the pickup destination early when they have been paid in advance for an expensive 5hour window, claiming that bringing liquor on the bus was a breach of contract and none of the above was stated in their lengthy contract that has excessive fees, that I read and reread. I then had to make sure everyone got home safe. So, they were paid and tipped and barely did the job and lacked service. Seems they made rules as we went along and the young adults who were well behaved, did not trash bus, was not unruly or drunk, and did not smoke on the bus, which are the actual grounds for not allowing anyone on the bus or dropping off per their contract, felt discriminated against and that is not the experience anyone wants for their child's Birthday. I definitely would not use this service again and would caution you. read more

Rich, Brian, Paul and a few others are very nice and professional. They treat everyone with the upmost respect possible, they explain everything in the contract and if you do not understand anything they clarify. If you should want to see any of the vehicles in the companies fleet they naje time set aside for you. As for accommodations, flexibility, destination, type of event, number of people in party they make it work . Back in October 2015, I had the privilege of winning a contest which the odds were amongst so many others. Though friends of ours have hectic schedules and etc. Once we almost agreed on a date I called Princess limos immediately ahead of time to check there calender of events and etc. Once a certain date was cleared we market it. Rich, Brisn,and Paul, have always been professional, courteous, helpful, understanding and any questions that should arise,and the any time. My frirnfs,and tend I had a very nice and enjoyable event at the Boathouse Resturant, Tiverton, RI. Most of us are very simple with going out so going to this fine dining establishment was an extra treat. A family friend had gotten engaged, as they were planning their wedding, a dear friend if mine was cekevratjng,a couple milestones, and a cousin of mine just needed a fun night out. This will very definitely a memory to remember for the books. I highly recommend them for any event as they are local. read more

I highly recommend Princess Limos! I first used them in 2021 for my daughter's wedding. We rented the party limo for 14 people and the bridal party had a blast, as did we (parents of the bride and relatives of the bride). It was very spacious and the drivers are always professional. Just this year (2025), my husband and I turned 65, so we rented the same party limo and we filled the party limo with our friends. We bought Chinese food, snacks and had plenty of "adult beverages" on hand and we had a blast! What a great way to ring in "65." Again, the driver was wonderful, putting up with us "adults" who weren't acting so much like adults that night! We made so many happy memories. That night, we stopped to see a friend of ours play in a band for a couple of hours. All the guests had said that they wouldn't have minded just riding around all night as they were having so much fun. I'm hoping to pull together a night on the town soon with a group of friends again. This time, we all agreed we would just like driving around all night and enjoying the food, drinks and good company of friends all night. For the amount of what one would pay for a couple at a nice restaurant, you should look into gathering 14 of your friends and renting the party limo! You won't regret it! read more
