Recently I was visiting a relative in New Bedford. I had never used any type of airport transportation. Since I needed a ride at 4:30 Sunday morning I reserved a ride with Uber on Friday afternoon. At 2:25 Sun. morning I received a message "no drivers available". I was ready to change my flight before I would expect an older loved one to drive in the dark to Providence T F Green. After calling around I was directed to Magic Wheels Transportation. After listening to my dilemma, I was also advised no drivers available. However, the gentleman looked at his schedule and stated he would send someone. Well, with exceptional promptness one of the OWNERS! picked me up. This company rose above what I could hope for. As a frequent business traveler, transportation to and from the airport can be a nice benefit. I reached out to Ali and Magic Wheels are reading a few reviews and decided to give them a try on a recent trip to Spain. Ali was very professional, responded promptly to all of my questions and provided an invoice quickly which allowed me to pay online. The fact that they take AMEX is a real plus for me. Both vehicles were fairly new, very clean and comfortable. Bottles of water were available which was great after flying for 9+ hours. Ali was on time and in fact early for my return trip from Logan to home. If you have fought through Boston traffic to get to the airport or home after a long trip the cost was well worth it. Magic Wheels is a great company. Ali was helpful in planning all my needs from Logan to the Cape, including what type of vehicle would be the right size for my large family and pet. Price was not only extremely reasonable, but it was the best I could find. Vehicles were clean and nice and he even had car seats for my kids, which I had neglected to ask for. As well, Ali was just a treat to have as a driver. He is kind, courteous and someone who just wants to help. After we unknowingly left something in his vehicle, Ali drove it back to us so we would have it for our vacation. That's just above and beyond in my book. The limousine service was a 10. The person I talked to was friendly and cooperative! He even remembered my name when I called back a couple times. I had to get my daughter to the Boston airport. However, I had to cancel the day she was leaving at the last minute. I was not charged for the cancellation, except for the driver, but only because he was already on the way. A few days later, my daughter had to leave for the airport right away. The driver picked her up in 35-40 minutes, even though it was later at night, and dropped her off at the airport an hour or so away. He even called me to let me know that my daughter had made it to the airport safely. The friendly service was superb! Magic Wheels Transportation is simply the best!! I arrived in Boston from Canada and Ali was waiting at the door for me. After flying, I was tired and thirsty, and was so happy to get into an immaculately clean and comfortable vehicle with a cold bottle of water waiting for me in the back seat. I felt very comfortable with Ali's driving which helped me to relax and enjoy the drive. Ali is professional, courteous, and kind! He told me to call if I needed to go anywhere while I was in town, so I called him one evening to take me to a nearby town to go shopping. He was at the hotel in ten minutes! I contracted Magic Wheels Transportation to bring my son from Fall River, MA to TF Green Airport. From the initial phone call to dropping him off at departures, it was a fantastic experience! Ali was extremely kind, courteous and professional on the phone and offered an extremely fair rate for the ride service. And my son let me know that the driver was prompt, professionally dressed, kind and helpful (put his suitcase in the trunk, opened/closed doors, etc.). This was my very first experience with a car service. I called 3 days prior needing a ride at 4am to TF Green. Ali was very friendly and personable and I liked him from the start. The pickup was right on time and we arrived safely with plenty of time to spare. Our ride fell through for our return trip and Ali was able to fit in our pickup 2 days before. I had to contact him the day of as our flight was delayed. He was able and glad to accommodate the change. I have recommended Ali to my in laws who will be using their services next month. We have used Magic Wheels twice, once to bring my family to Logan on a trip which left early morning last year, and then this past January for my wife and I on another trip leaving at TF Green, very early in the morning. Absolutely the best service we could ever ask for. i set up the service from Florida for my parents who were on the way home to the Cape from visiting us for the winter. My dad uses a cane and we wanted to get them home quickly and safely after the flight. i called and made the reservations. The rates were so reasonable and they called to confirm they were at the airport . They even called when they had them in the van and also after delivering them to their house. We could not imagine a more responsive, polite, straightforward team for a ride. We had to book a last minute (same day) trip from Newport Rhode Island to Boston (on a weekday!) and Magic Wheels responded super fast with a great quote and was communicative throughout. Our driver showed up early (but didn't pressure us to leave early) and was patient and helpful as we loaded 8 bags and 2 kids + car seats into the van. I recently traveled to New Bedford with my daughter who was there on business. Ali picked us up at Boston airport to take us to our hotel. Called at last minute to get round trip to logan airport. We were charged a reasonable price. The car was exceptionally clean, the driver was on time to bring us to the airport and when we returned a week later, even though our flight was half and hour early, the driver was there waiting for us!!!!
