Yes We Van was great! They transported us to and from the Seastreak fast ferry in New Bedford for our day trip to Martha's vineyard. They were on time, clean, friendly and COVID safe! They had a plastic barrier set up between the driver and passengers and the driver wore a mask the whole time. They also provided us with a tourist packet full of fun things to do on the island, which was amazing, because we were just going to wing it. We ended up following their self guided tour instructions and it was actually a lot of fun and easy to do. We even called the owner for directions getting back to the ferry at the end of the day so we didn't miss it lol. Anyways. Highly recommended family business. Thanks again! P.S thanks for letting us make a pit stop to dunkin on our way to the ferry! - Steve and Tryse :) read more

We will definitely use Yes We Van whenever we fly from Boston or Providence. The attention to detail from the first point of contact until our drop off at our home after vacation was unmatched. Yes! We Van - Back of the van - Airport Shuttles Near Me - New Bedford, Massachusetts

We recently used Yes! We Van for transportation to and from Logan Airport. We were picked up on time for each end of our trip. Our vehicle was spotless, our driver - Noel - was excellent and personable. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding! We highly recommend Yes! We Van for those times you don't want to drive! read more

Great, reliable service to TF Green and back. Debra was the best! I highly recommend Yes We Van and look forward to my next trip!

We used Yes! We Van for the first time for a round trip from Tiverton, RI to Logan airport. Both legs were on Sundays. The quoted price was very reasonable. Our trip to Logan was at the tail end of a snowstorm. Noel did a great job communicating and adjusting our departure time. Our pickup was late on a Sunday night. Once again, communication was excellent, the pickup was straightforward, and the drive home was easy and painless. If you're looking for spiffy black limos, look elsewhere. If you want a reliable ride and good communication at a reasonable price, Yes! We Van is a great solution. They will be our first choice from now on. read more

Amazing service, fast response to inquiry and great quote, $15.00 less then competitor-highly recommended.

Reliable, friendly; they ensure that you get to your destination on time. One example, I was arriving on Amtrak, the train was late, VERY tight to get to the ferry. They were in touch with the ferry operators in case we barely made it...very reassuring. I have had lots of changes and they have rolled with them and helped me get where i needed to be. read more

This is my third time using their service, each time to or from TFGreen, once at 4:00am. All three drivers were timely, Polite, professional. Once in bad weather they contacted me to say they would be early but no rush. I highly recommend this pleasant, safe and competitively priced service. Felt like a movie star when I was met at the airport with a driver with my name on a sign! Love them read more

Yes We Van is fabulous. We've been using them for years. They are incredibly reliable, courteous, and professional. They reply promptly to your request for transportation. Couldn't have been easier. Our flight was delayed coming into Boston and our driver was already making adjustments to our pickup while we were on the ground in Denver. When we arrived the pickup was seamless and we had a knowledgable driver who assured us we would make our ferry on time. read more

Yes We Van is an excellent car and van service with the professionalism, terrific fleet of cars and vans, and friendly, knowledgeable drivers and staff to handle pretty much any transportation needs you have for traveling in the region (to and from Logan, T F Green, Amtrak, and wherever else). I had a complicated event in which 17 guests were arriving one day from morning through night and departing another day at various times through the day. Noel, the owner, was able to organize groups of guests for me, consolidating rides, and relieving me of the stress involved. The drivers arrived at the arranged times, on time, and communications with each guest was outstanding-- people knew how to find their drivers. Yes We Van clearly has communication with passengers as a priority, which translates into great customer service. Pick-ups for departing guests went just as smoothly. Guests even remembered their drivers. All the trips worked out perfectly. I would recommend Yes We Van to anyone planning an event, conference, meeting, reunion or wedding. They know how to make it work! Their cars and vans are clean and in great condition. My guests were comfortable and happy. I was extremely satisfied with this company and will use their service in the future. read more

Any time you need comfortable, dependable, and professional transportation- look no further! You have found it with Noel, Deb and their professional and courteous staff! We booked our shuttle to and from T.F. Green for our family vacation and was super pleased with everything about this company and staff. From the friendliness of the drivers to text updates the day before pick up and upon arrival - super convenient to communicate through texts if you prefer - and easy to trust; they are very reassuring. I had booked times just prior to some recent airport security changes at the airport. As our trip was closer to the holidays as well, I had checked back closer to our departure date to question if a few minutes earlier pick up was a better idea. Noel reassured me that he could have his driver arrive a bit earlier and eased my concerns with timing and traffic. He even held my son's car seat for the week so I didn't have to check it and travel with it. Truly outstanding customer service and easy to do business with. Rates are very competitive!! Can't wait for our next vacation!! read more

This was a great experience from booking to pick up and drop off. A text from my driver, Dave was waiting for me when my plane arrived at Boston Logon and he met me at the door in the pick up area to help with my bag so there was zero waiting around for a ride. I am a solo traveler but I felt safe and comfortable the whole hour plus drive to Falmouth, Ma. He even walked me to the front desk of my hotel to make sure that the check-in process went smooth. From what I've read their rates are in line with what others charge. I would definitely recommend "Yes! We Van". read more

My husband and I used Yes! We Van for a trip to Martha's Vineyard from RI, the company made the trip so simple. Our price included round trip transportation from our hotel to the dock, tickets to Martha Vineyard and back again. My husband booked the trip and received text messages prior to the trip to The Vineyard so we had no worries and the driver was professional, prompt, and pleasant. We will definitely use this service again. read more

1) Driver didn't call us when she got to the airport and didn't go to the right lot 2) We were told van would have two car seats. They were not installed. Driver didn't know how to install so we had to do it -- took 30 minutes which made us miss a connection. 3) Carseats were broken, so we had to (illegally) face our toddler forward for a two hour drive 4) Driver yelled out "SHIT!" in front of our kids when she saw that an exit was blocked. 5) Driver almost hit another car on her way out of Logan. I had to yell "LOOK OUT!" which made her slam on the brakes. read more

I used Yes We Van to transport a group of 5 ladies from TF Green to Woods Hole and return for a Vineyard Trip. I sent an initial e-mail and they immediately responded to inquire about my trip and provide a quote. They stayed in contact with me until my scheduled date. Upon arrival at Green, Yes We Van, driver Noel was right there to pick us up at baggage claim. He was so nice and helpful with all our luggage and everything. While on the trip he was fun and engaging and provided fun facts about the area. We had a tight turnaround and he made sure he got us on there on time. For the return they contacted me the day before to confirm my pickup and flight times. When we got off the ferry at WH, Chuck was right there to get us. He was again so nice and helpful with all our heavy luggage. He got us to the airport in plenty of time and helped us get our stuff inside. I enjoyed using this company for the ease of use and great customer service. I will definitely use them again when flying to New England and will recommend to my friends and family. I am so glad I stumbled up them on YELP. Thanks Yes We Van for making out Girls Trip to the Vineyard easy. read more

Scheduled service from Boston to New Bedford then a return trip from New Bedford to Logan Airport a few months before the trip. Making the reservation was easy and was thoroughly & accurately documented in an email. The drivers texted about an hour before arriving as a reminder. The drivers were friendly (and good drivers!!!). Very reasonable cost and the vans were clean (while there were only 3 of us, we were on a 10 day trip with lots of luggage so opted for a van as the cost was so reasonable). Highly recommend their service all around. read more

Much cheaper than Uber or Lift and just as fast and courteous as you would expect! Very affordable prices and super accommodating! Would definitely use again got me to my destination in a timely manner! AAA+ read more

Yes! We Van is fantastic. They were so responsive, reliable, and communicative. Sarah texted me 30 minutes before pick-up to let me know where exactly she was (and her name), and when I got off the ferry she was waiting with a sign so there was no chance of a mix-up. In addition to being safe and reliable, this is a small business run by truly kind, caring people. Sarah was a wonderful driver and also a totally delightful person who genuinely cares about their customers and the business, and my ride to the train station could not have been more enjoyable. I highly recommend Yes! We Van, especially for reserving trips in advance to and from ferries and trains! read more

Wow. Let me tell you something: stop looking and book them for your next trip. I can't say enough good things about this company and Debra. I made a cross country move from Los Angeles to Boston. When I booked my reservation Debra was overflowing with professionalism and helpfulness. I told her I'd be coming into Logan and needing to travel out to Dartmouth. She immediately suggested some alternatives that were a little cheaper (though, her prices are fair and reasonable, too), but I didn't have the time to travel by bus as I was due in Dartmouth at a certain hour. The day before my flight she texted me and let me know she would be waiting on my arrival and that I should just take my time. That's exactly what happened -- she was there waiting when I landed. She was super duper sweet, personable, professional, and gave me some great tips on places I can go to explore as a person new to MA. The car she picked me up in was uber clean -- a brand new compact sedan -- and had plenty of room for me and all of the tons of luggage I brought. She then helped me find my way once I got to my destination instead of just putting me out and pulling off. Wow. What service! I'm so grateful I found this place on Yelp! I don't know how I would've made it in time! I would definitely definitely recommend that you book with them! I assure you that if/when I go back home to visit, Yes We Van will be picking me up from the airport from now on. #customerforlife read more

My wife and I have used YesWeVan at least 10 times to get between Boston's Logan Airport and the New Bedford Wharf to get the Fast Ferry (SeaStreak) to Martha's Vineyard (or visa versa). My wife has used the service to get from the Providence AMTRAK station and the Providence airport. Put bluntly, they are excellent: on time, pleasant, affordable, responsive, flexible and comfortable. They make travel from the airport to Martha's Vineyard more reliable, faster and cheaper than just about any option. They can provide a car for one or a van for 9 people. If you are going to the Vineyard or leaving the Vineyard, don't go through Woods Hole using the SteamShip Authority. Use the SeaStreak and YesWeVan. You will be happy you did! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company! We were in a real pinch when our ferry from New York to Martha's Vineyard was cancelled. We ended up having to take a train to Providence and then our awesome driver, Noel, drove us to the ferry in New Bedford. Our train was late and it looked like we were going to miss the boat! Noel went above and beyond to contact the ferry and let them know we were coming so they wouldn't leave without us. He knew how stressed we were and still managed to make us laugh and have an awesome ride! He was lovely and even included interesting tidbits about the local history. This service was the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with - I highly recommend them! read more
