Yes We Van was great! They transported us to and from the Seastreak fast ferry in New Bedford for our day trip to Martha's vineyard. They were on time, clean, friendly and COVID safe! They had a plastic barrier set up between the driver and passengers and the driver wore a mask the whole time. They also provided us with a tourist packet full of fun things to do on the island, which was amazing, because we were just going to wing it. We ended up following their self guided tour instructions and it was actually a lot of fun and easy to do. We even called the owner for directions getting back to the ferry at the end of the day so we didn't miss it lol. Anyways. Highly recommended family business. Thanks again! Our trip to Logan was at the tail end of a snowstorm. Noel did a great job communicating and adjusting our departure time. Our pickup was late on a Sunday night. A text from my driver, Dave was waiting for me when my plane arrived at Boston Logon and he met me at the door in the pick up area to help with my bag so there was zero waiting around for a ride. 1) Driver didn't call us when she got to the airport and didn't go to the right lot 2) We were told van would have two car seats. They were not installed. Driver didn't know how to install so we had to do it -- took 30 minutes which made us miss a connection. 3) Carseats were broken, so we had to (illegally) face our toddler forward for a two hour drive 4) Driver yelled out "SHIT!" in front of our kids when she saw that an exit was blocked. 5) Driver almost hit another car on her way out of Logan. I used Yes We Van to transport a group of 5 ladies from TF Green to Woods Hole and return for a Vineyard Trip. I sent an initial e-mail and they immediately responded to inquire about my trip and provide a quote. They stayed in contact with me until my scheduled date. Making the reservation was easy and was thoroughly & accurately documented in an email. The drivers texted about an hour before arriving as a reminder. As an Ohioan visiting New England for the first time, and leading a workshop, my fellow Ohioan colleague and I needed to find a way to get from Cape Cod to the airport. A workshop participant had used Yes! We Van to get to Cape Cod, and she raved about how affordable and friendly it was, and since her return flight was only about an hour earlier than ours, we decided to go, all 3 of us, in Yes! We Van. Unfortunately, we didn't realize until we crossed the Rhode Island state line that our participant friend was flying out of Providence, while my colleague and I were flying out of Boston! Our wonderful driver, Sarah, sprung into action, dropping the participant off quickly at Providence airport, while simultaneously making arrangements for us to get from Providence to Boston Logan during rush hour with only about 2 hours before our flights! Within minutes, as Sarah was speeding us toward Boston as quickly and safely as possible, her supervisor, Noel, was on the phone with me, planning the best (and only) route that would get us to Boston Logan on time. He took his own time to research train schedules, bus schedules, and traffic congestion. He directed Sarah to the nearest subway station that would let us avoid rush hour freeways, and gave us clear directions on how to get from the subway station to the airport. Noel continued to check in with us all afternoon to see how we were doing. Miraculously, my colleague and I both made our flights, and Noel continued to check in with us the next day to see how we were doing. We made a dumb mistake in not verifying which airport our friend was flying out of, but Yes We Van's stellar customer service still got us where we needed to go at the last minute and in an amazingly brief amount of time. We didn't meet under the best of circumstances- no fault of Yeswevan- but they rescued us from a transportation disaster transporting our family from Woods Hole to New Bedford. The vans were new, clean, and in great shape. Most importantly they were the only provider available on short notice with a car seat for our 3 year old. The car seat was also new and clean. The driver was prompt and kept us updated on his progress to pick us up with several phone calls. Wow. Let me tell you something: stop looking and book them for your next trip. I can't say enough good things about this company and Debra. I made a cross country move from Los Angeles to Boston. When I booked my reservation Debra was overflowing with professionalism and helpfulness. I told her I'd be coming into Logan and needing to travel out to Dartmouth. She immediately suggested some alternatives that were a little cheaper (though, her prices are fair and reasonable, too), but I didn't have the time to travel by bus as I was due in Dartmouth at a certain hour. The day before my flight she texted me and let me know she would be waiting on my arrival and that I should just take my time. That's exactly what happened -- she was there waiting when I landed. She was super duper sweet, personable, professional, and gave me some great tips on places I can go to explore as a person new to MA. The car she picked me up in was uber clean -- a brand new compact sedan -- and had plenty of room for me and all of the tons of luggage I brought. She then helped me find my way once I got to my destination instead of just putting me out and pulling off. Wow. What service! I'm so grateful I found this place on Yelp! My wife and I have used YesWeVan at least 10 times to get between Boston's Logan Airport and the New Bedford Wharf to get the Fast Ferry (SeaStreak) to Martha's Vineyard (or visa versa). My wife has used the service to get from the Providence AMTRAK station and the Providence airport. Put bluntly, they are excellent: on time, pleasant, affordable, responsive, flexible and comfortable. They make travel from the airport to Martha's Vineyard more reliable, faster and cheaper than just about any option. They can provide a car for one or a van for 9 people. If you are going to the Vineyard or leaving the Vineyard, don't go through Woods Hole using the SteamShip Authority. Use the SeaStreak and YesWeVan. You will be happy you did! read more
