Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there. I booked Austin transportation for 11 people to and from Logan airport. What a great experience it…read morewas from start to finish. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.

I had scheduled a pick-up for 11:00am for transportation to Logan Airport . . for a business trip. By 11:05am with no one having shown up, I called all three phone numbers for the business . .one of which is Mike's cell number . . to no avail. By 11:10am, I had to load up my car and drive myself to the airport! What annoys me most is that I had spoken with Mike the prior Wednesday, October 26th, to confirm my transportation, and he said everything was all set. Mike finally did call my cell phone just prior to my boarding my flight at about 2:00pm to ask if I had made it to the airport. He said he was "looking into what happened" and would get back to me . . which, as of today, November 6th, he still has not. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer having used this business exclusively for both personal and professional travel , and have recommended Airport Express Direct to many friends and family members. What a horrible way to leave a customer . . just shameful! I obviously shall NEVER again utilize or recommend Airport Express Direct. If you were truly a stand-up business, you would have called me back . . . let me know what really occurred. . . how you dropped the ball and offered an apology . . . perhaps even offered complimentary transportation for my next trip. The day of the cruise came (July 4th) and with 15 people in my driveway I called to find out why he was 15 minutes late. Found out he was at Logan on a different run and WAS NOT COMING! Just forgot, no apologies, no nothing. Had to take multiple vehicles to the terminal, and pay $140 per car to park for the week. Since returning I have heard nothing from them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
