As a law enforcement officer, I was called in for the shootings in Cambridge and Waltham. Ideal Limo refused to provide a refund and stated that a $200 charge would be kept for their inconvenience to the driver and company. How about the inconvenience to the family of Sean Collier and all the residents in Boston placed on the necessary lockdown. This clearly showed a poor business practice, greed and absolute disrespect for all those involved that week. I hope others will read this and not give them their business. Thousands of Boston area companies lost business that day out of a city wide order. Shame on Ideal.

My driver, Dick, provided friendly, efficient, and professional service from start to finish. Every penny spent on this expense was well worth it. Dick dropped me off at the curbside check-in at Delta terminal A and picked me up five days later in the same terminal at the baggage gate. He even texted me right at the time of my arrival to notify me of his location and suggested I text him when I got to the baggage carousel so he could meet me and assist with my golf clubs and luggage. His politeness and graciousness were truly exceptional. I am so grateful for the wonderful owners who run this local business. I highly recommend Cape Cod Limo service to anyone in need of reliable and exceptional transportation. Thank you for the outstanding service!
