Recently used BTG for transportation to/from Logan. Booking process was simple. Communication on day of travel is outstanding. We were notified in advance of who our driver would be and when he arrived. On our return trip, our flight landed 45 minutes early, and our driver was there waiting for us. Both drivers were wonderful. Overall, great company and experience. read more

We took a cruise from Boston to Montreal and needed to get back to our car in Boston. I was hesitant to schedule a driver without a personal recommendation for a five hour trip. I can personally recommend Sam as the best driver we have ever had he was so courteous and helpful and thoughtful. If we are ever in the Boston area again and need a driver it will definitely be Sam. read more

We scheduled 3 trips with Boston Transportation group on our recent family vacation. Each trip was great - very timely, professional, and clean SUVs. They adjusted our schedule to meet baby's feeding time. We were scheduled pretty tight on our return trip to the airport and they got us there. Definitely recommend Boston Transportation Group. read more

Right there as expected. Professional driver. Comfortable vehicle. Superb communications every step of the way.

Been using this service for years and never been disappointed. Clean, safe, professional, courteous and always on time. Highly recommend!

Our family used Boston Transportation Group four different times in January. It was the first time we used them after having rather mediocre experiences with hiring local individuals to take us to and from the airport. Overall, we had four great experiences. The drivers were wonderful, experienced, and safe. The cars were very nice and clean. Our son experienced an early arrival when getting back to town and they tracked his flight and made adjustments as necessary. The booking process online is easy, and confirmation and communication via email is thorough. On average, they are about $15 more than the independent, local individuals we used to hire, but it's worth every bit of that $15. We will definitely use Boston Transportation again! read more

Perfect - easy, no stress ride. We've used Boston transportation before when we needed a ride for my sister in law and niece to get to the airport from Vermont, and it was seamless. My husband and I reserved a ride from Mount Washington in New Hampshire to Boston Logan. The driver was on time, very nice, and the drive was perfect. read more

Update: Thank you for the response, but I want to clarify a few things. The driver never asked my permission for the switch, nor was I informed that it would take 30 minutes of my time. While I understand that emergencies happen, I was paying by the hour and should have been assigned a new driver immediately--especially considering the delay directly impacted my schedule. Additionally, I have concerns about the integrity of your reviews. I have proof that I was offered money to remove my original review--not to resolve the issue. That speaks volumes about how this situation was handled. ---- Original Review: I booked Boston Transportation Group under the impression that I was hiring a driver by the hour, so I expected a bit more flexibility and professionalism. Things started off okay, but when I asked to add a stop, our driver Nadia seemed noticeably inconvenienced. We stopped to eat, and she said she'd go home while we were inside and to just text when we were done--fine, no problem. But once she picked us back up, the situation got weird. She became fixated on switching out drivers, constantly mentioning it, texting, and calling the guy she wanted to swap with--all while traffic in the area was already a nightmare. Then she pulls over mid-route, and we waste 15 minutes sitting on the side of the road waiting for the other driver. I was already on the verge of being late for a concert, and this delay made it worse. After I expressed how upset I was, she finally decided to just keep driving. But not long after, she pulled off again and swapped with the other driver, Sam. To be honest, Sam was great--and the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. I got the sense he would've given us better advice too, like suggesting we skip the stop since traffic would be bad near the venue. That kind of heads-up would've gone a long way. Lastly, I was expecting a more professional ride experience--not casual chatting about political topics and personal opinions. All in all, I'm disappointed with how it played out. Thankfully, the concert was still amazing. read more

OUTSTANDING service. Scheduling the pickup was easy. Vehicle was new and spotless. Driver was on time and very professional. Fantastic service. Highly recommend this company. read more

Driver was early for pickup but happy to wait, and courteous. Car comfortable and relaxing. Car services are expensive but if you want the relaxing stress free to Logan I would recommend. Pickup at airport was on time as well, driver was helpful. I was somewhat disappointed the car for return trip was small to the point of feeling cramped in the back seat. However, the business explained that the vehicle was electric in order to be environmentally friendly, and I guess I shouldn't complain about them trying to do their part to reduce emissions. What's important is that the car was waiting for us, driver helped us with our luggage, and we got home in a timely fashion. read more

Great service and Sam was a great driver. Got a lot of work and calls done on my ride. Clean and newer car as well.

Wonderful service. Always on time. Drivers are friendly and courteous. Cars are immaculate. Such a relief to know that I don't have to deal with an Uber when I arrive late at night. Boston Transportation did a great job picking up my in-laws from Logan. They send you very precise instructions of where to find the limo area in the complicated maze of Logan Airport. They communicated perfectly with us as to confirmations, contact info for driver, and even a message to me saying "the passengers are in the car". Courteous and helpful driver and lovely car. We were all delighted with the service. read more
