I have used this service many times over the last year and I have nothing but great things to say about the company. They are ALWAYS on time, make adjustments as needed on pick up at the airport if my flight is delayed and the vehicles are immaculate! I have had Sam drive me to the airport for the majority of my trips and he is polite, accommodating, always asks if the music is okay or the temperature is comfortable and is all around a very nice person. While on a family vacation recently, my mother broke her leg and I reached out to them about arranging a different vehicle for pickup to accommodate her injury and unexpected additional travelers. They made the necessary arrangements for a larger vehicle without any question and the driver was amazing getting my mother, her wheelchair, all of our luggage (there were 4 of us) and us into the SUV which wasn't easy! I used BTG three times on my recent trip to Boston. We chose them because we needed a large vehicle to handle a wheelchair, walker and three large bags and carry ons. I was traveling with my 94 year old mother so I needed help. On the first trip into Boston our flight was rerouted so we were delayed 2 hours. We phoned from Buffalo. Our driver was there on arrival. I appreciate that the price is all inclusive. We used them again the next morning to get us to the cruise ship. And, finally, we used them getting from the ship to the airport. I had to change the time of pickup, but no problem. I appreciated that the drivers were on time and very professional and helpful. Draw backwards included the fact that limos can't pick you up at the curb, you have to cross the road. They should probably have a step stool with the SUVs as they are very high to get into. I now carry one! It is a pricey service but worth the safety and peace of mind. read more

We used Boston Transportation Group for the first time last night and will DEFINATELY be using them again!! Our train getting to the airport for our departure, broke down and we missed our original flight. We were booked on the next flight, 3 hours later, so I I called BTG to let them know and they assured us it would not be a problem. Our new flight was subsequently delayed 3 times due to weather. We were very worried that we would have no transportation to my Mom's once we arrived in Boston. We were, again, assured it would not be a problem. We FINALLY arrived in Boston, 8 hours after our original arrival time, and our driver, Sam, was there waiting for us. He was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and comforting after a long, stressful day! We can't thank him, and BTG enough and will use them every time we fly!! read more

We just recently went on a cruise out of Boston. Because we were a group of 6, we needed transportation to the port. I had looked online for a transportation company and found Boston Transportation Group - BTG Inc. The process to book was easy. A few days before our scheduled trip I received an email confirming our booking. Sam, our driver, arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled, which was great, he loaded the luggage into the car and we were on the road early. The drive was great. When we returned back to the port a week later, Sam returned to pick us up. We texted him to let him know exactly where we were waiting. The ride back was just as great. I live on the west coast, and needed to arrange travel for my Aunt, who was traveling alone (at 80+ yrs old). I wasn't certain of transportation services in the Boston area, as I don't typically travel there. I contacted BTG, and they made the process as seamless as possible. (they even helped me figure out how to ensure that she would have wheelcare coverage, out to the car, if she needed it). Suffice it to say, she had the ride of her life. She thought the service and her driver were absolutely wonderful! And for me - they understood that I was not in control and so the driver (Sam) sent me texts that he had made contact with her, and that she was dropped off safely. Tonight I used BT again which would be the third time. This time Freddy was my driver! He was awesome! We or probably more me (lol) were gabbing pretty much the whole time. We laughed and talked about Massachusetts blizzards. I can't say enough, I was comfortable, and thats saying a LOT because I probably have trust issues but not for a second has any of the 3 drivers ive had made me feel uncomfortable at all!! Wow, I can't say enough positive things about my experience with BTG. On the back end of things, they were so incredibly organized and communicative. They sent me a confirmation 24 hours prior to my pick ups. Nada, who was my driver both to and from my destination, was truly one of the kindest people I've ever met. Professional, courteous, and amazing to work with. I used Boston Transportation Group for an agent coming in for a tour of Merrimack College, and for drop-off and pick-up. Setting up the transportation arrangements were easy and they were wonderful to deal with. I was sent the information of the driver the day before the pick-up, which was helpful as the agent was international and information had to be relayed through messaging. We used the Boston Transportation Group to pick us up from Logan Airport and drop one of us off in Somerville, MA and the other 2 of us to different locations in CT. The entire experience was stress free, comfortable and relaxing. We called and spoke to John. John was so pleasant and answered all of our questions. We have been using BTG to go to Manchester-by-the-Sea from Logan and back since 2016. Early and late hour. Snow and rain. Rush hour and Sunday mornings. Maybe five trips per year. Always on time. All of the drivers pleasant and professional. We talk with Sam about our kids and grandchildren. This last trip Toufik found out I liked to both eat and cook bastilla, a wonderful dish from Morocco. So, he stopped at a bakery on the way to Logan and bought us some locally made bastilla. Incredible graciousness and generosity, but typical of BTG. Good company and good people. read more

Our service was perfect from start to finish. Sam texted us with his nam and cell once he was on premise and met us in the designated area with name plate . Our ride from Logan International to Chatham was very uneventful and car was appointed nicely with chargers for several electronic devises, mints , water sanitizer etc. upon arrival to our destination Sam graciously carried all luggage to the second floor apartment. We flew from Boston to San Francisco last week. We decided to use Boston Transportation group to drive us from our home (concord,ma) to the logan airport, and again drive us from logan airport home on the return trip. I called and made the reservation in advance. Their price is competitive and there is no extra charge for early morning pick up. We have small kids and heavy luggages. The drivers were on time and attentive. They helped carrying our luggages. A great experience. Highly recommended if you need a ride to the airport. read more

I had a great experience being picked up at Logan Airport and taken home. The call was quick and easy. I got an email confirmation with an explanation of the process to meet the driver after landing. I received a text from the driver as soon as I landed. The driver was friendly and polite, asked me if i was comfortable with the vehicle temperate and the radio selection. I hired them to pick me up in Western Mass and deliver me to Logan airport in Boston. If anyone knows the geography of the state - you know it's a 2 hour ride. Anyway, we made it to the airport with time to spare. I also hired them for my return trip back from Logan. My flight came in at midnight. I was thrilled to see the same driver that brought me. We got stuck at Logan with cancelled flights and last minute called BTG for a ride to the Cape, they had a car to Logan within 10 minutes, the driver was very courteous, car was stocked with water and we got home! We have used other car services in similar situations and they tacked on fees and service charges and we ended up paying 100.00+ more than BTG, never again, this was a flat rate from the start and this will be our go to from now on, highly recommend! read more
