I asked my Son and Grandson about their trip to the Airport for their return to Idaho after their visit. I could sum it up with one word--GREAT! Andrew was at my home and waiting right on time. The trip went fine with traffic cooperating they arrived early. It should be noted that Andrew was very professional in all his actions and made the journey an enjoyable trip. But that is how we found every trip conducted by Pro Limo. Here is where a Corporate name is exactly the service they always perform. Thank You. read more

Can I give less than 1 star....I'm writing this review as we are in our Uber from Logan Airport (Monday, Jan 26, 2026 at 8:50PM...day 2 of the snowstorm) Pro Limo is unreliable with terrible customer service. We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter. read more

Have been using this company for several years and they are the best around! Utilize the most up-to-date and newest vehicles available ( auto, SUV, vans) and provide the most courteous and professional drivers in the industry today. Excellent communication between you and their drivers. Drivers know exactly where to pick up and drop off whether the airport or anywhere around, including Boston. read more

We have been with ProLimo for 10 years and have consistently had top notch service. The drivers are so courteous, on time, and knowledgeable about the best routes. And more thing about the drivers--- they drive safely. They are professionals! read more

I havI e used this Service in the past several weeks. They are on time, efficient, and very personable. Their cars are clean and I can't say enough about the drivers. I would recommend this car service to anyone on the Cape who needs to get to the airport, or hospitals or other destinations in the Boston areae read more

My father had told me all about Pro Limo services. Up until just recently, he was always the person who picked me up from the airport. Now, he moved to California and I'm not a huge fan of taking Lyft or Uber since I have my one year-old with me. My Dad decided to treat me because he felt so bad for not being able to pick me up himself, to a Pro Limo, round-trip experience. Well, now I'm hooked. It is so convenient. They pick you up right outside of the baggage carousel. All you have to do is cross the street and they are there for you. They send you a confirmation via email and text the day before so you know exactly what time they will be there for you. You also give them your flight details so that they can know if there are any changes, even if you're up in the air. On the way back to the airport, they will let you know what time they will be there and it's usually 2 1/half to three hours early so you don't have to feel rushed. You can also let them know what time is comfortable for you. The prices are expensive, but for this type of service, to me it's definitely worth it. Sometimes, Uber and Lyft are almost just as expensive, Some of these cars are limos, some of them are black cars. You can ask ahead of time. I would, however let them know if you have a lot of stuff. We got to the point where we almost didn't fit into our car last time. I had great drivers both times. Overall, I love the service and I will be using it again next time I fly back east. read more

The very best in luxury transportation. John, the people in the office and all the drivers are incredible.

Took from Plymouth to Sandwich for outpatient procedure on July 19. Procedure time changed day before scheduled date and change was easily accommodated. Peter a great driver...Lincoln car gorgeous and very comfortable. Highly recommend Pro Limo. read more

A huge thank you to George (Our driver) and Pro Limo tonight for helping make my daughters Sweet 16 birthday complete! George was professional and very easy to get along with! The Mercedes Sprinter was a perfect vehicle for tonight's trip into Boston. Pickup was right on time (actually a few minutes early, which was great) George's driving was great and was perfectly timed for our reservation in Boston and a nice side trip into Boston's North End. I'd recommend Pro Kino to anyone looking for professional transportation no matter where you're going! Thank you again for helping make my daughters night special! It could not have gone better! read more

As a surprise birthday gift for an 85 year old, the family decided to rent a party bus for the day and take her to Foxwoods. After checking a few other companies we settled on Pro Limo. It was a great decision, and Pro Limo is a class outfit.. From the initial e-mail to our final drop off we were treated with respect and courtesy by everyone at the company. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We were sent reminders, given contact information of our driver, picked up on time and dropped off on schedule. They did everything but come on board and sing "Happy Birthday." read more

Exactly like their name says, these guys are Pros. Always polite, on time, have clean vehicles, and excellent drivers. Thank you for driving us safely too! Totally recommend them for any of your ride needs. read more

We used these people several times with no problems before but this past June after being transported from Logan Airport to Hyannis we received a nasty call from their management saying our service dog had left a mess in the car. I know the dog sheds but it wasn't what I'd characterize as a mess. Plus it was a service dog! The caller was extremely rude! The driver's name was Jerry and he didn't have complimentary bottles of water for us as all the previous drivers had done and he wasn't as accommodating as other staff members had been. I suspect he didn't want to do another drive and exaggerated the situation to get out of working. Whatever his reason, the bad tempered call and the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth. We were told we were banned from using them anymore and thankfully we found a much better company instead for our end of the summer return. Everything happens for a reason! read more

Absolutely first rate in all respects: reservations, drivers, vehicles and performance. Would happily use again and have recommended to others. Impressive service and organization. read more

Pro Limo did a great job giving our family of four a ride from Logan to Osterville. Beautiful Escalade, perfect driving, on time and professional driving and booking. Competitive pricing. We had a great conversation with our driver, Dave. But we could have had complete privacy if that had been our preference. Pricing was competitive, and slightly less than other area limo services. Easy credit card payment including gratuity. read more

My daughter and I used Pro-Limo to and from Logan in April. This was our first time with a car service. The drivers were polite, kind, and easy to talk to. Sorry if I sound corny, but it's true! Because of my family's extensive medical needs, I deal with many people. Some professional and some not-so-much. But, for me and my daughter, the drivers and this company were the real deal! Thank you Pro-Limo, Donna read more

Just wanted to let you know that Pete (our driver) and his service were a genuine pleasure. He was very engaging (which I like and which does not always happen with drivers). All of the positive customer reviews I read about ProLimo were 100% right on. I could not have been happier with your service. Pete was early which worked out well because our flight was early into Logan. Your multiple e-mail confirmations that I received were excellent and very helpful. Thanks again for all you help. It was easy doing business with you and I feel like I got much, much more than my money's worth. read more

I couldn't have imagined an airport trip to be any easier. Door to door, 30 minutes each way. Friendly, respectful drivers, Jim and Bob. I will not even consider another service. Bravo ProLimo read more

We used Pro Limo service in October 2017 from/to Logan airport to Woods Hole, MA to catch the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and had a great experience! Our party of 11 was arriving at different times and 2 different terminals which was no problem for the friendly drivers!! The Mercedes van was clean and roomy for all of us and our luggage!!! I highly recommend this company! read more

Great service on time and very knowledgeable --knows how to get around city and is great in this case for a funeral.

We were so impressed with Pro Limo and their service! We hired them for our wedding in Kingston, MA. They did an amazing job. Not only did we have them take the wedding party to and from the wedding we also had them pick up and take back guests from 2 different hotels. It could have been a disaster, I just kept thinking people would miss their ride back but the driver did such a great job making sure everyone was accounted for. The driver was also very helpful with my father who has a disability, he helped him get in and out and helped him with some items he brought. My one complaint is the the Navigator Limo we rented was a little dated and smelled like cigarette smoke. I would truly recommend Pro Limo! We really appreciated the willing to be so accommodating, timely and great to work with! read more

Used for taking us to and from Logan, very efficient, easy to work with, pleasant driviers. A very good experience.

Very poor customer service from owner/manager (which seems to be a common complaint on other review sites, including the filtered review below): I had called with confusion on payment method and was greeted by a disgruntled man who threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't understand... There was absolutely no patience or appreciation for the business. Extremely disappointed, which was unfortunate since the driver was very pleasant. read more

I recently hired Pro Limo to cart me, my sister, and 20 of my sister's best friends around during her bachelorette weekend. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Steve was great to work with when I arranged for the party bus and made everything very easy. Bob, our driver, was early to arrive at the house to pick us up and exceptionally nice and patient as we herded all the ladies from place to place. To quote one of the party goers, it was the nicest bus any of us had ever been on. The bus was clean and spacious and set up for bluetooth so we could play our own music. Customer service was exceptional. I would certainly use Pro Limo and recommend them to others. read more

I have been riding with Pro for the last three years. I can't say enough about their ease of scheduling, punctuality, and overall professionalism, even when my pickup is at 3:30AM! Beyond the excellent service from the drivers the vehicles are always immaculate and all brand new within the last year or so. I will continue to only ride with Pro as it is my belief they are the superior livery service for MA. Thanks again for another great experience Pro! read more

Just had the most amazing experience with Pro Limo when renting a party bus for a bachelorette. I can't begin to say how thorough, kind and wonderful the staff, driver and bus was. From booking, to finalizing the details with Steve, to communication, to politeness of our driver Daniel, to the bus itself - everything was amazing. I couldn't recommend this company enough and will be using their services anytime I ever need party bus/limo needs. Thanks you so much to the team! read more

What a great experience this was. Pro Limo was great to deal with. I had so many questions and concerns in booking a fantastic limo for Prom. They were so nice to deal with, and addressed all questions and concerns with clarity and good humor. They kept me informed and happy. The driver, Jonathan, was a great match for the teens, professional, decked out and polished. With a great smile and the necessary patience for the overexcited Moms that were enjoying it as well. The car was the perfect over the top fabulous for these formal dressed kids. We got so many compliments on what a beautiful, classy and cool Limo the teens had for them. A perfect experience. Thanks so much! read more

Everyone I dealt with was great. From the lady taking my reservation, the man who called and confirmed it, he was very patient with my time changes and lack of knowledge as to exact addresses in Boston for restaurant's etc. Our driver Bob was prompt, courteous, and very good at getting around Boston New Year's eve. I will definitely use them again. read more

Extremely available even at last minute notice. Cars are beautiful, impeccable. I use their service weekly. Only complaint is they use so many drivers you can't get accustomed to a style. One person might have a more assertive driving style than the next. Overall very very good. Would recommend to my best friends! read more

We have been using Pro Limo for corporate airport transfers, as well as hotel shuttles at our annual event, for about 3 years now. I highly recommend Pro Limo Service in Kingston MA. Last week I had arranged for Pro Limo to pick up my boss and 6 of his friends that were arriving at Logan at different times and airlines. They brought a giant Mercedes van that had plenty of room for all of them, along with their luggage and golf clubs. I dealt with "Steve" - who was extremely accommodating. He even personally called one of the passengers who was concerned about being missed at the airport, to reassure him. Arranging for the pickup and then the return to the airport a few days later was very smooth and quick and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. We will continue to use ProLimo whenever we are In the area again. Highly recommended! read more

I just wanted to write and let you know how pleased our family was with your exceptional service - to and from Logan airport from Cape Cod. You set the bar for our vacation experiences on the very first leg of our long-awaited epic trip to America's Southwest. Due to the number of bags we were taking, along with the extreme hours of our travel, we opted to use a car service rather than take a bus. It also didn't make sense to leave our car at the airport. Looking back, choosing Pro Limo was one of the BEST decisions we made on our entire vacation! This was the first time we had used a car service, and it couldn't have been more convenient, comfortable, professional and prompt. You alerted us ahead of time with itinerary and driver information; including a photo, which gave us a high level of comfort. The car that you provided was big, clean, new, roomy, and comfortable. Your drivers were sociable and friendly. They made good conversation, and also politely subsided from conversation when we all needed some much-needed rest on our return trip. Both rides to and from Logan went perfectly. I would recommend your company to anyone, and already have several times!! read more

I would give more stars because the actual service to and from Logan airport on my vacation was on time. The town car was clean and the driver spoke the language freely and was talkative but not overbearing. The only issue is communication as it is hard to fully understand the process. I entered my information online and got an email not long after with the confirmation information but it went into the filter so I never saw it. I never got a call but I did later see a card form come in the email which I filled out and sent back. I don't think I ever got a confirmation on it being processed which is always a concern because sometimes the banks will hold a charge like this and I didn't want my reservation to be cancelled. I was eventually able to reach someone and like I said the driver and car were spot on no problems. I think maybe it is the nature of this type of business where they have a lot of drivers in the field and it's like trying to herd squirrels to get them all on the same page. I might suggest instead of emails and calls give the customers the option of a simple text confirmation which can't go into deep dark recesses of the internet and get lost. read more

I'm not sure why it has taken me so long to leave a review on Pro-limo, but here we are. I have used Pro-limo for several years now and continue to do so. I have never used a limo service as professional and accommodating as this company and believe me, I have travelled extensively. The drivers are always professional, well presented and respectful. The cars are always on time, perfectly presented and the drivers make sure the temperature is comfortable. I have often called at odd hours and from numerous time zones - they always make it happen. Thank you Pro-Limo. Outstanding customer service. read more

We booked a party bus through Pro Limo for our wedding day. Boy was I disappointed! We wanted a party bus for our bridal party to cruise in-style to our wedding in. Annnnd also for a fun atmosphere- but that, it was NOT! There was NO music!!!!! The radio didn't work. The iPhone cord didn't work. The bluetooth didn't work! Nothing worked! Nothing not a peep- just static. The driver pulled over to try to get some tunes on after we asked 10 times, but he could not get anything on- and could care less. This was upsetting but I got over it- well kind of. But it gets worse. My husband and I reserved the bus for 3 hours. The venue was 20 minutes away but after "the first look" we wanted to hang on the party bus away from the venue while our guests made their way into the venue. After the first look, I walked back to the bus- ANNNND it was GONE! GONE!!!!!! He took the cooler with booze in it off the bus, which was not supposed to be in the venue, BUT TOOK OFF WITH MY PURSE!! THEN, when we called, never mind the fact that we had to jump through hoops to get in touch with the driver because we had to call the main number, the driver gave us an attitude! He argued with us that and insisted that he could leave after the drop off- which was 1 hour instead of the 3 we paid for before the wedding from WITH gratuity. He came back after arguing and his boss calling him and telling him that he did have to stay- which was awkward, but I'm glad he did because he still had my purse! We tried to get in touch with the company before our honeymoon to see if they could make it right but they are very unresponsive and still are. Save your time and patience and look some for a limo/party bus somewhere else. read more
