Absolutely fantastic service! Very friendly and accommodating. We had direct communication with the driver and Terry was super responsive. They arrived early to pick us up and the car was extremely clean and professionally maintained. Our airline was 4 hours late leaving Athens, Greece and we missed our connection. Since there were no other flights available I had to take the Amtrak home. Joel was more than flexible with changing our pickup date, time and location. Thanks Joel for your understanding! I do travel for a living and going forward Coastal is now my go to for transportation services. Very highly recommend you book with this very professional company. read more

Amazing service. The driver, Alex, was so professional and kind. Picked up at Boston Logan airport and dropped off at Hyannis Ferry Terminal. Also for the return trip a few days later. Very accommodating to schedule changes. Extremely clean and comfortable car. COVID precautions were taken (mask worn 100% of the time. Sanitizer in the vehicle). Highly recommend. read more

The other day, I completely forgot to arrange a ride for myself and my kids from Logan on a flight that was arriving at 12:30am. So, with only a couple hours before we were supposed to board our flight, I started calling around looking for a car service who could pick us up late that same night and get us to the South Shore. After many unsuccessful phone calls, I finally had success with Coastal. They were able to pick us up at 12:30am and drive us to Scituate. We were exhausted. The driver was so nice. When I turned my phone off airplane mode, I was greeted with a text message from our driver and clear directions as to where to find him and our car. We were so happy with the service, we used them to return to the airport a few days later for a 5am flight. Clearly, I'm a masochist. For our 5am flight, our driver was in the driveway before 3am and sent a no-pressure text message just letting me know that he was there and ready whenever we were. Another pleasant ride and very nice driver. I will continue to use Coastal going forward. I highly recommend their services! read more

We used Coastal Livery for our wedding in Scituate, renting the big party bus to transport 14 wedding party members to the reception, and we had a blast! The van was beautiful, clean and our driver couldn't have been better! We had such a great time we actually contemplated having him continue to drive and not go to the reception! Can't wait to use Costal Livery's services again soon! read more

Rented the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Royale for my daughters birthday. Could not have been better from start to finish. The vehicle was impeccable and driver Phil was exceptional. Let us know what was going on and that all was good with the kids. Made sure they had a good time and they were safe and sound. Highly recommend and ask for Phil you won't be disappointed. read more

On time service just as advertised. I got what I expected. Really, that is all that matters. However, here are more details (that I would want if I were using this review as a guide.) I made my reservation on their website, and all my correspondence was via email. I never spoke to anyone but the drivers. This worried me because I am a serial planner but I let the process play as it said it would and was not disappointed. I had an early morning flight and the driver was in my driveway 15 mins early. Picked me up in a nice town car w free bottles of water already there. I ended up talking to the driver the entire way but I could easily have had very little talking if I'd wanted it that way. I'm a talker so, I talked. He also took my direction to get to highway from my home in Halifax, which was different from his GPS directions. I got to my flight on time and had already pre-paid and pre-tipped which I made point to tell him to make sure he got that tip. My flight home got in a few days later at 11pm and the driver was waiting for me (different driver) and even called my cell after I was off the plane just to let me know he was out there. Same service as the ride in, we talked a lot but I could have slept if I'd wanted to. Again he listened to my suggestions on the route and again I made sure to tell him about the tip. Both drivers were personable and good at the driving, which is most important. I would use Coastal again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who asked. Professional, personable, efficient, and an easy process. read more

We used Coastal Livery Transportation to and from Logan last week. The service could not have been better. The reservation was made with Joel who responded quickly and willingly to questions. Our driver, John was careful, professional, friendly and on time on both ends. We had to be picked up at 3:30 AM and the return pick up was 11:45PM. Not the easiest times. We had a 10 passenger white stretch limo which was in excellent condition. Our young grandchildren were thrilled riding in a limo. The price was very fair. We received e-mails from the company as reminders which was a plus. I will use this service whenever we need transportation to the airport. read more

I was worried about having a 3:45 am pick up in Plymouth for a 6 am flight. This company, driver was awesome! The driver, "Bo" was early, professional and kind. I would highly reccomend this company! I set the right up with Joel. I plan to use for transport in the future. THANKS! read more

Right from the beginning, Coastal was quick to respond, accommodating, and dependable on our wedding day! Nicole and Joel were always returning my emails within a day. Our driver, Alex, arrived thirty minutes early which eased some of the stress of transporting everyone. He was a good driver, always making us feel safe, and got us to our destination when expected. The car was clean as well. We would definitely recommend Coastal to anyone looking for transportation services in and around Boston, especially for weddings! read more

What an amazing experience from coastal livery. Alex texted us when he expected us to land, advised us where to meet him and like clock work, we met, perfect timing. He was gracious, took our luggage immediately and then after our long journey we slipped into the most comfortable sedan seats ever! Water waiting, he told us about the city and then we arrived to our destination. Best way to travel... read more

Let me start off by saying that I have used Coastal before for business trips to/from Logan Airport without any issue. However, this past business trip I had with them put the "nail in the coffin" that I will never use them again. I recently returned to Logan back from a trip to Europe. Coastal had all of my flight details in advance of my trip. I collected my baggage and took a walk out to the Livery Pick-Up area outside of Terminal E...but no Coastal waiting for me. This was disappointing, seeing that it was a bitterly cold day in February with wind chills in the -15 range. I gave them 10 more minutes, still no Coastal. I tried calling them, no answer. Left a message. Waited 10 more minutes, still no call back. Called them again, got Joel on the phone this time. He tried to tell me that his driver was running behind due to heavy traffic (mind you, it was a typical Friday afternoon....in Boston -- when does Boston NOT have traffic??). Plan ahead for this based on my expected arrival time that I have already given to you, just as every other livery did that was there waiting for their arriving clients. However, Joel proceeds to tell me it should only be 10-15 more mins, then my driver will arrive. I wait. And wait some more. 30 additional minutes elapse from the time I last spoke with Joel. Still no Coastal, nor any phone call with any updates. So, I call him back....again (with words exchanged that I wouldn't dare repeat here). Again he tells me, it should only be 5-10 more mins. Finally, after more than 1hr 10 mins after my flight arrived, my driver arrives! However, he doesn't even pull into the designated Livery area where I was waiting (and where I had told Joel I was waiting). I just happened to notice his vehicle pull around to the "normal passanger pick-up" area based on the vehicle description that Joel gave to me. So, now I have to walk through ice and snow another 10 mins to get to his vehicle. The way that Joel at Coastal handled this entire situation was very disappointing. Although apologetic, he basically lied to me and just gave excuses. Do not trust this company, especially if you would like to arrive on-time to your destination. While waiting at the airport for Coastal to arrive, I was approached by many "competitors" of Coastal who offered their services to me at lower prices, at which I will be looking at switching to using going forward. read more

It's 4:23am. We were supposed to be picked up at 4am to make a flight, with the driver arriving 15 minutes early. Our driver just called an told us he overslept and is just getting up. This is F-ING RIDICULOUS!!! Don't count on this company for anything!!!! read more

My husband and I just got back from Disney with our 3 year old twins and 11year old daughter our outbound flight had us being picked up at 5:30am and our return flgiht was delayed by almost two hours. I've used Coastal for two early morning rides to Logan with late evening pick ups. They've been nothing but courteous and professional. Easy to book and they show up on time. Makes for stress free rides to and from the airport. read more

I was nervous to find the right limo company to go with for our special night in town after our Scituate wedding. I found Coastal Livery online and when I gave them a call they were very easy to deal with. I thought that they may be hesitant to use one of their stretch limos for just two occupants but they were not. Also I felt that they had very competitive pricing compared to other companies in the area. Our driver, Charlie, was great. He was professional and made us feel very special on our wedding night. I'd recommend this company to use for any special occasion. read more

We hired Coastal Livery for our wedding last month. I spoke with Joel a few times prior to the wedding date and he was was very helpful and easy going. The limo was punctual and everything went as planned. Initially, our biggest concern was the timing, logistics for the entire bridal party and the cost as well. By far, Coastal Livery was very well priced when compared to other transportation companies after thorough due diligence. read more

Used Coastal Livery to go to and from Logan recently for the first time. They were excellent. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Confirmed address ahead of time. Were very professional. Dropped us off and picked us up timely. Only wish I had received the quote a little bit faster - as I almost booked with another company first! Now that i know they are reliable and have competitive pricing - I will definitely be using them again. Thanks! read more

If I could give it a 0 star rating, I would. Made arrangements to have them pick us up at 6:30 this morning for the airport. They never showed up. We had a 9:00 am scheduled flight on Jet Blue out of Logan which we obviously were not able to make. Worse yet, there was no number to call to try to find out where they were. When it became apparent that they were not coming at the scheduled time, I called their number several times and all I got was a recorded voice message stating that there was no one available to take my call. I finally got ahold of someone there around 9:00 am. to explain what had happened. Obviously, I was not happy due to the aggravation, inconvenience and additional expense incurred as a result of their incompetence. To anyone considering using this service, I would strongly suggest you use someone else. read more

Great service, great prices. These folks are first rate! We have been using Coastal Livery for rides to Logan for more than a year. I am livid. I had a pick up scheduled for 4:15 or so from the south shore to catch a 6 am flight at Logan. Yes, I was cutting it a little close from the start, so imagine my surprise when the car service had still, not arrived at my house by 4:35am. I had to make a quick decision to jump in my car and head to Logan myself. I have already been charged for both legs of this trip and if I'm not promptly reimbursed, I'm contacting BBB. read more
