I Posted a negative review for this Company. My niece got married this past Saturday and the limo broke down. Not one member of the wedding party made it to the church in the limo. Upon reading his response to one of the reviews, he finds it distasteful that we are putting out so many negative reviews. I find it distasteful that the owner won't do the right thing and provide a complete refund. read more

On 9/27/25, A Plus Coach of Hingham failed to render livery service it was required to provide to a wedding party due a mechanical breakdown of their vehicle. While such mishaps do occur on occasion, there was no additional aid/assistance to the wedding party stranded at the venue by A Plus Coach. This added stress to several members of the party consisting of bride/groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen and parents. A Plus Coach is only willing to provide a partial payment for services NOT rendered. I will inform acquaintances to never contact this company for any occasions. read more

We used A Plus Coach to take us to Logan Airport at 2:30 A.M. from Weymouth on a Wednesday morning the driver an older man called he said he would be there at 2:10 A.M. great we paid for a sedan $126.00 dollars including tip but got the new big SUV no extra cost for us he was very friendly no issues when we go on our next vacation in May we will use A Plus Coach again. read more

A plus is not A plus , On 9/27 on the way to the wedding ceremony the limo broke down carrying the groom the ushers and two children , they then had to walk in their tux the rest of the way to the ceremony. The bride her attendants the moms had to then have relatives and friends leave the ceremony to go pick them up and bring them to the ceremony site causing delay in the ceremony . After the ceremony the wedding party was to be transported to the wedding venue but no replacement limo was ever sent to the ceremony site to pick them up . The Chauffeur admitted that the alternator had to be replaced that morning , and once again it broke . After communicating with the company they agreed to only reimburse the bride and groom 1/2 of their fee. Still charged them the gratuity and gas cost . The manager Anthony was not very helpful . A replacement coach was sent to sit next to the broken down limo instead of going to the ceremony site . Common sense was not used . When I asked Anthony if I could speak with the owner I was told he was away . Do not use A plus coach read more

Sitting at Davios in Logan an hour before my flight boards because my driver was on time, friendly, and knew the route. The luxury car was clean and stocked with water. I booked online, got my confirmation and literally worried about nothing after that. We used this service for a party transport to Boston. We got the 15 passenger party bus and it was perfect. We could've stayed on the bus the whole night. Our driver's name was Bob. He was patient, dressed nicely complete with a bow tie, and even responded to my text to return to the party because another person missed the bus. Booking the service was fast and easy. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable. I received emails and texts to confirm pick up time and our driver's name. Overall it was an awesome experience. We will definitely use them again. read more

I'm not sure if some of these reviews are for the right company... I have used A Plus exclusively for airport transportation for business travel for the past three years (at least once a month) and have never, ever had a problem. My pickups are on time, drivers are courteous, office staff is super helpful and the cars always clean. I book online and pay with a credit card (including gratuity) at the time of reservation, so no driver has ever talked to me about money at all. This is why i'm not sure some of these other reviews that mention payment are legitimate. As a business traveler, cost isn't as important to me as service and reliability, and A Plus delivers on both of those. The fact that they are also reasonably priced is also a benefit. read more

They saved the day! I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and professional Anthony and staff were at fulfilling a last minute request for a ride to the airport for my large family and I. The ride was smooth, the Limo was immaculate and very nice (the kids thought is was soooo cool :) ). And the driver was courteous and pleasant. I recently used A Plus Coach for an 8 hour round-trip drive from MA to NY and back for a medical appointment -- all in the same day. The driver, Grady, was completely phenomenal. He made a complex, tiring, almost-the-whole-day-spent-in-the-car trip feel as easy as a drive down the street with a friend. He's very personable, has an incredible sense of humor, and is a genuinely talented driver. He made what could've been a very arduous passenger experience a total breeze. I've also had the privilege of having Grady as a driver for a round-trip airport run and he was just as terrific. He's a tremendous asset to A Plus. read more

I had a horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I rented a 12 person limo and it broke down in 1 hour, when the actual owner was contacted I requested alternate transportation just so we could arrive to our event, he hung up. I suggested Uber's. He said that would come out of our pockets and he would not reimburse us. We got to our destination 4 hours late and I paid the same amount. I understand cars break down but customer service should not break down. The driver was awesome but the owner was not. read more

This Limo Service was a nightmare! We get to the Limo and they would not take a credit card as a form of payment. The Driver has me call his boss and he says that we have to pay him up front in cash or we will not be able to use the Limo service we booked a month in advance. After going back and forth on the phone with the "Owner" he finally agreed to take a check, and write it to him personally (Sketchy). After that was all squared away we were able to go on with the rest of our night. Which would have been a great time if the A/C worked in the Party Bus they gave us. 15 People in a vehicle, in a 90 degree day, in August, with no air conditioning. Thanks for a great night A Plus JOKE. The only good thing about this company, was the driver. He was nothing but polite and apologetic and he is the only reason i give this company even one star. read more

My siblings and I were treating our mom to an overnight at Mohegan Sun for her birthday. We contacted a couple of local companies to inquire about transportation and their prices were really high. I called A Plus and spoke with Anthony. Since the trip would be on an off-day (a Sunday) he was great about the price. Our driver, Steve, was awesome. So accommodating and really gracious towards my 80 year old mom. He drove us to Mohegan Sun and returned the next day to get us. Both times he was on time and the trip was painless and enjoyable. We took the limo to the airport. The driver was nice enough but was looking at his phone most of the ride. My daughter left her baseball hat in the car. We called when we returned from our trip. Surprise, no hat. I would think that they would look in the car when they drop people off. If he did or didn't who knows. End of story, the hat vanished. Not happy read more

Both the employees I talked to from this company were terrible. They were slow to respond, their responses made no sense or were incomplete. I would call them and they would reply via email. They eventually cancelled a meeting less than two hours beforehand. Overall poor communication and completely unprofessional. I would never do business with them, especially not for an event such as a wedding, when things just can't go wrong. read more

From setting up the party bus with Brittany to the terrific driver (Ranaldo), we had a great experience with A Plus Coach. We rented the 32 passenger party bus for prom and had 28 kids onboard. The party bus was super clean and so much fun with the lighting etc. We added an extra stop the day before and received confirmation right away. Communication was great. Myself and 27 of my friends rented a party bus from A Plus Coach last night. I booked it a few weeks ago and the owner was really willing to work with me. The driver (I believe his name was Jimmy) was great! Arrived on time, was very friendly, and politely helped each of us off the bus. At the end of the night he made sure everything went okay and thanked us. The 32 passenger party bus we got was super clean and one of the nicest I have been on. We used this Limo company for our wedding in August 2016, I was not impressed with the guy I talked to when making the reservation, he said that I was required to pay the 20% driver gratuity at the time time of reserving the limo and "if I didn't like it to go somewhere else!". My logic is that I tip for the service provided, i don't know if I got good service until after the service is provided. I reluctantly agreed so that i was able to cross something off my wedding task list. The car turned out to be smaller than I was told so the wedding party had a tight squeeze, I saw no red carpet to get into the limo that I was told there would be, there was 1 bottle of champagne so barely enough for a grooup toast (if I had known I would have brought my own). With about 15-20 minutes left in the time we booked the limo for (3 hours) we arrived at a point to take pictures, close to the venue but far enough for girls in high heals not to want to walk. The driver insisted that we empty all of our belongings out of the car else pay an for an additional hour of rental. The service was not worth 20% and the next time I have a need for a limo it won't be with A Plus coach @ $240 bucks an hour! read more
