A great service I've been using for a few years now…read more Always reliable, never late; if anything they are a bit early on the pick up. Some very good drivers with great personalities. Prices are competitive, but these guys are my go-to. I'm 6'5" and they always have Yukons with plenty of leg room, complimentary water, and the vehicles are always sparkling clean and smoke-free. Highest recommendation.

Our dinner reservations were over, and the groom had to wait in the street. I had to call the answering service to find out where or driver was, even though they had my cell phone number. Granted, there was traffic, but this should be something that check before heading out for the night. Second, we had to call 20 minutes in advance of wanting to switch bars. Third, the driver was extremely rude. Normally drivers are friendly and will suggest bars, etc. This guy was gruff, especially on the phone when I had to call him for pick ups etc. I wasn't drunk and I know I wasn't being rude. At the end of the night we all ended up sitting on the ground in front of a pizza place for a substantial amount of time waiting for the driver to show up. Finally, the main officer customer service was equally as rude. When I called to complain about our experience the guy on the phone basically told me why I was wrong on every point. They said they would get back to me after they "investigated" my allegations. No surprise, I haven't heard a word. I have been on a number of "nights on the town" with other limo services, and the experiences were far more positive. The limo side of the night was so bad that is has been a joke ever since. This is my first post, but I felt burned enough by this experience to sign on and speak up. I would not recommend this service to anyone. We definitely didn't get what we paid for.

Andrew was at my home and waiting right on time. The trip went fine with traffic cooperating they arrived early. Can I give less than 1 star....I'm writing this review as we are in our Uber from Logan Airport…read more(Monday, Jan 26, 2026 at 8:50PM...day 2 of the snowstorm) Pro Limo is unreliable with terrible customer service. We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter.
