We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter.

This road is extremely narrow and you must be extremely careful driving it. He finally continued after he phoned his boss who then tried telling me the rules of the company that they have to check in. Well I did explain to her you can't check in if you don't have service! Also you and your drivers should not be speaking Spanish and talking shit about the white women in the back who you assume don't understand Spanish! She shut up.
