The cars are clean and provide a nice, stress free ride to Logan airport. I have experience requesting pickups both very early morning and later in the evening. After calling many car services - all of whom were completely booked up - I was referred to JB Livery, and I'm so glad I was! We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early. We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind.
