Odyssey transportation is my new go to source for all of my transportation needs…read more I got a last minute notification of travel and needed a ride from my home in NH to Logan. This was business related so I had a fixed price. I had an hour to arrange pick up and leave. After eight other companies were unable to help me we found odyssey. They were able to get a car to me in twenty minutes and deliver me to Logan in time for my flight and within my price range. My return flight from Logan I once again had short notice. I'm a slow learner sometimes and tried two other companies that couldn't meet my needs. As soon I called Odyssey they had me scheduled for a pick up at Logan. The cars were immaculate, clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The two drivers I had were professional and able to read my needs. All of my future work related transportation needs will be handled by Odyssey. We have a wedding to plan for with a lot of out of state guests and Odyssey transportation will be our choice for transportation.

We called Black Tie the night before arrival and they were wonderful. The receptionist made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their communication was first rate! From immediate confirmation emails to text messages from the driver- you were always kept informed and updated. We were picked up in a Cadillac SUV that was impeccably clean. The driver, Kevin, arrived early, gave us specific directions where to find him. He was in a suit and held an electronic sign with our name on it so he was easy to identify. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I called Cody and he did not answer then I called the dispatch and they said they would have him call me back. When the call came about 10 minutes later, he told me since he thought I was arriving from an international flight he would factor in an extra hour to my scheduled pick-up! First of all the reservation clearly showed a domestic flight arrival and second it is pretty egregious to arbitrarily add an hour to the reservation pick-up time. I was livid that he was home in New Hampshire while I was waiting at the airport. Of the 3 times I used this company they were late twice, the most recent was outrageous. I am sad to say I will not use them again. After 10 months I just received an email from google with this: Response from the owner 3 hours ago Dear Elaine, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the experience you had. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding your flight, and we'd like to clarify what happened. When we initially processed your booking, there was confusion around your flight status, as the system indicated it might be an international arrival. Typically, with international flights, passengers need extra time to clear customs, which often leads to longer waits, so we factored in an additional hour to account for this. However, we now understand that your flight was indeed a domestic one, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused you. To remedy the situation as quickly as possible, we immediately explored multiple options to get you home sooner. This included personally looking for alternate modes of transportation out of pocket. Though you refused them all. Insisting on waiting for us. Despite the mix-up, we did not charge as a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the wait. While we know this doesn't change your experience, we wanted to assure you that we take situations like this very seriously, and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve. Today, I've had a very disturbing experience. Briefly: luggage carousel took a long time to get rolling (about 40 minutes). I called the dispatch to alert them so that they'd know A) I'm not ghosting and B) probably don't want to rush to the pickup zone if they have a better place to wait. 30min into my wait (25min after my courtesy call), the boss from headquarters calls me and demands that I tip the driver extra because they don't pay him to wait more than 30min. And he wasn't nice about it. Thing is, I'd already tipped nicely on the pre-pay (which the rude caller knew), and given the hard time we were all having with this delay and a late hour, I was planning to give a little cash too. This call changed my experience, changed my feeling about tipping the extra (I couldn't feel anything but resentment), and also admittedly reduced the amount of that extra cash when I did cough it up. Driver also made it clear that he was not happy to be here, and that I was obviously a tremendous inconvenience. For the price I paid, I would have appreciated a bit more commiserating attitude versus a misdirected anger attitude. Waiting isn't super fun for anyone, but at least he was sitting in a warm car and had all of his belongings. Please anyone who has a better airport limo company in this area feel free to DM me.
