After a couple of bad experiences, we've shed away from lovely service for years. But a lie arrival after a long international flight w/ young children drove us back for one more try. Pearl's Yelp reviews were so strong, we had to give them a try. Joe was terrific to work with before the trip; great communication, and reasonable rates. Pearl is a father, son and trusted employee team...Who works harder and takes more pride in their work than owner of a small business?! The trip to the airport was a breeze; they were helpful to be sure we stopped along the way for the kids to take a bathroom break. On the return, after a week in Mexico, and 18 degree weather greeting us in Boston, Joe did not have to ask us twice to jump in the warm SUV while he loaded the luggage! It's wonderfully convenient to have Boston's Logan airport so close to us in southern NH....but the convenience ends there...the traffic, challenges and expense of parking, fighting for shuttles of paying a fortune to use Central Parking is not for the faint of heart. Last month (May) was my first time to use Pearl Transportation services but the 5th car company I have used while travelling in this part of the US. All I can say is I wish I had discovered this company MUCH earlier. If I had, I would have certainly not needed to use the services of the other 4! Communication with both Bill and Joe was easy and simple. Reservation was a breeze and considering I did a last minute booking before boarding the plane in HK, it was a relief to receive the confirmation when I landed at Logan International! Our experience with Joe as our driver on the day of our son's graduation was an absolute pleasure, he did everything he could to make the event stress-free and enjoyable for my entire family. Summary: When we need a car service again, I won't bother with research. I'll just call Pearl. We've always used the Boston Express bus or had friends drive us to/from Logan but, on our return from New Zealand this week at almost midnight, neither of those were possible. After cruising reviews on Yelp, I chose Pearl Transportation to get us back home. This was our first experience with a car service. The superb reviews here are for-real and we would highly recommend Pearl Transportation and Joe, our driver. We received email the day of our return confirming the pickup time and Joe called me before they'd even opened the doors of the plane at Logan. He was waiting even though the plane was 45 minutes early and instructions on meeting him were clear. The car was comfortable and Joe was personable. It was a very, very good experience. read more

Truly Wonderful! Pearl Transportation helped me at the last minute and I will be a loyal customer moving forward. I had a change to my business trip and they were able to pick me up early in the morning on short notice from the West Coast without any issues. They communicated each step of the way with a phone call, text message, email receipt and had a nice sign with the driver waiting curbside. Prior to a visit to New Hampshire, I researched limo services to and from Boston. My criteria to find such a service included the rides being safe, comfortable, and affordable while the chauffeurs needed to be prompt and professional. On all these counts and many more, Pearl transportation (and in particular Joe, who I was fortunate to have drive me for the round trip) far exceeded my expectations. I have used limo services for the better part of twenty years the world over and they are easily one of the few at the very top of my list. We used Pearl Transportation on Tuesday and I can't say enough. The service was impeccable! Joe, the son and owner could not have been warmer, more professional and compassionate. Our mission was a sad one: to say goodbye to a very dear friend who is dying of cancer. Joe was so caring and anticipatory of my needs. I used Pearl for my son's Junior Prom last year and I could not have been more satisfied. The staff was polite and prompt. The driver assured me that he would call me if the teenage passengers requested any route diversions that were not "approved," but he was also flexible enough to drive the kids to our home when my son forgot his prom tickets. The cost was reasonable, the car was immaculate, the driver was courteous and prompt. Senior prom is coming up and we will definitely be calling Pearl again. read more

It was a wonderful experience. they were so helpful and professional. the driver arrived ten minutes before our pick up time to logan. we had the suburban which was clean and new. There we two kids who need their car seats and four adults. It worked wonderfully and at pick up we were fifteen minutes late but had no issues with our driver who was there to greet us in theparkinglot and helped carry the bags the rest of the way.
