We were heading to Logan for a longish trip and it was going to cost more to park in central parking than take Axis take us in and home afterwards. The drivers were very punctual and the cars were clean, everything from the initial reservation to the rides to the "how did we do" survey were done very well. We would use them again for flights out of Logan, save us time, traffic hassles, we were tired after an overseas flight and didn't have to worry about getting home. We've been Axis Coach users for years. They always provided new, clean limos. Their drivers were always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We recently tried to book them for an airport delivery and found the price had more than doubled! We called to insure the online quote was correct and learned they inflate the prices during the holiday season. We were told every limo service does the same price gouging scheme. Surprise! Executive Sedan and Limousine in Manchester DOES NOT inflate prices and was shocked to learn about Axis Coach. Do yourself a favor and shop around. I was delighted to find a well reviewed local livery service for going to/from the airport. I was quote and agreed to pay $155.25 for the ride in each direction. When I received my invoice it was for $396.70. I called to ask why the price had changed. The response was that this is what it should have been. Axis Coach is the best transportation from Boston's Logan airport to the New Hampshire wilderness. The drivers are familiar with the territory. While Boston limo drivers tend to be familiar with the Boston metroplex (and probably the Cape), Axis Coach drivers are unfazed by New Hampshire's often confusing&unpaved roads. They don't rely on their passengers being the GPS. They have great customer service in their main office, especially when there are issues like flight delays&technical issues. They have comfortable cars. While they might not have amenities like candies, magazines&coffee akin to other limo services, they do have the necessities. They do offer luxuries if that's what you're looking for, but most importantly, they have what's necessary- a safe, clean, friendly ride. read more

I have used this company a few times now. One of the great appeals of this company is the online instant quote and booking capability. Hate using those online reservation forms and having to wait for the quote. Axis do have the best rates. I have searched through the other half dozen or so companies, that operate private car service from logan up to NH. Axis are always the best price for this journey Driver has always been there, ready and waiting. Smooth and pleasant ride and can relax after a tiring flight etc. It's so nice not having to wait around for buses. Just get out of the terminal.and your good to go. The Lincoln Town cars are great. My wife and I just used Axis Coach for the third time for a pickup at Logan airport and lengthy drive afterward for a drop-off in NH. All three times the service has been excellent. On our second trip using Axis our flights were delayed and we had to re-book several times over the course of the day, ending up arriving at Logan past midnight, but the Axis people were on top of all the changes and waiting for us when we arrived, 7 hours after our original arrival schedule. We booked a limo for our son and his friends for the prom through this company. We paid half up front, received the confirmation within minutes and everything looked good. Then I received an email late the next morning stating, "The limousine that was booked for you had already been booked by another client when the representative took your reservation. I have called our affiliates, but none were able to honor our rate. I did find one that was able to provide an SUV limousine for 6 hours. The rate that they are able to provide is $999.00 all fees and gratuity included for 6 hours. Please let me know if you would like to book this limousine as soon as possible as vehicles for that date are booking quickly." The deposit was already out of our account. The last sentence of the email stated that they had already refunded us. Why would they refund it if this was their "solution" without talking to us. We spoke with them and were told that the bookings happened at the same time. With today's technology that seems kind of strange. We spoke with the manager and he said they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do. We told them it just seemed like poor business. It was turned on us that they didn't have a signed contract. Oh yeah, that's what I was filling out and ready to send when we received the email asking for more money than originally quoted. 2.5 hours later, we received another call saying that we could get the original limo and they would "eat the cost." Thanks, but no thanks. Perhaps we shouldn't trust them with our kids. Sure seems like a bait and switch from our point of view. If this was found to be a problem, then why was it only when we took our business away, that they could find the same vehicle? I would suggest to any parent that has booked to check on them often, because you don't want to find out on Prom night that they have already booked their limo. read more

We made a special request on what we wanted on the sign the limo driver was holding, and they fulfilled that request. We mentioned to the limo driver that we thought it was great they did that for us, and he replied "anything for the customer"... what a great attitude!
