They were on time and super professional! Had a very pleasant experience. I got picked up from a pretty rural location on a dirt road and despite that they were on time which was great! read more

Started off great and then the inconsistency came in, kept adding charges.. finally had reservation with multiple stops (Paid) and Paul who I believe was the owner called to say it would be an extra 100 for the extra stop even though I believe he was the original responder to say there would not be extra since only a few minutes off route. Ended up going with Grace Limo, no issues and very professional. read more

I checked a couple of local services and this one had great reviews and I can see why. We were heading to Logan for a longish trip and it was going to cost more to park in central parking than take Axis take us in and home afterwards. The drivers were very punctual and the cars were clean, everything from the initial reservation to the rides to the "how did we do" survey were done very well. We would use them again for flights out of Logan, save us time, traffic hassles, we were tired after an overseas flight and didn't have to worry about getting home. Great company to deal with. read more

We've been Axis Coach users for years. They always provided new, clean limos. Their drivers were always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We recently tried to book them for an airport delivery and found the price had more than doubled! We called to insure the online quote was correct and learned they inflate the prices during the holiday season. We were told every limo service does the same price gouging scheme. Surprise! Executive Sedan and Limousine in Manchester DOES NOT inflate prices and was shocked to learn about Axis Coach. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Don't accept price gouging from money hungry services. read more

I was delighted to find a well reviewed local livery service for going to/from the airport. I was quote and agreed to pay $155.25 for the ride in each direction. When I received my invoice it was for $396.70. I called to ask why the price had changed. The response was that this is what it should have been. I re-entered all of my info into the reservation system and the ride price came back at $155.25 again, not sure what the issue is, but not a fan of bait and switch... read more

Axis Coach is the best transportation from Boston's Logan airport to the New Hampshire wilderness. The drivers are familiar with the territory. While Boston limo drivers tend to be familiar with the Boston metroplex (and probably the Cape), Axis Coach drivers are unfazed by New Hampshire's often confusing&unpaved roads. They don't rely on their passengers being the GPS. They have great customer service in their main office, especially when there are issues like flight delays&technical issues. They have comfortable cars. While they might not have amenities like candies, magazines&coffee akin to other limo services, they do have the necessities. They do offer luxuries if that's what you're looking for, but most importantly, they have what's necessary- a safe, clean, friendly ride. read more

Recently, my mother was flying into Manchester to visit my gf, my 9 month old son, and I. She missed her flight and had to fly into Boston. I couldn't bring my 9 month old into the city from Hudson at 2pm and not being from the area, there was no babysitter available. In a pinch I called Paul at Axis to see if it was possible to get a last min pickup at Logan so my mother could make it here safely with a company I trust. Not only did he make it happen, but in a time when some would take advantage of the situation, he was very compassionate and understanding, while offering a very fair price. My mother said she had an amazing experience with her chauffeur, very friendly, kind, personable, and professional. Honestly, if you are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable car service for any reason at all, look no further than Axis Coach. They are the best. read more

I cannot express how wonderful Axis Coach was to my parents and how easy it was to deal with them long distance. Replies to emails were almost immediate and full of information. The driver was prompt, very friendly and made my elderly parents feel at ease after a full day of cross country flying in these troubled times. The vehicle was immaculate, the driver was fabulous and took care of my parents like I would have. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend to ANYONE needing this service!!! read more

I have used this company a few times now. One of the great appeals of this company is the online instant quote and booking capability. Hate using those online reservation forms and having to wait for the quote. Axis do have the best rates. I have searched through the other half dozen or so companies, that operate private car service from logan up to NH. Axis are always the best price for this journey Driver has always been there, ready and waiting. Smooth and pleasant ride and can relax after a tiring flight etc. It's so nice not having to wait around for buses. Just get out of the terminal.and your good to go. The Lincoln Town cars are great. Lots of leg room and comfort For cheaper than it is to park, this is now my go to way of getting out of logan in style and for a very reasonable price for the service and convenience. read more

Axis does a great job. Very professional, always on time and the drivers are phenomenal. I use them for every trip to Logan. So nice to not have to worry about driving. This recent trip was for recreation and the wife was also very impressed. Great job guys! Highly recommended. read more

Axis Coach Transportation - Axis Coach - Limos Near Me - Londonderry, New Hampshire

Excellent service! The drivers have been polite, professional and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Axis and my driver, Brian Reynard, in particular. Scheduling was a breeze. Brian was dispatched to be at my house for the ungodly hour of 4 AM and arrived promptly 15 minutes early, exactly as promised. He was cheerful and polite while I tried to cobble together sentences after pulling an all-nighter for work the night before, and didn't seem to mind that I took a snooze in the back of the car and that he had to wake me up to remind me that I was, in fact, at the airport. In my sleep-deprived state I couldn't remember if I had given him his (well-deserved) gratuity, and a quick call back to Axis confirmed that I had (yay!). Everything about the process was seamless and I'll be using them exclusively (and asking for Brian) in the future. Thank you! read more

Axis contacted us to let me know they had found a piece of jewelry in the vehicle we were in.... It was my ring ...!!!! HONESTY you have a hard time finding these days...... Axis Coach is hands down the best. I travel often for work and they make the airport transport booking process completely seamless. They remember my preferences without me reminding them. They track everything with respect to flights and flight delays. They almost never say no, even on the shortest notice. Honestly it could not be easier than working with them. Rates are fair, drivers are always well dressed a d courteous and professional. I would not use another service unless they could not accommodate my needs for some reason. We are now using them for social event transport too, when we do not want to worry about driving. Thank You Axis! read more

I would recommend this company to EVERYONE. My driver was great and extremely professional. The car was clean and he had hand sanitizer available if I needed it. My ride was a bit over an hour and it was comfortable and the car was big enough to social distance. I would definitely use them again. read more

My wife and I just used Axis Coach for the third time for a pickup at Logan airport and lengthy drive afterward for a drop-off in NH. All three times the service has been excellent. On our second trip using Axis our flights were delayed and we had to re-book several times over the course of the day, ending up arriving at Logan past midnight, but the Axis people were on top of all the changes and waiting for us when we arrived, 7 hours after our original arrival schedule. The cars are great and the drivers have been exceptionally professional. We are very happy to have discovered this wonderful service, and I would recommend them to all of my closest friends. read more

We hired Axis coach to transport the bridal party to our daughter's wedding yesterday. I was looking desperately for a good car service company to use consistently for our CEO's frequent travel. I have been so pleased with Axis Coach - they are VERY quick to respond, and get things booked same-day most of the time in my experience. One of the biggest perks for me is that they are able to book drivers all over the country, which saves me the time of finding/booking a reputable service in each city our CEO is traveling to. They also keep preferences and payment options on file so booking is quick and easy. They have also booked trips for me VERY last minute which has been a life saver! Highly recommend!!! read more

BEST CAR SERVICE in the New Hampshire/ Massachusetts region. Have worked heavily with Paul of Axis Coach since 2008 for primarily corporate purposes but we also recommend them for our employee personal events as well. Axis is the ONLY car service that our company will use here in NH and MASS, as they provide superior customer service, are always responsive and go above and beyond for our VIP guests. We constantly get good feedback from guests that we have set up with their services. Their rates are fantastic, their drivers are knowledgeable and respectful, their office staff is outstanding. We used Axis for our international family gathering in Plum Island MA. Booking online was a breeze and they were very accommodating to our changes needed with no hassle and confirmation. Prior to the day we received email confirmation and then on the day, text messages to say the driver had left, who they were, a contact number and when they arrived. Perfect! The driver Reno was awesome. Very helpful and professional. We just did not need to worry about anything. Over the numerous other businesses of the same, we would choose Axis again for certain. This was my first experience with limo transportation and it was outstanding! We had to be at Logan for 4:00am for an international flight lv 6:00am. We booked a limo for our son and his friends for the prom through this company. We paid half up front, received the confirmation within minutes and everything looked good. Then I received an email late the next morning stating, "The limousine that was booked for you had already been booked by another client when the representative took your reservation. I have called our affiliates, but none were able to honor our rate. I did find one that was able to provide an SUV limousine for 6 hours. The rate that they are able to provide is $999.00 all fees and gratuity included for 6 hours. Please let me know if you would like to book this limousine as soon as possible as vehicles for that date are booking quickly." The deposit was already out of our account. The last sentence of the email stated that they had already refunded us. Why would they refund it if this was their "solution" without talking to us. We spoke with them and were told that the bookings happened at the same time. With today's technology that seems kind of strange. We spoke with the manager and he said they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do. We told them it just seemed like poor business. It was turned on us that they didn't have a signed contract. Oh yeah, that's what I was filling out and ready to send when we received the email asking for more money than originally quoted. 2.5 hours later, we received another call saying that we could get the original limo and they would "eat the cost." Thanks, but no thanks. Perhaps we shouldn't trust them with our kids. Sure seems like a bait and switch from our point of view. If this was found to be a problem, then why was it only when we took our business away, that they could find the same vehicle? I would suggest to any parent that has booked to check on them often, because you don't want to find out on Prom night that they have already booked their limo. read more

We used Axis for a pickup at Logan Airport. We booked through limos.com and got a great rate. We made a special request on what we wanted on the sign the limo driver was holding, and they fulfilled that request. We mentioned to the limo driver that we thought it was great they did that for us, and he replied "anything for the customer"... what a great attitude! Besides fulfilling this special request, they were timely, pleasant and the car was nice and clean. We would definitely use them again. read more
