We have always used Flight Line for well over 25 years and I was ready for a change since FlightLine is not as good as they used to be. Dan (Callahan) answered my phone call immediately, he was absolutely wonderful to deal with, over the phone and in person! He arrived to our house 15 minutes early, his vehicle fit all 6 of us comfortably with luggage! He loaded all of our luggage and carry-ons in his vehicle and provided bottled waters for each of us, the ride was comfortable and he is very professional, personable and friendly. I can 100% say that we will never use another airport transportation service again. He has earned our repeat business for sure!

We called Black Tie the night before arrival and they were wonderful. The receptionist made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their communication was first rate! From immediate confirmation emails to text messages from the driver- you were always kept informed and updated. We were picked up in a Cadillac SUV that was impeccably clean. The driver, Kevin, arrived early, gave us specific directions where to find him. He was in a suit and held an electronic sign with our name on it so he was easy to identify. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. After 24 hours of delays trying to get back home, Kevin and his wonderful service were exactly what we needed to feel pampered and welcomed home. Well done!

We were originally scheduled to finish at 9:30 but were not done until over an hour later. Cody was early to pick us up, drove smoothly and professionally both ways, waited with great patience and good humor for us to finish, and returned us smoothly to our home. Not having to worry about driving and parking made an important evening out all the more enjoyable. His attention to detail - a clean and well maintained vehicle, professionally dressed, arriving early, and careful and efficient driving - is deeply appreciated. We will definitely use this service in the future.

Guests were left stranded at the hotels (13 minutes away). When it came to our attention, we called and were told he was 15 minutes away. We decided to delay the ceremony. After repeated phone calls and false ETA given to us, the overall delay to the wedding was 40 minutes, causing us to then cut the cocktail hour short and family photo time out. I can not express the amount of stress and anxiety this caused. This can not be fixed. We can not get this time back.

He got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our pickup our driver was not waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was inside of his vehicle. He was okay a bit strange so I have requested he not be our pickup or return driver on our next upcoming trip. Overall we would recommend and will use their services again.

I was impressed. Pearl was professional, on time, and very organized. I highly reccommended them…read moreand plan on using them for all of my car service needs. I used Pearl Transportation for a work trip - needed transportation to and from the airport. Pearl was super quick to quote, and was at the average price point. I saw great reviews and thought I would give them a try (since my last car service from another local company was not really the best). They were great about letting me know when they would arrive and where they would be by emailing and calling in advance. The billing process was easy and done in advance so no extra worrying was necessary during travel. They were extremely timely and very courteous, friendly, professional drivers. When picking me up from the airport, they let me know ahead of time that the driver would call when the plane landed and they followed through on this (literally up to the minute I landed) and let me know that they were at the airport waiting. They had my name on a tablet, (no confusion what-so-ever, which I have experience in the past). They even offered water for the (rush-hour) commute to my home. During my ride I talked a little bit to the owner of the company (he was the driver in this case) and he seems to have a great business model and ideals. It also sounds like he treats his workers well and has good morals. It's always reassuring to hear someone who values people (workers and customers alike) as much as his business. I wish them the best of luck for their thriving business and hope they keep their service as great as it is now!

Because the owner rectified it, I won't get into details...I will only say, when you call, DEAL WITH THE OWNER BOB. That's all I'll say about that. Bob was one of the drivers...honestly, nice guy. Very professional. However, your driver of the other car was a jerk. You NEVER EVER EVER tell a bride and groom who are trying to take photos with your car (which is GOOD FOR YOUR BUSINESS ESPECIALLY A POPULAR PHOTOGRAPHER OUT OF BOSTON THAT WOULD HIGHLIGHT YOUR COMPANY AND VEHICLE) and their photographer who want to use it for 10 MORE MINUTES, pointing to your watch "You use it one minute longer than the time you're allowed, you're getting charged". KNOCK IT OFF..... if you have an issue..YOU CALL ME, you DON'T tell the couple that. I honestly was ready to give this place a higher review until that got back to me yesterday. So, here's the deal on this service....be careful if you're quoted a price by ANYONE but the Owner. He knows what the costs are, and if you are NOT speaking to him, ASK TO GET A QUOTE FROM HIM DIRECTLY. Second..don't think you won't get charged for ONE MINUTE over your allotted time...because you will. If you go into this knowing EXACTLY the time frame you need and you won't go one second over it...use them. If not, don't. I'm giving them 2 stars simply because the original issue was rectified to an extent and because Bob was one of the drivers. BEYOND FURIOUS anything was mentioned to the couple...it's THEIR WEDDING DAY..NEXT TIME TAKE IT UP WITH THE PEOPLE PAYING.
