Finally a car service with SERVICE! We've received nothing but excellent service from Rides By…read moreJoanne for a year now whereas other local services we've used for years have left us stranded. Recently we returned from holiday travel and found great comfort knowing Rides By Joanne was there waiting for us in a CLEAN and SAFE car to bring us home. Contrast this with our most recent Uber ride where a cloud of pot smoke escaped from the trunk while we were opening it to place our luggage. Or the time before that where the Uber driver wandered all over the road. Or the time before that where the car was a mess. So while there is a place for Uber, life is too short for such disgusting experiences. Go with Rides By Joanne and your experience will be as enjoyable as is anything else in your life that you intentionally make optimizing decisions upon.

I Called C&S after a friend made a recommendation to do so. I was immediately booked and told not to worry, they could handle all the people and luggage. Dan was our driver, he arrived before any of us, ( slightly early) and greeted us with a friendly smile. His driving skills were safe and professional, the vehicle was clean, both rides were on schedule and our needs were made a priority at all times. I highly recommend C&S Airport Service.

Received confirmation email stating, "Your reservation is confirmed." C & S never showed up. My two elderly relatives in wheel chairs were stranded in Boston. Their confirmation email had a contact name and cell phone number, which they did not use. They forgot about this reservation and did not take responsibility.

He is always prompt (or early), the cara are clean and he is a nice person. Once our flight was very late and my child was starving. He actually asked us if we wanted to stop at a drive through to get something for my child. But the most outstanding experience happened today. Our flight from Boston to EWR was delayed to the point that we would not be able to make our international connection. Without hesitation, when he picked us up he said "well we will just drive to Newark then." He is truly a lifesaver and really cares about his customers. I travel a lot and can highly recommend him.
