If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip. While in Rome I attended an audience with the Pope in St Peter's Square and had my wedding band blessed by the Holy Father. Was tired and dozed off in the SUV... Next day realized my ring was gone ... had no idea .. could be in Rome ..on the airplane ...... airport... just was in a panic...... I used Pearl Transportation for a work trip - needed transportation to and from the airport. Pearl was super quick to quote, and was at the average price point. I saw great reviews and thought I would give them a try (since my last car service from another local company was not really the best). They were great about letting me know when they would arrive and where they would be by emailing and calling in advance. The billing process was easy and done in advance so no extra worrying was necessary during travel. They were extremely timely and very courteous, friendly, professional drivers. When picking me up from the airport, they let me know ahead of time that the driver would call when the plane landed and they followed through on this (literally up to the minute I landed) and let me know that they were at the airport waiting. They had my name on a tablet, (no confusion what-so-ever, which I have experience in the past). They even offered water for the (rush-hour) commute to my home. During my ride I talked a little bit to the owner of the company (he was the driver in this case) and he seems to have a great business model and ideals. It also sounds like he treats his workers well and has good morals. It's always reassuring to hear someone who values people (workers and customers alike) as much as his business.
