If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. The owner is having serious health problems, however his daughter is in charge of booking and contacting the client. I am trying to get my money back, find a ride. Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip. He is personable and patient. And the fare was very reasonable--I believe he offers the best value of any service in the area.
