I had a 4am pickup for a flight & haven't used taxis in this area. I was assured not to worry. They were early in an immaculate SUV and the driver was refreshingly professional. Even turned down a tip at the airport! I forgot to leave feedback in May, but am returning mid July and am about to book now for that flight. I owe you guys, awesome service! read more

Excellent service! Above and beyond! The scheduling and payment process was very simple. My daughter needed a ride from Exeter to Concord after her hockey game. The scheduled pickup was changed and the dispatch team was able to accommodate and adjust to the last minute change. Ali was her driver. His professionalism and friendliness was top notch. He arrived promptly and assisted in placing her hockey bag into the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. My daughter indicated that Ali drove safely and made the ride very pleasant. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

Dickson's Car Service is one of the best car services I have ever used! Based on their excellent reviews, my daughter booked him for me for a pick-up at Logan Airport. I am an anxious traveler and was very concerned at navigating Logan by myself. My daughter spoke with Ali, the President, who reassured her I would be in good hands. Numerous texts were sent to me with contact information to be sure that I was comfortable with everything. Ali, himself, decided that he would do the pick-up. When I inadvertently went to the wrong meeting place, Ali stayed on the pone with me, guided me to a place where we would find each other, and kept me calm throughout the ordeal. The long ride to my daughter's house was as smooth as it could be, and Ali was a charming and engaging companion/driver. I cannot recommend Dickson's Car Service more highly. read more

I have used them several times and I have received perfect, worry-free service from them. Even when my flight came in late, they were there with no hassles or issues. In fact, all I heard from them is "Not to worry, this is why you hired us." and "How was your flight?" A chaotic travel experience seems to calm when you reach them every time. I highly recommend. read more

I would give this car service 10 stars if I could! The driver, Ali was incredibly professional, courteous, and communicative. I could not imagine a better experience. My trip to the Manchester airport went perfectly due to the impeccable service of this company. read more

Wonderful car service! Ali (the owner) was great to work with and helpful setting up the car beforehand. We had Adam as our driver to and from Gillette and he was fantastic!! He was helpful getting us parked close to the stadium, and waiting for us as soon as we left the game. The car was clean, comfortable and a beautiful ride! read more

Best car service to get you from southern New Hampshire to Logan. Very reliable and reasonably priced, cars are clean, and drivers are all very professional. Most recently had some very entertaining conversations with Adam including but not limited to Legos, Donkey Kong, managing families during the holidays, and Gary Busey. Honestly it doesn't cost much more than the rideshare apps (probably less during peak travel times) but it's worth it for the added comfort, and you won't have to pray to the rideshare gods that you'll actually be picked up. 10/10 highly recommend read more

This company has a long way to go. Its not good when your company can not keep drivers. Customers want a familiar face in this job, not constant new faces that stay for a few weeks and then leave. read more

My original driver cancelled the night before said he was feeling sick. Googled and thankfully found Dan Dickson. Called and he was able to take me from Sunapee to Boston. He arrived 15 minutes ahead and off we went. He was professional and dependable and I felt confident and safe. He arrived in a beautiful luxury car and the entire ride was so smooth, pleasant and comfy. He waited for me till my appointment was done and brought me safely back home. You could not ask for a nicer man !!! Thank you Dan I will definitely be calling on your services from now on. read more

I'm not the actual passengers of DICKSON'S CAR SERVICE. I found the business when I was in real need to have a reliable, top of the line car service which's able to pick up 2 of my pilots (from Columbus, OH) who were stuck in the Lebanon, NH area hotel, without any method of transportation. The gentleman who answered the phone, which I assumed the business owner: Dan Dickson was very cordial, polite and swift in decision making; I also noticed the business has a very good review on Yelp. Both pilots were satisfied and thankful for the service. Based on their reviews, I'm trying to get the business on board with the company I work for, to be our reliable source of ground transp when we're in the area. read more

My husband dropped me at the airport on Feb 6th 2020 and was hit by one of the drivers. Ali was his name. He hit my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and my insurance company said there is no doubt that he hit me. He is claiming that it was not his fault and his insurance company is now refusing to pay for the repairs and we are left paying the deductible, which will hopefully be reimbursed because it was his fault, but my car is a mess and this is a financial burden to my family. I am extremely irritated to have to deal with this issue when the man should have been paying attention and he should take responsibility for his actions because accidents happen.... read more

Would not deal with the owner of this car service, she is never on time, does not know how to drive, and caused me to be late on numerous occasions, don't know what is wrong with her but better to call Uber if you need a car service. read more

I first used this care service to get from MTH airport to Hollis, NH, last week. Ali (who is one of the owners picked me up) and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. The car was immaculate, inside and out, the driving impeccable, and there were bottles of water waiting for my refreshment. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Look no further; this is a high quality operation and the price is right! read more

I just moved to Nashua and need a reliable car service to get me to and from the Manchester airport for monthly trips. Found this service here on Yelp and could not be happier. No problem with very early morning/late night pick ups. Very professional drivers, great cars, easy to book. Plane was delayed coming home, and they called me the moment I landed and was home in record time. No issues with the delay. Highly recommend!! read more

Reliable, professional and thoughtful. When my son overslept for his early morning pick up to Logan, Mr. Dickson roused campus security to help get him out of bed and on the road. We owe our family Thanksgiving to him! I can recommend Dickson Car Service wholeheartedly. read more

My wife and I had to make a quick trip to Phoenix. My daughter gave birth to my first granddaughter and we wanted to be the first to welcome her. I looked online and I found Dan Dickson. I called Dan and explained the situation. He accommodated us with a two day notice. Our flight to Phoenix was an early flight. Dan picked us up at 2:45 AM and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Our return flight, 11:30pm, got delayed, Dan waited patiently. Dan is a one-man show, he went out of his way to make sure that we were accommodated. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for transportation. read more

Hired them to take 4 adults to a wedding and return trip. Pick up was on-time, woman driving was courteous (Gigi, part owner along with her husband). At drop off, I asked Gigi how much notice she needed to come get us .. she said 45 minutes. Called her at 920pm for pick up, she arrived at 1225am - THREE HOURS LATER. When she arrived, she gave us attitude, and expressed that it was not her fault ... that another customer's flight was delayed and she had to wait for him at Manchester airport. As she dropped us off, she sped away without a word. I called Dickson's and told them I would not be paying for the return trip ... and after an hour arguing with both Dan & Gigi as to why they didn't deserve to be paid for the return trip, they refunded me the cost of the return trip. Unreliable, and thoroughly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. read more

I recently started traveling frequently and have been using Dickson's to avoid the hassle of driving to Logan. We used Dickson's Car Service and was very pleased with their overall service. The car arrived prior to our pickup time, the vehicle was new, clean and very comfortable. The driver was very polite and helped with our bags. The ride to the airport was pleasant. The return pickup was just as nice. We were picked up by Gigi one of the owners who kept us entertained with her many stories. We highly recommend this service and look forward to using them again. read more
