We used Sky Coach & Limousine for an evening out for four people. This required picking us up on time, getting us to the restaurant on time, waiting for us to finish, and returning us home. We were originally scheduled to finish at 9:30 but were not done until over an hour later. Cody was early to pick us up, drove smoothly and professionally both ways, waited with great patience and good humor for us to finish, and returned us smoothly to our home. Not having to worry about driving and parking made an important evening out all the more enjoyable. His attention to detail - a clean and well maintained vehicle, professionally dressed, arriving early, and careful and efficient driving - is deeply appreciated. The owner of this company is extremely unprofessional. He misquoted me for a service by over $100, and charged me a fee for cancelling when he choose not to honor his quoted price. I left my review about my experience and woke up an addtional $100 charge on my credit card and an email from the owner stating he will only refund me if I deleted my review. At this point I reached out to my credit card company and submitted a billing disputes. Months later, after I was credited back for the billing dispute he fraudulently carded my credit card again for $244. Please beware.... read more

I normally do not bother to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. After traveling for more than 18 hours I exited the airport in Boston to find no car service. I called Cody and he did not answer then I called the dispatch and they said they would have him call me back. When the call came about 10 minutes later, he told me since he thought I was arriving from an international flight he would factor in an extra hour to my scheduled pick-up! First of all the reservation clearly showed a domestic flight arrival and second it is pretty egregious to arbitrarily add an hour to the reservation pick-up time. I was livid that he was home in New Hampshire while I was waiting at the airport. Of the 3 times I used this company they were late twice, the most recent was outrageous. I am sad to say I will not use them again. After 10 months I just received an email from google with this: Response from the owner 3 hours ago Dear Elaine, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the experience you had. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding your flight, and we'd like to clarify what happened. When we initially processed your booking, there was confusion around your flight status, as the system indicated it might be an international arrival. Typically, with international flights, passengers need extra time to clear customs, which often leads to longer waits, so we factored in an additional hour to account for this. However, we now understand that your flight was indeed a domestic one, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused you. To remedy the situation as quickly as possible, we immediately explored multiple options to get you home sooner. This included personally looking for alternate modes of transportation out of pocket. Though you refused them all. Insisting on waiting for us. Despite the mix-up, we did not charge as a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the wait. While we know this doesn't change your experience, we wanted to assure you that we take situations like this very seriously, and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve. The owner Cody is sleazy and unprofessional. He promised us a refund for a charge that had never been discussed and then proceeded to avoid it for two months. He excused his attitude by saying he was going through a hard time because he and his wife couldn't have kids. His feelings were hurt when I told his employee he had been unprofessional with me over the phone, so the next time I called him he said, "I heard you called me unprofessional" and hung up. Would never use them again and sorry I did to begin with. Not to mention, the driver who took us on our trip, who is married with kids, hooked up with someone in the party. CONSUMER BEWARE!! I mistakenly contracted with Sky Coach Limousine on December 29th 2022. Huge mistake!! The owner Cody rear ended another car during the event with 9 passengers in his vehicle and never reported it to police. In addition he showed up to the event 30 minutes late, was disheveled and ranted about his employees. Upon exiting our event he was observed only partially dressed and was rushing to get redressed. He also charged my credit card an additional hr of services. Unsafe, unreliable, unprofessional, and a unethical shyster! Will be reporting to the better business bureau! If I could give 0 stars I would. After calling the day before an event to say they did not have a limo available for my reservation I agreed to the lesser SUV option but told the owner I would cancel if I found one. I did and I called and canceled the next day. They charged me anyway. The owner blamed his employees for booking without a vehicle and for also not knowing policies. He never told me I would be charged but said if I had called a few hours earlier than I did I would have gotten a refund. He talked for 20 minutes defending their position and would not let me talk, hung up on me multiple times and refused to issue the refund. Stay away... they are a 3rd party contracting service and will book your reservation without having a vehicle and then wait until the last minute to contact you. read more

We used Sky Coach & Limo for transportation to and from Logan Airport for a large group. On both trips the confirmation that we received the day before indicated that the driver (owner-Cody) would arrive 15 minutes early - our driver was 15 minutes late both times. He had excuses for both times, but we found it very frustrating. On the way to the airport his driving made us nervous (ran a stop sign, stopping very close to cars in front of us, going over the speed limit). We thought maybe to make sure we didn't miss our flight since he was late... ? On the way home from the airport we were also very uncomfortable with his driving (ran a red light, stopping very close to cars in front of us, going over the speed limit). One time all of us thought we were definitely going to hit the car in front of us and I yelled out loud. We would not recommend this company, and will not use them again. read more

Call Ubers instead, at least you know when they're showing up! I booked this limo for a night out and was beyond disappointed. From the driver arriving 45 minutes later than I was told to having no air conditioning on a hot spring day and then standing on a street corner for 30 minutes waiting to be picked up (after giving the 10 minute notice I was asked to give), nothing went as promised. The limo was shaking on the way home and I open up waze to find out we were going 86 mph with 11 people inside! (The owner claims it was 77, as if any speeding in a limo is acceptable). Not to mention we were sent a smaller limo than listed in our contract and had to have two of our passengers drive as we could not fit. And being blamed for the partition breaking because we put it up and down 3 times to speak to the driver is just laughable. The list goes on. I thought we were in a luxury vehicle, not something with the quality of a child's toy. The best part is the lack of customer service as the owners response is full of excuses. Yes I reached out to the owner to resolve instead of writing a poor review but he was full of excuses, and refused to refund me my the deposit for a future booking, quoting the contract, which he had no problem breaking on his end. If you want a hot, unreliable, unprofessional service this is your company. read more
