We were originally scheduled to finish at 9:30 but were not done until over an hour later. Not having to worry about driving and parking made an important evening out all the more enjoyable. His attention to detail - a clean and well maintained vehicle, professionally dressed, arriving early, and careful and efficient driving - is deeply appreciated. We will definitely use this service in the future.

Guests were left stranded at the hotels (13 minutes away). When it came to our attention, we called and were told he was 15 minutes away. We decided to delay the ceremony. I can not express the amount of stress and anxiety this caused. This can not be fixed. We can not get this time back.

The cars are clean and provide a nice, stress free ride to Logan airport. I have experience requesting pickups both very early morning and later in the evening. They are always there and ready to pickup, even when the flight lands early. They send you a text with the pickup location and you are good to go. I have also used them as transportation to events in Boston for the night. Easy to book, invoices arrive after your pickup. I only have good things to say about them. I highly recommend Regal Coach.

It was just what we needed to get our son home from a trip to Japan back to college from Logan Airport after midnight. We weren't able to make the trip to Logan to give him the ride ourselves, so we had to find a reliable and trustworthy way to get him back to campus, and I'm so glad we found Regal Coach Boston. The owner was responsive and gave his personal assurance that all would work out well, and it did. The driver contacted our son and us while he waited to meet our son at the terminal, and made it very easy to connect, even though my son's flight was delayed. We are very appreciative. We will count on this business again in the future.

This was business related so I had a fixed price. I had an hour to arrange pick up and leave. After eight other companies were unable to help me we found odyssey. They were able to get a car to me in twenty minutes and deliver me to Logan in time for my flight and within my price range. My return flight from Logan I once again had short notice. I'm a slow learner sometimes and tried two other companies that couldn't meet my needs. As soon I called Odyssey they had me scheduled for a pick up at Logan. The cars were immaculate, clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The two drivers I had were professional and able to read my needs. All of my future work related transportation needs will be handled by Odyssey. We have a wedding to plan for with a lot of out of state guests and Odyssey transportation will be our choice for transportation.
