He is such a great conversationalist that our 2 1/2-hour ride flew by. It honestly felt like we were riding with a longtime friend rather than simply being driven to our destination. The vehicles were spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained, which made for a relaxing ride. I also want to recognize Lisa and Abigail, who handled my reservation. I hired JCN to take my wife to the airport and pick her up and bring her home after her trip. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jeff. I had made a mistake on my wife's return trip, I didn't take the fact that she was on a red eye flight and was arriving a day later than I had scheduled her pick up for. I caught the mistake the day before and Jeff bailed me out of a tough spot, I figured changing the pick up date less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up would be a problem, most people would be at least mildly upset, Jeff didn't blink an eye. And the driver, Kirby, was awesome, he got my wife to the airport on time during the Feb 23rd snowstorm. Yes, it is cheaper to take a bus, but for the peace of mind, pick up and delivery to our house, it is priceless! And as the passenger, I felt in very good hands.
