I cannot recommend JCN Shuttle enough! They provided transportation for us to and from the Boston Cruiseport, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. A huge shout-out to our driver, Ed, who was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time, was an excellent and safe driver, and was incredibly personable. He is such a great conversationalist that our 2 1/2-hour ride flew by. It honestly felt like we were riding with a longtime friend rather than simply being driven to our destination. The vehicles were spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained, which made for a relaxing ride. I also want to recognize Lisa and Abigail, who handled my reservation. They were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Their response time was outstanding, and they made the booking process seamless from beginning to end If you're looking for dependable, professional transportation with outstanding customer service, JCN Shuttle is the company to call. Every member of their team exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be using them again. Five stars all the way! read more

I hired JCN to take my wife to the airport and pick her up and bring her home after her trip. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jeff. I had made a mistake on my wife's return trip, I didn't take the fact that she was on a red eye flight and was arriving a day later than I had scheduled her pick up for. I caught the mistake the day before and Jeff bailed me out of a tough spot, I figured changing the pick up date less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up would be a problem, most people would be at least mildly upset, Jeff didn't blink an eye. And the driver, Kirby, was awesome, he got my wife to the airport on time during the Feb 23rd snowstorm. Yes, it is cheaper to take a bus, but for the peace of mind, pick up and delivery to our house, it is priceless! And as the passenger, I felt in very good hands. After the red eye, I could sit back and shut my eyes and rest. Excellent service. read more

JCN Shuttle gave me something far more valuable than a ride for my mom -- they gave me the chance to be fresh, happy, and waiting at home to greet her. My 90-year-old mom was traveling to visit me, and instead of spending hours driving to the airport, navigating traffic, parking, waiting, and then making the long drive home, I was able to stay home, get everything ready for her arrival, and actually look forward to seeing her! JCN Shuttle took wonderful care of Mom, and when they pulled in, I was standing there rested and genuinely excited to welcome her home. What a gift. Professional, reliable, kind, and caring from beginning to end. I am enormously grateful -- and I will absolutely use JCN Shuttle again. Sometimes a great service doesn't just make life easier. It makes the moment sweeter. read more

My wife and I have used Jeff's Shuttle service approximately 6 - 8 times from our house in Portsmouth, NH to Boston's Logan Airport. His service has been nothing but first class. No matter if it is late at night or early in the morning, Jeff or another one of his drivers is always on time. Via phone, text, or email, Jeff is always readily available and quick to respond. If you are interested in a friendly ride to and from the airport, then I highly recommend JCN Shuttle for your next trip. read more

JCN Shuttle was truly a gift on a day to the busy Logan airport in Boston, MA. The car service came to our house early, loaded our luggage and took us safely to Logan airport. The car was so clean and there were snacks, water and a booster seat waiting. This is the only car service I will use moving forward. The owner has created a company to reflect himself: honest, reliable, warm and attentive to needs. This is the service you want. read more
