From the moment we land to the moment we leave, the experience is flawless. The drivers are always punctual, professional, and friendly. The vehicles are spotless and well-maintained, making every ride comfortable and stress-free. What truly sets this company apart, though, is the outstanding coordination and customer care provided by Becki Coulter and Melissa Ring. Melissa is an absolute gem--always responsive, kind, and accommodating. On more than one occasion, she has helped arrange last-minute rides to and from Boston, handling it all with grace and efficiency. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service is stellar! If you're traveling from Boston to the Lakes Region in NH (or back), don't think twice--book with Lakes Region Airport Shuttle Service. They will get you where you need to go, on time and without a single worry. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Full turkey…read moredinner and they served it directly onto your plate so you can pick portions and selections just how you like it. Everything was delicious, turkey was moist, and the mashed butternut squash was divine. The apple crisp had apples so tender they melted in your mouth. The serving staff were so much fun and kind as well, shout out Carlos and his partner! The trees weren't too colorful yet but still beautiful scenery. The seats were not super comfortable but it's the price you pay for an authentic experience. The tables were surprisingly large. The train was very warm but felt better once we got moving. I recommend getting seats that are odd numbers because you'll be closer to the lake. The train goes down and back but does not turn around so if you get the lake side you'll get it on the way out and back. Also if you get table 1 you'll be served first!

I checked the tour online videos, and I still wasn't sure where this is taking us, but I didn't realize until we were riding the railroad what it was all about. All I can say, is it was unforgettable, it was beautiful, and it was something I would do again when it is Summer, even Winter when it is covered with winter wonderland!

We have had two campers have major repairs done by Mike Jr. No major problems with the quality (except attention to details. . .) but, unless you want to be given empty promises and poor follow up, as well as frustration re: how long it takes to get the work completed, I suggest you find somewhere else to get work done on your camper. It was more than A YEAR from when the damage occurred to when the repairs were close to being completed - and when I called him out on it and expressed my frustration, I was met with hostility and anger from him. WE ended up contacting the manufacturer and getting the last piece shipped to us and installing it ourselves. So, my recommendation is IF YOU HAVE to go there for repairs, have it IN WRITING a timeline by which the work will be done and the consequences (to them) that will happen if the deadline is not met. Make our mistake your warning.

They have updated the rooms a bit over the years, but they still have the charm of nice New England motel. I've been staying at the Lamplighter for over 20 years when up in New London, NH. Rooms are clean, practically spotless, and rooms have nice amenities including a flat screen TV with dish network connection, as well as a fridge/freezer. I guess the only negative I found is road noise as the motel is right on the main road through town. Its not a negative as its a small town, but if you like to sleep in, it can be a little noisy. Television should drown it out just fine, but a pair of earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Give this place a shot, I'll be staying here each and every visit to New London, NH!
