There is this cab driver, with long hair, always late or not all show lol.i was a regular customer.i am a chef here in concord, this was the last straw though. This is 4th time I called ahead of time st least 1-2 hours. They close at 12 a.m. I wanted a pickup for 11 he said now or never? Can't do 11? This was 9:30 lol. You close ar 12... This taxi company is amazing!! They are extremely punctual, they drive well, are friendly and just the best cab company in NH. The best driver in my opinion is Brendon. He is so sweet and helpful, very respectful. We just love him. That's not to say the other drivers are not great because they are. I have been using Concord Cab for several weeks now in order to get from my home to work and back due to a hellacious car accident in which my car was totaled. They have all been unfailingly punctual, professional, respectful, and I once had worries about getting into a cab with a stranger as a woman; but not now. I have enjoyed getting to know Roland, Royal, Norm, Tim, Christine, and the guy who works only on Mondays. Forgive me if I am missing some of these drivers. One of their cabs (a black minivan) made me slam my brakes when they turned left in a straight lane, into my lane, without signaling, almost sideswiping me, then ran the red light at the intersection and flipped me off. This happened 10 minutes ago. Get an Uber instead. read more

Used them to go get a toot extracted my driver was amazing , so nice & made up for the un scroupolous behavior from the random who answered the phone when you call their MAIN LINE . so un proffesional & rude , the worst customer service i've ever endured .
