I've never been treated so poorly., not only was my driver rude and inconsiderate, he yelled at me. After being asked to driven bit more safely, he proceeded to speed even faster and become more rude. I paid 180.00$$$ for my cab rise and was treated like I was in the wrong for asking the driver to take my life and safety into consideration. THE RIDE FROM HELL. Back in May I did a review on Mr.C and it wasn't a favorable. They as well took down my post... I have posted post as Facebook video of the inside of the cab, not only that the driver verbally abused me, and threatened to leave me at my destination..To say least I didn't make a mandatory dental appointment and he used derogatory language and scared me. I called and reported him and all she could say that his health was the issue. Tgat is even more concerning no excuses for his behavior...She has a business to run . Never using a taxi in the area, I started calling down the list. After 3 services not picking up Mr. D's did. My taxi was here within 5 minutes. The driver, Mr. Bill was friendly and a safe driver. For me where I needed to go and back again. It was one of most pleasant taxi rides I have EVER been on in any city! read more

Mr. C's taxi is by far the absolute worst transportation service i have ever utilized. If i could give them zero stars i would. They are habitually late to pick up times, have limited knowledge of the local area, varying fares to the same start/end points, allow thier drivers to smoke in the cabs and are the farthest thing from courteous on the phone. The only reason they are still in business is due to the fact that they are the only show in town. If you can avoid due so at all cost!!!!!!!!! This review is mainly for, otherwise, unexpecting tourists that visit the area. Locals know it is the shithole of shirhole 'taxies'. I pray for the day Uber or Lyft makes it's way into this area. I am a regular customer in the worst of the winter cause there's nobody else to call. I got a message (now that's the first problem - one should never get a message with a cab). The second was "Leave a message and we'll try to get back to you". Now That inspires a lotta confidence. Oh, and the sub-human creatures that occassionally answer the phone have that 'tone' that I 'sounds' like, "will you please hurry, I hate when people bother me" tone. The drivers smoke and some allow others to, so, be ready for that added bonus. read more

I called at 12:26pm for a ride to work, which is about three miles away. I called them again at 1:00pm to ask when they would be arriving. The lady couldn't get in contact with the driver who was 'on his way', and said "a few minutes" before hanging up on me. The taxi arrived at 1:08pm. The seat belt was strapped around the seat and buckled in. Already being late for work, I climbed in and hoped for the best. For the first mile, the driver was attempting to adjust his GPS while controlling the vehicle with his knees. As we entered downtown, he slammed on his brakes for a yellow light. As we exited downtown, he stopped at a green light. He constantly drifted over the yellow line throughout the entire drive. When I finally reached my destination, I gave him a $20 for a $6 drive. He reached into his bag and fumbled around. He asked if he could give me all ones, as he didn't have any fives or tens. When I said that was fine, he returned with "Actually, I only have 13." Summing things up: The driver was late. I didn't have a seatbelt. The driver drove dangerously. The driver didn't have enough money to make change for a twenty. Worst Taxi Experience in my life. Still very crapy how cab drivers claim they've been sitting outside my house waiting for me when I've got 2 other people besides myself waiting outside for 20 minutes to watch the cab drover drive by us and call their company saying that they were there. Used their taxi service to go to see a band , talked to driver to be picked up , driver told me they close at 1 am so call before 1 , so we called them at 12:15 no , answer , keep calling for another 30 minutes no answer , so we the band members gave us a ride back to the hotel. Very bad service do not use them . read more

I took this taxi home from Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion. The cab driver picked us up at Patrick's Pub, the pre-defined meeting place. We shared the van with another couple. The older gentlemen driving the van asked if we minded waiting for another couple coming to meet us! Of course we didnt mind! When the young man arrived with his giffriend 20 minutes later, the only seat left were the very front and very back middle seat. When his GF took the front, we said he got back middle. He promptly responded with: "my family owns this company, there's no f#@!ING way I get back, I'll call them and we will see." Mind you at the same time, some crazy lady was trying to climb in the trunk. What I would like to say, is that the cab driver was kind, courteous and level headed during the whole mishap! He told the crazy lady to get away from his van and the entitled 20 year to call his family for another ride! I was impressed with his client service and would use this company again solely due to his patience. read more
