I would have let the front desk know, but when I called at 7pm no one answered. I also tried to address it in person after addressing another issue, however, they seemed non-commital and unconcerned about the first issue so I figured they wouldn't care any more about the second. Overall, I would stay here again if it was between canceling my plans or staying here because it's very clean and well kept, but the front desk staff left a lot to be desired in terms of service. Wasn't expecting the 4 seasons, but basic attempts to satisfy the guest. Bottom line there are better options for slightly more money in the area.

Mani/pedi weren't available due to a wedding party having booked the salon services. So all I booked for us was a regular massage for me and a salt massage for her. Each was well over $200., plus tax and gratuities, but what they offer is amazing. We arrived 90 minutes earlier than our appointment time and were escorted into the locker room and through the premises. We'd brought bathing suits and changed in the well-appointed locker room and locked our belongings in lockers. Took advantage of the hot tub, the beautiful lounges with infused waters and an assortment of high end teas, sat in the sauna...the grounds are exquisite, the parking lot spacious. But the amenities that come with the services (massage, facial) are: robe and slippers, towels, individually wrapped brush, comb, shampoo/conditioner/shower wash/hair elastic, body lotion...not sure if I inadvertently omitted something? We'd have stayed the afternoon except we were hungry. So we showered, dressed, checked out and went to Laconia NH just up the road. It was a morning of pure luxury and our massages were superb, very professional masseuses. A splurge, yes, but at least we feel that they give you your money's worth.

The inn was cozy and charming, and Monty and Rebecca were gracious and attentive hosts. They take such pride in their inn, and it shows. The sheets were divine and so soft; it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The large living room downstairs was the perfect spot to relax by the stunning fireplace and play board games from their many options of games, puzzles, and magazines. There is a selection of coffee and tea in the dining room available any time, and every afternoon fresh, warm chocolate chip cookies are put out. They were delicious and we enjoyed quite a few! In the warmer months, there is a beautiful front porch overlooking the gazebo and waterfront area. The breakfast was fantastic and lovingly made. We were treated to a three-course breakfast in the dining room served by Monty with fresh juices and coffee/tea. First fruit, followed by a delicious pumpkin bread, followed by the main dish. At check-in, they asked about our dietary needs and preferences based on the upcoming menu and catered to our needs. It was excellent and we left breakfast stuffed! Monty was a truly kind and hospitable host and we enjoyed talking with him during our stay. He was even so kind to leave out a few things to go since we departed early before breakfast.
