It was just what we needed to get our son home from a trip to Japan back to college from Logan Airport after midnight. We weren't able to make the trip to Logan to give him the ride ourselves, so we had to find a reliable and trustworthy way to get him back to campus, and I'm so glad we found Regal Coach Boston. Yeah the last remaining star I left went away after the tirade about how unfair we were. He was supposed to pick us up at 6. At ten past we called him to ask where our ride was. He had to call the driver only to tell us he was still 45 minutes away! My husband has limited mobility. Our concern was not about eating...we don't eat AT Logan...ever...but go directly to the gate. And the wheelchair guys who bring us there will vouch for that and also vouch for the fact they are tipped quite well. Our concern was about having the time to get the wheelchair to the gate. But to say he was never late when they were consistently 5 or so minutes later than scheduled? All the other limos we've hired are at the house early...just sayin. And we frequently asked Steve and his other driver about tipping and the answer was always the same...the tip was included. Excellent Service. We've been using Regal Coach as our go-to airport transportation service for several years and they are always professional, friendly and on time or early. The cars are clean and provide a nice, stress free ride to Logan airport. I have experience requesting pickups both very early morning and later in the evening. They are always there and ready to pickup, even when the flight lands early. They send you a text with the pickup location and you are good to go. I have also used them as transportation to events in Boston for the night. Easy to book, invoices arrive after your pickup. I only have good things to say about them. This was my first time using a car service (outside from your uber and taxis), and I was happy with the experience. I booked something in less than a 24 hours notice, and they were able to accommodate(all via email). The pick up and departure pick ups were prompt and punctual, their cars were clean(they offered water)and the drivers were nice and drove well! I plan on using them again in the near future. My only feedback would be to ensure the drivers are holding up a sign with the passengers name when the pick up is at the airport- to avoid the guessing game and playing phone tag. I would highly recommend Regal Coach. My husband and I used them December 2016 for an international trip from Logan Airport. The Driver picked us up on time with a clean black sedan that made for a comfortable commute to the airport. I am someone who often feels unsafe in cars with new people driving, but felt very comfortable with the skills and safety of our driver. Our return trip was just as comfortable even with a few hour flight delay. The Regal Coach driver tracks your flight, so the make sure they're there for you and account for baggage pick up. we used Regal Coach in Reading for round trip transportation to Logan airport. Our driver Peter was excellent, as he helped with car seats for the kids, and explained how the pickup process works when we get back to Logan. The best part of our experience was that we encountered a delay of many hours, then a cancellation of our return flight. Steve at Regal kept in touch with us the whole time and assured us when we do get back to Logan we would have our car waiting. Sure enough returned 2 days later than we were scheduled to arrive and at 10:30pm. We had been using Regal coach for 6 or 7 years for airport transportation, at least twice a year, and never had an issue... service was always excellent. In March of this year we were picked up by one of their drivers at the airport and he indicated they were quite busy, business seemed to be good. A couple weeks later we contacted Regal to book another ride to the airport because we had to fly out again to another state for the closing of a house sale. After filling out the online form and several emails and phone calls - - -NO RESPONSE whatsoever. At the last minute I had to scramble to find alternative transportation. After returning home I reached out again to Steve for an explanation as to why my requests for a ride were ignored, and asking if their services would be available to me going forward. Again...NO RESPONSE. I thought they had suddenly gone out of business. After seeing an ad for Regal Coach in a 5K run flyer from a community sponsored run in my community, I decided to give Regal Coach a try for a December 21st flight out of Boston/Logan. I called and left a message and within minutes I received a return call. My 4:15 pick up was set up quickly and when I expressed worry about such an early pick up, I was assured that they would absolutely be there and I had nothing to worry about. In addition to the phone confirmation, I received an email confirmation and the morning of my pick up, I received a text that my car was on the way-- I really appreciated this feature! My 4:15 car arrived on time and was clean and warm. The driver was friendly and personable. This was a company I used to recommend, but can no longer do that. We used Stephen and his business, Regal Coach many times in the past but our most recent encounter (March 2022) has been poorly handled. Even after a confirmed reservation, the driver never showed up. We tried to call, text and email Stephen and received no responses. After 30 minutes of waiting at the doorstep, we had no choice but to call an Uber ride, and were stuck with a surged pricing of over $200. We elected to go with Regal Coach for a roundtrip drive to Boston and back after I read all the positive reviews on Yelp. My girlfriend and I were going to Fenway to see the Jason Aldean/Kid Rock concert on Friday, 9/9 from Andover, MA. The communication with Steve was great and making a reservation/payment was a breeze. The driver, Michael, showed up about 10 minutes early at our home to pick us up and was very courteous and kind, if not a little on the quiet side. (which is preferred!) However, on the ride in and back with Michael, we had a few close calls with other motorists. I had to hold my girlfriend's hand both ways to keep her calm through it all, as she does not like being driven by other people to begin with. Michael would cut into lanes at the last moment prior to lane drops and often ride too closely to the cars in front of us, which almost had us rear-ending a few cars along the way. Additionally, Michael was not at the pick-up location when we left the concert and we instead had to walk about 5 minutes to meet him as he was stuck in traffic. In the end, there was one close call in particular on the way back that was so jarring, the wheels screeched and we all jerked forward. Michael was quick to apologize and we didn't give him a hard time, but I don't think we'll be using Regal Coach in the future; while I'd be willing to give it a second shot, my girlfriend is more concerned and wary of the way our trip went. I contacted Regal Coach looking for an estimate for the cost of service for a round trip to/from Logan Airport. Their estimate came back quickly and the price was unbeatable compared to the other local transportation companies I had contacted. The car showed up on time, the car was very nice, comfortable and clean! The driver was very helpful loading our luggage. We traveled with our two kids (5 years old and 4 months old). Our return flight landed early and the driver was there! Not only did they monitor our flight but it was down pouring and the driver came in and helped us get all of our luggage outside. I've used a few different airport transportation services in my time, and while none have been unsatisfactory, Regal Coach stands out above and beyond the others. They were right on time, knew where they were going, and got us there faster than we expected. On the first pickup, we were leaving at 5:30 for an 8:40 flight, and it went off without a hitch. The driver, Stephen, was also our driver on the return trip. He helped us with our bags, and let us know where he would be when we returned from vacation. On the return trip, he was right there again when we got out of the airport after clearing customs. I was afraid that there would be a long delay getting through, but the flight was early, and the process went smoothly. Regal Coach scores high on reliability here. He was a pleasure to deal with on all fronts. For the price, they're not expensive, coming in under a few quotes that I checked, and over a few others. However, the quotes that they were underbid on didn't include the gratuity or tolls. I also don't mind paying a little more to not ride in a car that feels like it's being driven into the ground, and the town car was clean, and quite comfortable. We'll definitely remember Regal Coach for our next ride to the airport. read more

There are too many car services out there to give your money to Regal Coach. The owner is rude, condescending, and not someone I'd recommend doing business with... Due to a snowstorm, my flight was diverted to another airport, but arrived at Logan, and the driver had the flight information so they could track it. When my driver wasn't there, I ordered an Uber and made my way home. The next day I get an invoice for $40 for a "missed reservation". When I questioned the charge, the owner replied - "most reasonable people would understand there are costs incurred when you miss your pickup, so we are charging you for the drivers time and tolls." After 3 business days, the owner submits another invoice, this time for $75 saying - "I tried to be reasonable with your airline predicament from last week. You have chosen not to take care of payment in a timely fashion. If payment is not received by today you will be responsible for the full amount of invoice. This is our policy and also industry standard to charge full price for a missed reservation with less than 2 hour notice. There will also be a $5.00 per day late fee charge. Sorry it has come to this point, but this is the path you have chosen." My response: To be honest, this is poor customer service on your part. I was never shown or made aware of a "policy" that I would be paying $40 when my flight was diverted to another airport. I was willing to pay the invoice but was given less than 5 days to make payment, and then you just decide I owe you $150 because I didn't pay in a "timely fashion" ... Most businesses consider 7 days timely. Please show me the policy which is available to your customers and outlines fees for missed pickups, timely payment, late payments etc. It is my understanding that I received a one way ride for $75, which is all I owe. Failure to show me your public customer policy and failure to adjust the invoice to show $75 due, will result in me contacting the Better Business Bureau. You can not just decide to charge customers for services not received and you can not just make up late payment and timely payment fees that are not understood and agreed to by your customers. If you re-invoice at $75, I will pay it today. Otherwise, show me your customer policy (its not on your website nor is it in any emails). this was the owner's response: "I really did not want to communicate with you any further, yet here I am. You don't get the part about me trying to be nice and only charge you half fee. In all honestly, you feel as though you owed nothing based on the tone of your email questioning the charges, as if "why should I pay"....the fact almost a week went by since that email, and you did not pay the invoice, which prompted me to drop the nice guy routine and charge you what anyone else would be charged for a missed reservation. I did have a morning meeting set up with my tax attorney, and I did mention the late fee charges. (I Don't have to lie about something as frivolous as this) - Personally, I don't care for you, your smug attitude and your once a year transportation needs. Being self employed allows for me to sometimes choose who, when and where I do business with. Like a pesky mosquito, your lame reviews will go away....you turned a simple transaction into something ugly, and all along I was trying to be nice, but to a cheap dink that does not matter!! Amazing service. My parents were stuck at the airport with an extremely delayed flight from Bos to NYC, which would have caused them to miss their grandkid's birthday party. I called Regal, and Steve got a driver to the airport within the hour to take them to NY. They were in the city before their original flight even took off. We booked Regal for an airport shuttle for an early Sunday morning flight. The driver was bang on time -- although be aware they will not contact you when they arrive. It's on you to be where you said when you booked them! And he was there right when he said. Driver was courteous, helped with bags, opened and closed doors... No small talk but excellent service. Easy payment by card on the driver's phone. Will use again when we don't want to risk an uber driver being around or not to catch a flight on time.
