Not again. Car did not arrive on time and we had to drive ourselves into the airport, to make sure we didn't miss the flight. We paid a higher short term parking rate to make sure we could check in on time. My wife and I needed a 1 way trip into Logan Airport for an early morning, international flight. I booked for a 2:45 am pick up a few days before our trip. Communication with Steve was timely and professional. I prepaid electronically and got a receipt. The day before, I confirmed our pickup via email. Again, all went smooth.... but the car didn't arrive. At 2:50 I called both numbers I had for Regal and left voice mails indicating I was going to leave at 3am in order to not miss my check-in. Not hearing anything, we drove ourselves in. I got a call from the driver (5 minutes after we left and 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time) stating he arrived at our house, but by this time I was already on the highway. Steve emailed right away and was very apologetic and he issued a quick refund. A phone call indicating they were running late but were coming might have helped. Even though we were cutting it tight with our original pick up time, 20 minutes was still on the bubble (consider the time it takes to unpack a car and to get from the parking garage to the right terminal and then gate). Had we known the driver was running 20 minutes late we might have chosen to wait. But with no idea as to whether or not the driver was even going to show up at that point (and if so when), we had no choice. read more

Scheduled a round trip to the airport and paid in full but....Car never picked me up at the designated time and after a 30 minutes I called über and they barely got me to the airport on time. Steve mentioned his driver overslept and was very apologetic. He also stated that he wanted another chance to make it up to me and he told me the ride home was free. I thought about it and said I'd give him another shot. I confirmed my pick up the day before and he confirmed it in writing. I then confirmed the terminal change the day of and guess what? Once again I was not picked up, didn't receive an email, no phone call, nothing! I froze waiting for their pick up for 45 minutes and then took a cab. Regal is unprofessional, unreliable, and totally unworthy of doing business with. There are plenty of other car services around so I suggest you consider others before the same thing happens to you. read more

Steve was super responsive to all my emails leading up to booking our event and gave us some money saving tips for our roundtrip concert transportation. He was 5 minutes early for pick up, dropped us off right off at the entrance, and texted me his exact location upon pickup, almost exactly where he dropped us off. We were a party of 6, with 2 teenagers in tow who loved Steve's music and wanted it at a higher volume, to which he obliged. I can not say enough good things about Regal Coach. We have used them for several different trips to and from Logan. Whether it is with couples or me and my husband with our four small children. They are always on time (if not early), the cars are super clean, they have water bottles for every passenger and every driver we have had, has been friendly and helpful. They were flexible when we were changing the number of people and reached out to make sure we weren't worried about our flight coming into Logan being delayed. I am so thankful that I found Regal Coach. They are always on time, professional, and courteous. The last time I used them my plane was delayed and my luggage was lost. We all know how stressful those situations can be. My flight was monitored and I was assured they would be there waiting for me. I arrived in Boston without my luggage. The airline told me that it was on the flight after me. I texted the driver and he was very accommodating and waited for me while I waited for my luggage. We hired Regal to take us to/from a concert in Boston from our home north of Boston. Steve, who was our contact at the company, was exceedingly polite, quick to respond, and professional. Even when we needed to change up our pick up time a couple of times he was patient and so easygoing. Our driver to Boston, Mike, arrived 10 minutes early and did not hassle us to hurry up or anything like that. He was very cool and funny and nice. Our driver home, Moe, was on time (even arriving a couple of minutes early when we called to say we were ready to go home 20 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time) and very professional. We used Regal Coach several times to and from the airport. We have always had a 4:30 am pickup and were very pleased with their service and even wrote a complimentary email to Steve to thank him for his service and his wonderful drivers. HOWEVER, we got stood up on our last trip 2 weeks ago. I called a week in advance and my reservation was confirmed by Steve, the owner. The pickup was for 4:30 am. That morning we waited 15 minutes and then phoned Steve and left 2 messages informing him that the driver still hadn't arrived and asked for a return phone call please. We never got an answer or reply. So at 5 am we drove into the airport ourselves and parked at PreFlight and made it to the gate just as it was boarding....very stressful! That afternoon I tried reaching Steve again to find out what happened and to let him know that we needed to cancel the return pickup since we drove our vehicle to the airport. Still NO REPLY. Later in the week while on vacation, not once but twice, I again contacted Steve but this time I tried by email, and again asked if he could please get back to me. NO REPLY OR RESPONSE. NO APOLOGIES. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. As I said our previous trips with Steve were good but BEWARE. I NEVER thought he would be so unprofessional, inconsiderate and unreliable to stand us up and then not even return our calls. He lost us as a Customer! read more
