We chose Michael's Limousine for our wedding based on their great package options. Booking was simple, and their team was always quick and responsive to our questions. The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation! read more

We booked two 28 seater buses for our wedding, and Michael's Limo delivered transporting guests and ourselves to and from the hotel in Danvers to the site in Salem. They were knowledgeable about traffic and how to get around a heavy tourist time in Salem. One of the buses notably really enjoyed the ability to plug in their phone and keep the party going after the event. read more

After using Michael's for a long time, they failed to do as they had agreed, and instead of apologizing, the owner was just nasty. He is apparently unwilling to help people with disabilities, or do what was promised to make it possible for a disabled person to use the service. Instead of apologizing, he went on the attack. It's sad, as I was a long-time customer. I would look elsewhere for a ride. read more

We wanted to rent a limo for my dad's birthday, and I'm so happy that I found Michael's Limousine. I had requested quotes from several companies, and we went with Michael's because they had the most reasonable prices. The whole experience with them was great, from beginning to end. We hired Michael's to run a shuttle van back and forth between our hotel and the venue for our wedding, in one 2-hour block before the wedding and one 2-hour block afterward. In each case, the driver showed up precisely on time, was extremely polite and professional, and knew the route perfectly. Knowing that our guests had convenient, comfortable transportation-- especially after enjoying our open bar at the reception!-- allowed us to rest easy. Michael's rates were very reasonable compared to some competitors we checked out, and the rates also include gratuity, which helps keep budgeting simple. Also, the office staff we spoke to in the first place to arrange the service were very helpful in providing answers to all of my many questions. All in all, a fabulous experience! read more

I used this service for the first time to be picked up on an early morning at the airport. The communication was excellent before the day of the pick up. I received a phone call and an email, confirming all the details. I paid over the phone with a CC, and received an email as proof of receipt. The driver Paul texted me upon my arrival and was there when I walked out with my bags. He was pleasant and professional. The car was very clean and comfortable (some type of higher end SUV). The price was a little high ($129) but this included the tip for the driver. All and all, I would use this company again. It is evident that customer service and satisfaction is as important to them as it is to me! read more

Due to Gov. Bakers restrictions we couldn't have our wedding as planned. When asked for a refund for the deposit we were told that they couldn't afford to do that. When asked for a copy of the contract we were given attitude from the owner. Only after contacting outside help was I being addressed as "Mr". Took five days to finally get the contract. Still refusing to reimburse us. If you have no other option and HAVE to use them, make sure you have a force majeure clause added to the agreement before you sign it in case the world goes to hell. read more

I have used Michael's a few times before and had a great experience every time. Well until the last time I used them about 3 weeks ago that is. In the past communication from the driver was crisp, clear and efficient. This time when I landed at Logan, not so much. My driver David had left a rambling voicemail full of "uhs" and "ums" that didn't make me feel like he knew where he was. It turned out that he was not parked where limos are supposed to park at Logan, but simply outside my airline's terminal (as far as I know that's not allowed at Logan). Luckily I just as I got my bag he called again and told me where he was, sorta. He gave me the wrong door to exit. He also said my name would be on the limo. My name wasn't on the limo, in fact I couldn't tell where the limo was. I had to call him back and have him wave to me. So far not great, but not that bad. Once I got to the limo he had difficulty figuring out how to open the back hatch so I could deposit my luggage. Then he set off the limo's locator alarm which took him a while to figure out how to turn off. Once it the limo it was obvious he hadn't loaded my destination into his GPS during the time between his arrival and mine (about 20 minutes) so he was fiddling with his phone, while trying to put on his seatbelt, while driving on dark New England roads until he got the destination entered. He also fiddled with his phone trying to get the music he wanted to play through the limo's speakers, again while driving on dark New England roads. His unfamiliarity with the entertainment system ended up with him playing the music at a very high volume. I firmly asked him to simply turn it off. The rest of the trip was uneventful, but for what I'm paying for a limo service I'd like it to be better than Uber of Lyft. Michael's make sure your drivers are trained on all your vehicles and know how to be prepared for a customer. read more

Recently used Michael's for our wedding and while the owner was great to work with via email and the bus was beautiful and clean our driver Michele really made the experience amazing! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND the duties of a driver. She helped me carry my dress around, she happened to have eye drops when I needed them, she helped us during pictures, even fixed my hair for me at one point and held my bouquet! She was so sweet and really was so helpful! I never expected that from her but was so appreciative of her! All around great company! read more

From the moment contact was initiated to the point of delivery at the end of the night, the staff/team was responsive, attentive and highly professional. My husband and I rented the 32 passenger coach limo for our wedding on September 7, 2019. From the start, Michael's Limousine was so easy to work with (Paul and Renee) and were respectful of our budget. Our assigned driver, Mechelle, was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day easy from: arriving on time, putting on my husbands boutonniere, adjusting my veil before I walked down the aisle, greeting us with champagne after our ceremony, and helping all of our wedding attendants and parents any way she could. We also had multiple location stops and she navigated the Boston streets like a pro. We were not expecting this extra level of service and Mechelle simply said "it's part of her job". I would highly recommend this company and driver in particular to anyone. The bus was top of the line, extremely clean, and comfortable. We only had ~25 people in the bus. I would not suggest adding any more people even though the legal limit is 32. Michael's Limousine advised us on this point before booking. read more

We used Michael's for transportation home from our vacation. Our flight was delayed about 4 hours and I was concerned if our Limo Bus would be there and it was. Since it was only transportation home from the airport I didn't care too much about how the vechile looked just that they were there. The bus could have used some TLC, so i'm not sure if I would rent it for an evening out, but for what I need it was perfect. I delt a few times with the owner Michael both via email and phone. He was polite, could have been a bit more professional, but all in all it was a good experience. I would recommend Michaels for airport transportation. read more

We used Michael's Limousine this July 4th 2018 for a trip to Boston to have our mini wedding with my father who's in the hospital. Our driver, Hicham, arrived a little early, the perfect kind of early, and was super professional and friendly. The ride was smooth sailing and we all felt super safe. The limo was also immaculate! So we had our mini wedding and Hicham whisked is back home, totally avoided some traditionally nasty traffic spots with less traveled routes and got us home with one minute to spare on our reserved time. I wish there was negative rating. Called them for limo for daughters wedding. I was told available. They quoted me a price. I said I would call back needed to speak to my daughter. I called back and put on hold came back to me and said needed to call me back. 2 days later I get a call back. We live in Haverhill and wedding is at Atkinson country club. When I spoke not a problem. I wanted the groomsmen to get picked up in Salem nh and since I added that in he told me it is too far. Told me max is 3 hours. I said no problem we only need for an hour and half. Told me sorry too far. I asked what changed since 2 days ago. He said I added an additional location. Literally 15 mins difference. Apparently when I told him I will be writing a review he did not like that and started going off on me. My wife heard whole conversation and could not believe how unprofessional he was. Apparently business must be booming to speak to customers like that. I would stay away. Apparently how they acted during Covid reading those reviews shows it all. read more

I have used Michael's limousine service six times over the last month. I have had a limo for a large group to ferry us to dinner and a show in town. The drivers make the evening effortless. You get dropped right at the door and don't have to worry about finding your ride after the event. I have also used the service for airport and train stations runs. The drivers have been punctual and courteous every time. Michael is excellent at meeting last minute requests and he is easy to reach via email and phone. We used Michael's Limo for our wedding to pick up the groom's party. However, they never showed up, so my fiance had to rent a car to get to the church on time for our wedding. The limos showed up for the reception after and gave rides during the time we were supposed to take pictures. I used this company for my wedding and was extremely disappointed. We requested that the driver call when he arrived at the hotel to pick us up, which he did not and the van was very hot the whole drive. Our wedding ended at midnight and he was supposed to be there right at midnight to pick us up and then come back to do a 2nd trip with the rest of the bridal party. My husband and I, our bridal party and our parents waited on the sidewalk for 20 mins. We called and left a message with Michael's Limousine and did not receive a call back. We started to panic since we had no way of getting in touch with the driver and had everyone just get in cars with any remaining guests and most had to call ubers. Around 12:30 one of my bridesmaids and her date were still at the venue waiting for their uber when the van finally showed up so out of the 26 people he was supposed to drive, he drove 2. The driver got in touch with me to let me know that he picked up the wrong wedding party from our venue. He said "a bunch of people got in my van and I just drove them and didn't realize until they told me that I brought them to the wrong hotel that it wasn't your party". For the amount of money we paid and seeing that the venue is well known for having multiple weddings a night it was highly unprofessional for him to not even verify if the people were for the correct wedding. It was embarrassing to have to tell our parents and bridal party to start looking for rides after standing on the sidewalk for 20 mins at my own wedding. The owner, Michael, only refunded us $200 out of the $325 we paid for the 2 trips he was supposed to make at the end of the night. Had my bridesmaid known she would have gladly paid $20 for an uber instead of me paying $125 for someone to show up 30 mins late. read more

Planning a Bachelorette party from across the country (Seattle to Boston) I called several different Limo companies. Michaels was the best! An actual person answered the phone. They called me back when they said they would. Were very easy to communicate with, AND had the best prices by far!! I was looking forward to riding in their limo on party day. However, the Bride has decided she wants to go in a totally different direction. So, we have no need for a limo anymore. Michael was understanding and friendly.
