Before booking Patriot, I spoke with several limousine companies in the area and not only did Patriot come in at bottom dollar, everything about the experience was top notch. They promised us a 4:30 arrival and Stanley texted at 4:00 stating he was arriving at 4:15. He was there at the exact minute he promised. We had the Mercedes Sprinter van. Originally, we had the stretch Limousine, but due to a mechanical issue, it was unavailable, so Patriot upgraded us to the Sprinter which is a larger vehicle and an incredibly comfortable ride. Most importantly, they upgraded us at zero additional cost. Inside the Sprinter was new and immaculate. We synched the stereo easily to my phone via BlueTooth and played our music the entire ride. When it came time to leave our event, I texted Stanley when we wanted to be picked up and he was there exactly on time. After the precision pickup, I never had any concerns. I see quite a few five star reviews here posted by Yelp users who have posted a total of a half dozen or less reviews. This always makes me suspicious since this is the indication that the reviews are either phony or paid for. And 21 hidden reviews?!?!?! As anyone can see by looking at my profile, I am a legit, long term Yelp reviewer. The reason for the less than "ok" review is because I had to go through several e-mail iterations to even get a quote. The person responding didn't seem to know that "Logan" is the name of the primary commercial airport serving Boston. Also, the rate was quite excessive, in my experience. I rent limos all the time in big cities and even by those standards Patriots rates were in the stratosphere. So.... the painful experience of just trying to get a quote, the high rate on the quote I received, the many 5 star reviews posted by questionable "customers" as well as reviewers complaining about things like Patriot unilaterally canceling meant that I wound up going with a competitor (at a much more favorable rate). read more

I hired the service to take me to a dinner event. The pick up was 15 mins early, that certainly wasn't a problem however our pickup at the end of the night was 35 mins late. I received a text stating our driver was outside. When I got outside there was no driver. So I called the number and the driver answered. I asked where he was at. He told me he was at the wrong address?? Fifteen minutes later still no driver! I called again and asked where are you. For $170.00 dollars one way, I would have expected better service. They were on time and did everything well. My issue was with the limo itself. The limo should not be in their fleet. We booked the limo for our wedding which happened to be on a 98 degree day. The AC was awful. We were all excited to cool off in the Limo but to our surprise it was warmer in the Limo than it was outside. The limo was also in very bad shape. The suspension was so bad that over every bump you would hear terrible noises. There was rust on the outside of the limo and awful bondo work. The top vinyl part of the limo was separating and looked awful. We decided to not use the limo in our photos because of how bad it was. read more

We hired Patriots Limo to get us to and from Logan for an international trip. There was a slight hiccup initially, as our original driver called us to tell us he was going to be late due to a car issue. When he was 15 minutes late I called the office and they apologized and sent a different driver, who showed up shortly thereafter. We got to the airport with time to spare. Our flight back was delayed by over an hour, but we still didn't have to wait for our driver, who was there when we arrived. Cars were clean, drivers were very nice. Price, contrary to what I've seen in another review here, was reasonable (this is Boston, it's expensive here). All in all, we were satisfied. It's not a perfect world, and customer experiences don't happen in a vacuum. S*** happens, so when a provider handles it and gets the job done, they deserve credit for it. read more

Beware, they could cancel on you at the last minute! I should not even give them one star. They cancelled our limo on us 5 days before the prom with out any type of compensation, even after booking well in advance. Do not use this company. My friend and I arrived from UK on 1st June 2018. My husband had booked a limo to meet us at Logan airport. When we got into arrivals there was no one waiting for us with my name. I then checked my phone for a message and there was nothing so I rang the office and no reply. We waited for a further 10 mins and then checked outside arrivals where there were a few limos parked. After another 10 mins, we gave up and caught a taxi. If I could give negative stars I would. My husband and I hired Patriot Limousine to drive us, our 4 small children, and 5 other adult family members to and from providence airport. I called the day prior to our pick up to confirm that they would have 2 car seats and 2 boosters for our children ages 7,6,4, and 3. They arrived 15 minutes late without a single car seat. Then for our return ride home they sent a dirty van that barely fit 8 of us (the other 3 adults had other transport after a flight delay luckily so they weren't stranded but Patriot was not aware of this and should still have sent a larger transport.) Again, no car seats were installed (they had some in the trunk) and the driver was trying to install two car seats rear facing and had no clue what he was doing. After my husband installed the seats it was clear that the 3 and 4 year old could not even fit in the straps (they are both under 40 pounds.) I am disgusted with this company. read more

Never, ever use this limo service. I scheduled an appointment to take me and my family to Logan airport recently. I called to confirm two days prior. I was assured that we would be picked up at the pre-arranged time and that would get to Logan in ample time for our departure. They never showed up to pick us up! We waited 15 minutes for them to arrive, I phoned their office twice to inquire where they were, I left two messages and received no call back. We then had to rush and drive ourselves to the airport and find parking, narrowly making our flight. Very bad experience. Still haven't received a call back from this company. read more

outstanding service from this company who's driver already had a message on my cell phone when we landed at boston with explicit and fail-safe directions on how to find him. this was quite in contrast to an incident with this same company a year or so ago when i got no help whatsoever from that driver (now no longer with the company). also driver was delightful, car was clean to the max and when same driver picked us up for another flight some few days later he even again messaged me that he was one his way with an approximate arrival time at our sons home---which was exactly achieved. also i have found their staff on the phones to be great to deal with too. and all reservations are immediately documented and forwarded by email to me as well. in short the recent service from this company has been flawless and we look forward to using them again anytime we go to boston. read more

DO NOT use this company. We booked them for our wedding and were very specific (so specific to the year of the car I would be getting). They seemed to completely understand. Upon arrival it was. To the 2015 SUV limo I ordered. Instead they sent a late 90s stretch limo with more damage on it than a junkyard totaled car. The air condition did not work and we were concerned we would not make it to the ceremony without breaking down. My mother who needs a double knee replacement (and the reason I ordered an SUV limo) could not get in and had to ride with a friend. I called the company and they initially lied and said they only promised a 14 passenger. Then they admitted that the car we ordered ran overtime with the previous booking. They were not apologetic in any way. Needless to say, they ruined my pictures upon me getting out on my wedding day and made my mom ride in her gown in a car. This is by far the worst company ever!!! I am filing a complaint with the Better business bureau and disputing the charges since it is not what I ordered. Please go with a reputable company!!! read more

Tried Patriots Limo for the first time to take us into see Celtic Thunder at the Orpheum Theater in Boston (see my review of the theater too). The last time my wife and I used a limousine service was at our wedding, and that was a long time ago. I am a CDL driver but just did not want to deal with Boston traffic. We received both text and e-mail confirmation notices and notices the driver ("Sa-id") was in route to our home for pickup. He arrive about 20 min. early, which was actually a good thing because we ran into the Partirots Football traffic and construction on 95. He got us to the show 15 min early and gave us his cell phone number, I texted him when we were leaving and he was right out front. "Sa-id" drove very cautiously and at or near the speed limit (when he could), the car was very clean, and supplied with about 10 bottles of water. After the show (see my review on the Orpheum Theater) my wife and I were exhausted and it was great to have the car sitting right out front, with the AC on. I would recommend and use Patriots again! read more
