ZERO stars!!!! STAY AWAY from this company!!! They took our 500 deposit in march for our November wedding. They are now not returning calls or emails and have completely disappeared. The address given here IS AN ABANDONED BUILDING!!!!!! SHAME OM YOU ANDOVER COACH!! read more

Hired ACL to transport my bridal party 5 miles to my wedding. The bus started stalling out on the way there, and completely broke down in the middle of the road. They left us stranded with no solution. I was 45 minutes late to my own wedding. The worst part was the lack of communication afterwards. I called them 3 times in 2 weeks following my wedding to discuss the ordeal, and never got my calls returned. read more

Literally the BEST limo company out there. Saved me after another company emailed the night before our 25person event saying the AC broke and they can't send me a party bus. They were completely accommodating and their customer service is superb. I dealt with Derek and he was extremely communicative, helpful, and willing to help me in my "day-before" crisis and send us their 28-pax bus. The driver was great, low-key, did exactly what we wanted and he even came off vacation to be our driver since we were so last minute. Reasonably priced and their buses are beautiful and extremely well kept. BOOK THEM! read more

LOVED Andover Coach when I used them recently for a friend's bachelorette to go to/from Boston to Gillette Stadium for Country Fest. Our driver Brian was on time, courteous and a joy to spend some time with on the ride to and from. The pre-event planning was an absolute breeze as well; everything was taken care of by email and questions were answered in a timely manner. Would use them again in a heart beat. read more

Zero stars. Called me the morning of my event after confirming our trip to say the driver called out and they were trying to find another driver. Minimal communication after this point and they never showed up for pickup. They ignored all of my phone calls, voicemails and emails. Still waiting to hear back regarding my $400 deposit I put down weeks ago. I'm disappointed I didn't read previous reviews, this company is clearly highly unprofessional and should not be in business if this is how they treat their customers. read more

Wish I could leave NO STARS. It's Senior Prom tonight. And the limo that was rented weeks ago, paid for, and confirmed today with the Mom who made the arrangements DIDN'T SHOW UP! 8 kids all dressed up and excited to go. No excuse was given! Stranded on prom night. There is no excuse for this. read more

***Update*** I finally received an email claiming that they had Finally sent the money back after 3 weeks. I still have not heard from the company after many emails and calls. Again... do NOT use this company or you will be disappointed. To start off, my bus never showed up. It was supposed to come for my cousin's bachelor party. I was able to get in touch with them the night of the incident and I was very upset. Apparently something was wrong when they charged the card. To be fair, they did send emails that said modified reservation but it did not say there was something wrong with the payment. Also, I received a confirmation email two days before the party that stated if there is nothing wrong, you do not have to call; we will see you on your day. I called that Friday before to let them know, again, my number was wrong but no one answered. The man, that answered my call the night the bus didn't show up, took my information and I let him know... again... that my number was wrong on my profile. Not only had I called previously to let them know my number was wrong, I also had asked for a picture of the bus. I never received the picture. I've called this company multiple times and sent emails with no returns. Derek, the owner, has emailed me to let me know that he hasn't been able to get in contact with me. I understand since my number is wrong on my profile. However, I've left multiple messages over the last two weeks and sent multiple emails with no answer. I do not recommend this company to anyone. read more

This was the first time my husband and I have used a private transfer company, for we typically use flight line. We were highly impressed with the punctual time and communication with our driver. We also had a miscommunication of quotes and Derek, the owner was kind enough to grant us a refund. I highly recommend this company for whatever transportation needs maybe!! Thank you again! -Stephanie read more

Our adult kids flew in from two locations in California to celebrate my wife's milestone birthday. I arranged to have six of us picked up to celebrate in Boston with an adventure and dinner. On the day of our celebration (Sunday), I received a text confirming our reservation that stated the driver's name and further stated "Derek can be reached at . . ." then left NO phone number. Well, Derek NEVER SHOWED UP. When I called the Andover Coach main number I was able only to leave a message (twice) and never received a call in return. UBER XL to the rescue with a very nice Lincoln SUV (the same as Andover Coach was supposed to bring). I should have called them in the first place as it turned out to be less expensive than Andover Coach. To add insult to injury, the NEXT day (Monday), I received a "Revised" confirmation from Andover Coach showing pick-up for this day (now post celebration!) and another text confirming that reservation and, ONCE AGAIN, telling us that our driver could be reached at . . . then leaving NO phone number! I never received a reply, an apology or an explanation. Frankly, I wish I could leave negative stars! Andover Coach - Simply incompetent - STAY AWAY! read more

Zero stars. Didn't show up for airport transportation, despite my call to them to confirm earlier in the day. Did not respond to numerous calls when driver did not show. Will never use again and would absolutely not recommend. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely horrible, I invited nine of my friends to take a limo to prom and the limo never showed up. We were confirmed a limo, then said he was going to be fifteen minutes late. Then claimed the limo was over heating. Said we would get an upgrade. Turned around then claimed that he could not find the keys to the other limo. I felt embarrassed to tell my friends and their family that we would have to split into four cars and got there late. His name was Derek and he tricked us at such an important time. I'd give negative five stars if I could! By the way he never mentioned if he was going to give my money back!!! read more

My wife and I reside in Arizona, and recently spent 10 days in Portsmouth on vacation, We selected Andover Coach to drive us from Manchester airport to our hotel in Portsmouth instead of renting a car from Hertz. Great decision for us. Portsmouth is a terrific walking destination, but parking is expensive, and parking fees + rental car fees would be even more expensive. I selected Andover Coach based on 2 TripAdvisor reviews and their website. In a sentence, we loved our driver (Scott), and Andover's service was impeccable. As promised, Scott was waiting for us outside of the terminal, and we could stretch out in a spotless TownCar. Completely enjoyable. We were so happy with our outbound trip to Portsmouth, that we asked Scott for a return ride back to MHT 10 days later, and enjoyed a second identical trip. Highly recommend Andover! read more

I had a great night out in Boston with my Girlfriend all thanks to Andover Coach. Our driver Brad made sure that the night was special and I am glad that everything went so well. Thank you Andover Coach for giving us a night to remember! read more

Brides, be wary of using their service. They may be a good service for occasions outside of weddings. We broke down on my wedding day, going from the church to reception. When I called back to discuss, they were not phased. They said they can't predict that... read more

I have never experienced such a disinterested office in my life. To call them is to bother them and be confronted with a "what the hell do you want..." attitude. On three occasions they failed to provide my confirmation, which required me to call, be faced with attitude and finally get my confirmation. A consistent rating of 5 stars leaves you to wonder. Look elsewhere. read more
