We used them twice (to and from the Boston Logan airport) and I've never seen a driver so on top of things. He knew where our flight was, sent me text messages to keep me in the loop as to where he'd be and was waiting for us right outside where we told him we'd be every time. Wonderful service and the most reasonable prices I found (and I searched several companies)! The drivers were polite and helpful and the cars (we used sedans this time) were clean and spacious.
