He got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our pickup our driver was not waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was inside of his vehicle. We did find him okay but we had a very bad experience on our recent trip and were tired and did not want to look for the driver who was supposed to pick us up. He was okay a bit strange so I have requested he not be our pickup or return driver on our next upcoming trip. Overall we would recommend and will use their services again.

I used Pearl Transportation for a work trip - needed transportation to and from the airport. Pearl was super quick to quote, and was at the average price point. I saw great reviews and thought I would give them a try (since my last car service from another local company was not really the best). They were great about letting me know when they would arrive and where they would be by emailing and calling in advance. The billing process was easy and done in advance so no extra worrying was necessary during travel. They were extremely timely and very courteous, friendly, professional drivers. When picking me up from the airport, they let me know ahead of time that the driver would call when the plane landed and they followed through on this (literally up to the minute I landed) and let me know that they were at the airport waiting. They had my name on a tablet, (no confusion what-so-ever, which I have experience in the past). They even offered water for the (rush-hour) commute to my home. During my ride I talked a little bit to the owner of the company (he was the driver in this case) and he seems to have a great business model and ideals. It also sounds like he treats his workers well and has good morals. It's always reassuring to hear someone who values people (workers and customers alike) as much as his business. I emailed David just to make sure and he confirmed he was already aware. When we landed, my wife received a text from Mike that he was waiting for us in the Limo lot.
