He got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our pickup our driver was not waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was inside of his vehicle. We did find him okay but we had a very bad experience on our recent trip and were tired and did not want to look for the driver who was supposed to pick us up. He was okay a bit strange so I have requested he not be our pickup or return driver on our next upcoming trip. Overall we would recommend and will use their services again.

We even called back to move up the time of the pick up for departure. No problems there. We requested the van as we had 6 travelers and many bags. David showed up early, was well dressed and pleasant. Drove responsibly and we arrived at the airport with no issues. On pick-up, our flight had been delayed by an hour. I emailed David just to make sure and he confirmed he was already aware. When we landed, my wife received a text from Mike that he was waiting for us in the Limo lot. He was also well - dressed and very pleasant. He also drove very well and was a pleasure to talk to. My first experience was a pleasure and we would use them again as far as I'm concerned.

I balanced researching reviews and prices, and finally ended up with Regal for the round trip. We had three cars pick up different groups from the airport, which all happened seamlessly. When you land, they give you a number to call, and drive from the taxi waiting area to the arrivals gate to pick you up. All our guests said the drivers were quick and kind. On the way back, we had an 8 passenger van reserved, but realized about three hours before pick-up that a 9th person needed a ride to boston. I figured it was worth a try, and when I called they said I could upgrade to a 12 person van for $5. Score! Everyone made it to their gate, and their travels were relatively seamless. We heard only good feedback of the service overall. I can't quite give them 5 stars because I haven't personally ridden in a Regal Limo, but they did an amazing job helping me transport my guests and I won't hesitate to call them next time I'm in need.
