He got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our pickup our driver was not waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was inside of his vehicle. We did find him okay but we had a very bad experience on our recent trip and were tired and did not want to look for the driver who was supposed to pick us up. He was okay a bit strange so I have requested he not be our pickup or return driver on our next upcoming trip. Overall we would recommend and will use their services again.

When I questioned the cost, he became angry and snapped that they're "not Uber." That kind of hostility over a simple pricing question doesn't inspire confidence, especially for something like transportation where reliability matters. I won't be using them and would think twice before recommending them to others.

I can't believe this level of disrespect and it speaks to the decline of Moonlight that's been happening for years. Cars were dirty in previous rides but they're cheaper than other services so we wanted to try. They have no empathy and I would not recommend. I hope they encounter the same disrespect from vendors when they're dealing with death so they can see how shocking and horrible it is. DO NOT USE THEM.

We used Regal Limo to transport some of our friends and family from Logan to downtown Portsmouth. I…read morewas a little worried, because it's a long ride so if there was a bad driver or gross car, our guests would be stuck there for awhile. I balanced researching reviews and prices, and finally ended up with Regal for the round trip. We had three cars pick up different groups from the airport, which all happened seamlessly. When you land, they give you a number to call, and drive from the taxi waiting area to the arrivals gate to pick you up. All our guests said the drivers were quick and kind. On the way back, we had an 8 passenger van reserved, but realized about three hours before pick-up that a 9th person needed a ride to boston. I figured it was worth a try, and when I called they said I could upgrade to a 12 person van for $5. Score! Everyone made it to their gate, and their travels were relatively seamless. We heard only good feedback of the service overall. I can't quite give them 5 stars because I haven't personally ridden in a Regal Limo, but they did an amazing job helping me transport my guests and I won't hesitate to call them next time I'm in need.
