The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!

The car was immaculate and very comfortable. We had to leave the wedding and texted to see if he would come earlier than planned. Bennie didn't hesitate to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel.
