Excellent Service…read more We've been using Regal Coach as our go-to airport transportation service for several years and they are always professional, friendly and on time or early. The cars are clean and provide a nice, stress free ride to Logan airport. I have experience requesting pickups both very early morning and later in the evening. They are always there and ready to pickup, even when the flight lands early. They send you a text with the pickup location and you are good to go. I have also used them as transportation to events in Boston for the night. Easy to book, invoices arrive after your pickup. I only have good things to say about them. I highly recommend Regal Coach.

It was just what we needed to get our son home from a trip to Japan back to college from Logan Airport after midnight. We weren't able to make the trip to Logan to give him the ride ourselves, so we had to find a reliable and trustworthy way to get him back to campus, and I'm so glad we found Regal Coach Boston. The owner was responsive and gave his personal assurance that all would work out well, and it did. The driver contacted our son and us while he waited to meet our son at the terminal, and made it very easy to connect, even though my son's flight was delayed. We are very appreciative. We will count on this business again in the future.

At the very moment they were supposed to pick us up to the airport, the dispatcher called to tell us that the driver had a car accident and is almost dead sic! They are obviously unprofessional amateurs and because of them we almost lost our flight to Europe.

The ride to Logan took almost 1.5 hours because of the rush - but all in all it was a good experience. Based on this rather pleasant experience I decided to use them again for the ride from the Airport to my house. Oh boy - what was I thinking?? I called them the morning of my PM arrival, gave them my cell phone number, my drop off address as well as my flight number. Once my flight got in (almost an hour late) I got my bag and called them as requested. I was told to head upstairs to the departures gate and wait for my driver. After 25 minutes of standing outside in the freezing cold I decided to call and see where my car was at. I was quite stunned when I was told that my driver had picked up another person instead! They had my cell phone, they had my name and my address, yet they decided to drive another person instead! After I voiced my disappointment they offered to send another car. There are so many things wrong with how this place does business but making your customer stand in the cold for 30 minutes after a 6 hour flight, and leaving them stranded when all they want is to get home is probably not a way to attract more customers.
