About 20 min after arrival, I realized I left my phone in the back of the car. After fortunately getting my hands on a phone, I called Apollo's main number. The person who answered told me he would call the driver and ask the driver to call me. The driver called a few minutes later and said he found the phone, but that he was in the middle of an oil change. When he heard when my train was, he thought for a moment and asked to call me back in a few minutes. He did call me back and said he secured another car and was on his way to South Station to drop off my phone. He got there 10 min before my train departed. At no point did anyone ask me for money to cover the additional trip (but I did anyways). What a great experience. I'm using them from now on!

On top of it we were visiting from out of town and were the sober part of party and they were kind enough to help us figure out where to meet them. The roads were closed and they were patient and gave us detailed directions and even waited for us even though it took us about 15-20 minutes to get to them. The drivers were courteous and kind and went above and beyond to make sure all of our party was taken care of and safely in the vehicle after a rather crazy night on the town. When we are back in town we know who we will be calling! They are amazing and way cheaper then Uber from Revere to Cambridge (yes we compared first to check).
