About 20 min after arrival, I realized I left my phone in the back of the car. After fortunately getting my hands on a phone, I called Apollo's main number. The person who answered told me he would call the driver and ask the driver to call me. The driver called a few minutes later and said he found the phone, but that he was in the middle of an oil change. When he heard when my train was, he thought for a moment and asked to call me back in a few minutes. He did call me back and said he secured another car and was on his way to South Station to drop off my phone. He got there 10 min before my train departed. At no point did anyone ask me for money to cover the additional trip (but I did anyways). What a great experience. I'm using them from now on!

What a horrible experience God help me, I was not making a face, I just got picked up from hospital with a diagnosis of heart failure and this cab driver is yelling at me because he thought I was making a face? WTF
