Started off well - I called and someone actually answered the phone. Deteriorated quickly from there. Person refused to take a reservation over the phone and directed me to send the request by email. 48 hours later I have no acknowledgement of my request, never mind a confirmation or decline to provide the service. read more

Called a week ago to arrange handicapped transportation. After repeated phone call for confirmation they sent a message late afternoon the day before, when we thought we were all set, that they couldn't accommodate us. Now we are in a bind and scrambling. read more

Every time I've needed a taxi with a wheelchair lift, I've used Dee and W. Always on time and flexible if an appointment is running late. Also, when The Ride doesn't show up(The Ride usually says I wasn't there) or loses the appointment, I call this company. A great company to deal with. read more

This was the BEST taxi service I have ever used. We had the most awesome (& pretty!) driver, Lera, who acted as our tour guide through the beautiful back roads of Boston on our way back. The rates they gave us were surprisingly very competitive, it was nice to be driven and taken care of by such an honest, honorable business for once. This company is a gem among all of these other taxi companies and should be listed in the Top 10 here for sure. Very professional, dependable and went above and beyond for us. Our driver even told us the best sites to see before leaving town, and dropped us off in the BEST location, right near our airport downtown, right there at Quincy Market on the Freedom Trail! So after a trip from hell, this company was a total blessing and made it possible for us to leisurely enjoy the sites of Boston on our last day, before our departure. A little back story: This was my & my son's first time ever in this area, and we were given Dee and W's card by our hotel concierge. We had lost my new cell phone in Lowell at my son's conference venue and Uber had taken advantage of us with a 6x surge that ended up costing us $64 (sharing a ride!) one way back to our hotel only 12 miles away. I had planned to "save" $ by not renting a car and just using Uber to/from our hotel each day, what a huge mistake that was! I was Uber's biggest advocate & faithful user of the app until this, but will never be using them again after being taken advantage of, as a single parent at 1am in a bad part of town with no other transportation available. Our spare phone died too, so we had no way to even look things up. This nice man at our Holiday Inn Express in Woburn recommended we call this taxi service for taking us back to the venue site to look for my phone the next morning. The driver arrived right on time at 8am as scheduled the night before, but the lost & found office in Lowell wasn't open until 10. So we were not ready yet, at the last second too. Any other company would have gotten upset and not had their driver come back for us at that point, or charged a big fee extra, but she came right back to pick us up when we were ready at 10 and we were still charged what was quoted. Very friendly and pleasant conversation, full knowledge of the roads and the best routes, this driver was the best I have worked with. **I would recommend this business above all of the rest in the Boston area!! read more

Never use this company, did not show up for my WEDDING! We ordered a shuttle (for guests) and a suburban (for me and my bridesmaids and flower girl). The Suburban never showed up, so i had to jump into a guests car to catch a ride to the church. When we called to find out where they were, they said they were stuck in traffic (there was no traffic at 3:30 on a Saturday in Burlington). THEN! They never sent the return suburban: after the reception to bring bride and groom back to the hotel. Claimed they thought it was cancelled. No. It wasn't cancelled. THEN! The 2 shuttles we paid for to send all our guests back to the hotel, was 25 minutes late (no one called us to notify us)! The older generation guests were too tired to wait, they all took Ubers. When we called them, they said, "oh they are stuck in traffic" at 10PM in Lexington. Sorry that is a blatant LIE. And if you are wondering if they charged us? Oh yes, they ran our card on file. When I called again and asked where they were the person on the phone said "Look, they'll get there when they get there". So unprofessional.
