My sister hired this company as a service for her daughter's prom. She opted for Destiny's service as they were initially the most responsive to her inquiries. On the evening of the prom, the driver was timely. When he arrived, he was parked across the street from their house. I went out to greet him and asked if he was going to come down the driveway. He said that the owner did not like him going into driveways. I commented that the driveway was rather steep and my niece was in a gown and heels. He obliged. I was somewhat surprised that a Ford Taurus was the vehicle as my sister had asked for a Towne Car. Upon review of the contract a sedan or suv would be the vehicle-even though a Towne Car was the request. Well, they could have survived with the vehicle; however, the condition of the vehicle was unacceptable. When you are paying 300 plus tip for a car, it is not unreasonable to expect the vehicle to be clean-inside and out- and vacuumed. This was not the case and the photos below are testament to the condition of the car. When the owner was contacted, he was abrasive and accusatory. I listened as he unprofessionally chided by brother-in-law. The situation could have been simply rectified had he looked at the vehicle he sent and made good on a clean car. It's unfortunate, but after reading some of the reviews, this experience parallels many. I wish I could be more positive here, but having rented cars many times over the years, I've never had such an experience. read more

I'm putting my review here as well, because I reserved a limo with Metrowest Limousine, but the limo company that showed up was Destiny. I was told by Metrowest I was getting a 22 person Escalade which had an auxillary port. I had specifically asked about the ability to hook up an iPod as I had spent a good amount of time in making a music mix for our night out in the limo. A stretch Hummer showed up, with the engine not sounding too great and the name of a different company, "Destiny" on the window. I was told that the Escalade had troubles, but I suspect that they overbooked and farmed out the reservation with a slightly smaller vehicle because we had expected 19 people. I was then told that there is only a CD player, and no aux port. Ok, luckily I made a CD copy just in case, but still was annoyed. I then was told not to touch the roof hatch button because it'll short out everything. Ok, fine, we had a great time on the way out, thanks to the music and group of fun people. But on the way back, while trying to change the lighting in the vehicle, I apparently hit the roof button on accident and it shorted out all of the electronics in the vehicle. The driver had no way of getting them back on. So we spent the last 25 minutes of the ride in silent darkness. Wahoo!! That's really living the high life in a limo!! Might as well have just taken a bus. I do want to say that the driver seemed like a nice guy and did nothing to lessen the experience, even making stops for us along the way as requested. But, then the next morning we find that he threw all the trash, empty cans, from the limo onto the side of the road across the street from our house. Who does that? read more

Our cars for our bachelor and bachelorette parties were beautiful, and stalked with ice and water. Our chauffeur Chris was tremendously experienced and provided my party with wonderful service. In looking for limo transportation to the Boston cruise terminal and back, my mind immediately went to Destiny Limousine. It's our local limo company and its been around for years and years. My husband and I needed transportation to Logan Airport a few years back and everything was ok. To us, Destiny was the right way to go. When we called to make the reservation, the owner was very helpful in explaining their pickup procedures, times, etc. When asked about how we were going going to be picked up at the cruise terminal when we got back home, he stated to me that they "had it down to a science." We were traveling with my one year old daughter, so we had to make sure service was going to be good. We didn't think we would have to worry if we went through Destiny Limo. Our driver, Joe, picked us up at our house on time. He was fantastic and did whatever he could to make our experience a good one. We got to the cruise port safely and we couldn't have asked for better service. Coming home, however, was a different story. We get off the cruise ship and call our drivers cell phone to let him know where we were. He states to us that he was in Newport (a few hours away from Boston) because the owner gave the job to another driver. It turns out that another driver was supposedly at the cruise terminal at 8:45 am, but took off because he didn't see us. First, he had my cell phone number and my husband's...neither of us got a phone call. Second, the owner said they had pickups at the cruise terminal "down to a science." If that was true, he would know that the process of getting off a cruise ship can take up to an hour or even more and that it's impossible to be off the ship at a set time. The owner claimed they knew what they were doing. Not so much. So, it's humid. We have a withering one year old. Our driver is just under 2 hrs. away. Fantastic. My father calls the owner to find out what happened and the owner hangs up on him! My dad calls again....the owner lets the phone ring without picking up. My dad calls AGAIN, it goes right to voicemail. About 15 minutes later, the owner calls my dad back and my dad immediately states (in a calm voice) that its not a wise business tactic to hang up on customers. I don't know what the reply was, but the call ended up with the owner hanging up on my dad again. Meanwhile, the owner is mad that he's being confronted with his mistake and his poor business etiquette that he calls our awesome driver and tells him to turn around and leave us inBoston. Thankfully, our driver continued driving and brought us home safe. We will never do business with this company again. Our driver, Joe, was amazing and he went above and beyond to do right by us. The owner, however, should be ashamed of himself for how poorly he handled the situation. Sure..leave a family with a one year old stranded in Boston because you don't like to be asked/confronted with your mistakes. Real nice guy..... read more

He drove us to the Coast Guard House in Narragansett RI. We had a great evening. Headed to the Twin River Casino after dinner. We have been using his services for 20 years. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was quoted a price for a pickup at Logan airport from George the owner. I confirmed with him to make sure it was correct. The driver was really nice but when I got home he said that there was a discrepancy in the price he was given and the amount I gave him. It was 100 more than the price I was given. He called George who insisted that I was wrong ,but do to my stance he admitted that he made a mistake but DO NOT CALL HIM ANYMORE HE DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS! I COULD NOT BELIEVE how unprofessional he is. I posted on Facebook and found out that he had done similar bad business practices in the past to others. We went to a good friends weeding who rented from you. The couple rented a hummer limo. I guess there was a gas problem. In return they got a shit box. Door was a different color, roof was messed up and dented. Since my husband did help pay for it he called today. He did put the phone on speaker. The person he got was extremely disrespectful. All he did was swear. He then said call back Monday and speak to George(owner) then got hung up on. When we called back to went right to voicemail. WORST COMPANY EVER! I booked a limo for a Bachelorette party and was suppose to be picked up at 6:30. I received a call AT 6:30 saying the limo driver was just leaving Woonsocket and would be there around 7:15. Around 7:30 I called back and the driver claimed her couldn't find my house. We had reservations in Boston which we missed because they didn't show up until 8:30... 2 HOURS LATE!! I called the owner to see what happened and he threatened to cancel the whole reservation on me as if I did something wrong, and than proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Great customer service huh? He was frustrated at his driver and took it out on the wrong person. When the limo finally showed up, it was a MESS! There were half empty water bottles, dirty champagne glasses, the privacy window was broken, the radio barely worked...absolutely terrible!! DO NOT USE DESTINY LIMO!!! read more

Decided to treat a family member to a limo for a prom. Prom was in 4 days so time was of the essence. E-mailed company asking if they had availability & a quick response was received to call George at 8am the next morning. I called and left a message. George called back stating yes to availability. Once he said that I felt relieved and excited. I was to call him back with the exact details which I did. He was driving so he said he'd call back at a certain time. He didn't so we called him. Again, George was driving so he said he'd call back at 9:30pm. He didn't call! Frustrating as two days was wasted with this company as George was stringing me along. I spend my entire lunch period the following day calling other limo companies for service needed the next day. Thankfully I found one! I am still baffled as to why George said yes to availability and promised to call back but didn't. What smart business does that? read more

If I could give no stars I would. We hired Destiny Limousine for my wedding this past Sunday (10/7/18). When we first met with George he was professional, kind and CLEAN. A very different story than what we experienced on Sunday. To start off, he confirmed my time details 3 days before the wedding. His tone was short and gruff which I chalked up to just having a bad day. The day of my wedding he was on time. BUT that was the only positive thing I will say. He looked like a bum. Greasy, dirty, wrinkled un-tucked shirt. disgusting black finger nails, and on top off all of that RUDE. The outside of the limo (we had ordered the stretch hummer limo) was dirty and rusted in spots. The inside was even worse. Dirty un vacuumed floors, no champagne service (which was listed in our contract) the seats were COVERED in a greasy substance. I'm not sure if it was wax or cleaner but it RUINED 3 of my bridesmaids dresses. it left black stains all over the bottom of them. When we pulled into the parking lot of the venue George started to harass me for the payment before he would let me out of the car. I had confirmed with him when I spoke to him 3 days before that it would be ok to give him the check / cash at the end of the night. He kept telling me he had another guy picking us up later and didn't trust him with the money. I'm sorry but why are you hiring guys that you don't trust to give you payment? Luckily my father in law took care of that. Later that night another man came to pick us up. Based on the first part of the ride I didn't even want to get back in the limo but we didn't really have a choice. once we were in the limo he immediately asked us for a tip. Stating that there should have been 2 envelopes with $50.00 each for himself and George for a tip. My now husband talked with him about it and we paid him at the hotel when he dropped us of (after he and the other groomsmen exchanged a few words with him) the second guy was nice but they were not understanding that the level of service was not up to par for any event. LET ALONE A WEDDING. I highly advise anyone looking to book them to keep searching. Although the price was lower than other quotes we received in the end I guess we got what we paid for. DO NOT HIRE!! 0 STARS! I would hate for any other bride or prom or any other event to have to go through anything that we went through with them. read more

I took Destiny Limosine on April 23, 2013. The driver went to the wrong address. We finally got that straightened out after multiple phone calls. When the car arrived, it was dirty, had a broken handle on the door and the driver's stuff waspiled up in the rear window section. We had already paid for the return trip so we used them again. The driver was late and went to teh wrong terminal. I don't think the company checked to see if our flight was on-time, early or late. Teh same driver came with the same dirty car. This time there was clothes piled up on the front seat. I got the impression the driver lived out of his car. Teh driver was not professional, he was dirty and his clothes looked like he had slpet in them. I will never use the services of this company again. read more
