Long version: My cousin booked a service about a month before the celebration. When she reached out the week of the event to confirm everything as instructed by the owner to do so, she was then told that the vehicle was out for repair and no guarantees it would be fixed on time. With only days to spare it could be difficult to find another service. The owner offered a different vehicle that was about double the price of the one my cousin had originally reserved instead of honoring the original quoted price. The morning of the event my cousin texted the owner for an update to see if the vehicle was repaired and received no response. We waited a few hours before I made a reservation with a different limo company that I had found the day before as a backup, and they turned out to be fantastic. My cousin updated the owner of Above The Rest Transportation that we found someone that could accomodate us and we received the response shown in the photo. Instead of offering a few hours of free service, the price should have been honored with the alternate vehicle that was still available on the day of the event. The owner responded to my cousins thorough review by claiming that her service was cancelled due to the credit card being declined.

They promised us a 4:30 arrival and Stanley texted at 4:00 stating he was arriving at 4:15. He was there at the exact minute he promised. We had the Mercedes Sprinter van. Originally, we had the stretch Limousine, but due to a mechanical issue, it was unavailable, so Patriot upgraded us to the Sprinter which is a larger vehicle and an incredibly comfortable ride. Most importantly, they upgraded us at zero additional cost. Inside the Sprinter was new and immaculate. We synched the stereo easily to my phone via BlueTooth and played our music the entire ride.
