Wish we were here longer so we could use them again and again. Used them for our farewell party last night and from start to finish it was an easy, hassle free experience. Very flexible, letting us change locations from Providence to Boston after arrangements had already been made. UM AND KAREN OUR DRIVER WAS THE BEST. Karen is the Beyoncé of drivers, she makes all other bus drivers before her look like mere cab drivers.11/10 would recommend Karen again. Thank you guys for a great night! read more

We rented the Buzz Bus for our daughter's sweet sixteen party; a night on the town. The bus driver was courteous and friendly and drove expertly the entire time. The bus arrived perfectly on time and knowing we'd arrive a little ahead of schedule back home took some back roads home so the kids could listen to music and dance for a bit longer. The booking process was simple and the staff was great to work with each step of the way and communicated effectively from start to finish. Definitely would recommend using them for your next fun night out on the town! read more

Our buzz bus experience was amazing!!! Mike, our driver was the best!! He was extremely friendly and accommodative to all of our requests. He got us from point A to point B safely, and responded to text messages right away. The bus had loud speakers and was clean and ready for us as soon as we hopped on. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great time ! I'm ready read more

Bus was clean, driver was early and very accommodating for the entire length of our trip. Highly recommended!!

Being a middle school teacher is the best job in the world, but there are days that can be a real challenge. As such, when the last day of school rolls around every June, it is truly a reason to celebrate! For the past two years, myself and a couple dozen of my fellow educators have commemorated this end-of-school year milestone by taking a 25-passenger BuzzBus to Foxwoods! It is truly the highlight of our year. (It is Christmas morning, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July all rolled into one!) When we employed BuzzBus in June of 2022, the process could not have run smoother. From the initial online inquiry to the minute we stepped off the state-of-the-art vehicle, the entire night was a huge success! Consequently, a couple of months ago, when the planning process began for this year's last-day-of-school celebration began, I knew that I wanted to work with BuzzBus once again! So, I simply emailed Dave the owner who, once again, emailed me the easy-to-complete digital contract, and, "voila!", with just a few simple keystrokes and mouse clicks, we were all booked! Again, I can't stress enough how incredibly easy it is to complete the online reservation form and book a BuzzBus! The evening itself was incredible! When the top-of-the-line, 25-passenger party bus rolled into the parking lot (shortly after the students left), all of the teacher passengers erupted into applause! As was the case a year ago, the BuzzBus was truly incredible! From the comfortable seating and remarkable sound system to the spacious interior and illuminated dancer's pole, this vehicle had it all! If you are thinking about getting a traditional limo sedan from any number of here-today-gone-tomorrow, one-vehicle-in-their-fleet limousine companies, do yourself a favor and DON'T! Only BuzzBus offers such friendly, ease-of-use customer service as well as a comprehensive stable of vehicles that are easy to stand up, move around, and dance in! Arguably the best part of the BuzzBus experience was Melissa, our driver for the past two years, who is over-the-top professional, patient, and kindhearted. I'm confident that all of the BuzzBus drivers are great, but I was thrilled when I learned that Melissa would be at the wheel again for this recent excursion! The day after our trip, I received more phone calls and text messages from my coworkers telling me how great the entire BuzzBus experience was. I'm already thinking about next June's BuzzBus outing and, fingers crossed, we are hoping to take not one buy TWO vehicles because so many more teachers want to come! Thanks again to Dave, Melissa, and the entire BuzzBus staff! You guys are the best! Sincerely, Eric read more

This is a fantastic company I've been working for them since 2013 and the buses are phenomenal! If you are going to rent a party bus this will be the company you would want to go with because there is no better choice. The owner is a great guy and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your trip! The drivers are really nice too and also go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic trip what else can I say but go with buzz bus as you will not regret it!! read more

I am a teacher at a local middle school and to celebrate our last day of school, myself and nearly two-dozen fellow teachers took a 25-passenger BuzzBus to Foxwoods. The entire experience - from the day I first visited the website until the moment we stepped off the bus at the end of the night was absolutely without flaw! Working with the owner Dave could not have been easier. He readily responded to all of my email questions and carefully explained the entire process to me. I'm the kind of person who tends to focus on the negative aspects of things when planning a family vacation or a group outing like this, but I truly can't find one single thing that I was unhappy with in regard to this entire BuzzBus celebration! The billing process was so simple. I was sent an easy-to-use link to pay an initial deposit online and then another one a few days before our excursion to pay the final balance. The night itself was truly AMAZING!!!! Melissa was our driver and she was so great!! As far as the vehicle itself, let me just say that the BuzzBus was even more incredible than I imagined! It was so remarkably clean and comfortable, and the sound system - which came complete with a commercial-free Spotify account run off of an on-board touch-screen system - was the best I've ever heard in a vehicle! Every single teacher who attended this celebration agreed that the highlight of the night was NOT actually hanging out at Foxwoods, but rather the BuzzBus trip there and back home!! We hope to make this an annual last-day-of-school event! Thanks again to Dave, Melissa, and the entire BuzzBus staff for an unbelievable afternoon/evening that we won't soon forget!! We will DEFINITELY do this again next June!! Sincerely, Eric read more

Highly recommend! The Buzz Bus was a great surprise for everyone at the party and added such a fun vibe that wouldn't have been achieved by any other form of transportation for a fun night out. Dave was great to work with, the driver was accommodating, and the whole experience was great. read more

As a passenger, not the one who coordinated or paid for the bus, I had a great experience. Responsible, friendly and professional driver. He was well dressed and greeted every one of us in and off the bus for our 2 hour drive around Boston. The bus was clean and new. New leather interior. Cool floor lights. Light up stripper pole too lol. No bathroom on the bus though. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I do not recommend using this company!! This was booked months ago, and was assured everything was all set days before the event. I had reserved a bus for my sisters bachelorette party. Contract was signed, deposit paid, bus was PAID IN FULL, only to find out THE DAY OF THE EVENT (and to make it better, a half an hour before the pick up time) that they were unable to come and pick us up. At this point it was too late to try and call other bus companies to find another way, leaving us to have to drive. I was excited to use this service, but after this first experience. I highly doubt I will ever again. read more

Matt was the liaison I dealt with booking through BuzzBus. He was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. John was our driver and he was great! He was on time at the pick up site, got us to Providence promptly and safe (with a couple bathroom stops on the way). He drove us as close as he could to the clubs entrances (we went to Studio Lounge and then The Colosseum), not even a 2 minute walk! At the end of the night, he made sure everyone was good to drive home, he offered to drop anyone off at home that couldn't drive. Solid dude! Great company. Definitely booking through them again. **Edit: this company was the best priced that I found for what I was looking for. No hidden fees, the prices on their website are what you will pay (except the tip, you add on the tip yourself) read more

BuzzBus helped us get our wedding party and wedding guests to and from in May 2021 and were fantastic! As a bride I was worried about every last detail, but this company was one I didn't have to give another thought. They were on top of everything and made everyone feel safe and taken care of. I highly recommend them! read more

We used buzz bus to provide us with transportation for a birthday scavenger hunt and found the price, quality of vehicle and driver, and ease of the overall booking process to be top notch. Matt who coordinates the booking was great to work with, provided any information you needed and easily explained how things worked. The bus itself was fantastic, we had the 15 person one which also came with lots of cool lighting fixtures/effects, comfortable seating, a light up cooler, and an iPad attacked to a speaker system. Everything appeared to be very new and well cared for. Our group had a truly fantastic time and that was mostly due to our amazing driver Karen. Karen was friendly and professional throughout and was an absolute pleasure! Could not more highly recommend Karen or buzz bus! read more

HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE!!! I had reserved a 30 passenger bus for the 30th B-Day of my friend and roommate. We had the guest list up and ready to go. Contract was signed, deposit paid... only to find out THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT that they didn't have a bus available and that they had scheduled the reservation one day earlier than the date specified on the contract (which I have a copy of and posted a picture of on Facebook). So on the day before the event, we were left scrambling at 6pm trying to find a replacement. Lucky for us we found a place in RI that had a 24 passenger Escalade available. I was excited to use this service, but after this first experience. I highly doubt I will ever again short of them providing a free reservation. read more

BuzzBus was so much fun. Our driver Skip was so helpful with the music and so nice. They arrived early and we took some pictures and then we were off to Newport. Brought on a cooler and snacks. Danced and sang songs. Can't wait to do it again. read more

Called numerous companies looking for transportation to and from a patriots game for our group. BuzzBus was very easy to deal with and had very reasonable prices. No hidden fees. Everything was clearly explained up front. We were lucky enough to have Karen as our driver and she was absolutely outstanding. Our entire group was so glad we chose BuzzBus and even happier that we had Karen as our driver! read more

I shopped around for a bus for my friend's bachelor party & BuzzBus was the best option hands down. Yes, their rate may be a little higher but well worth the price. The bus is well designed, great sound system & lots of space. It felt like being inside our own private nightclub for the night! Yes the bus was perfect but what made everything even better was the staff. From the sales rep I worked with to book it, to the driver & even the nice email I received from the CEO...I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was able to communicate openly with Matt during the booking process & he responded in a very timely manner. The driver was extremely friend & accommodating; we changed the pick-up spot a few times & he responded very quickly via text to the changes. He was punctual at pick-up & friendly the entire time. It was very important to us that our friend have a great night & boy did he ever. Thank you BuzzBus for everything you did for that night! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to book a bus! read more

If I can give this over 5 stars I would! Matt was the person in charge of our bus! He was so prompt and efficient! He was very accommodating! The prices are great! They even provided ice and cups upon request! Ashley was our driver and she did an excellent job! She made bathroom pit stop for the ladies and was such a pleasure! Please everyone if you are looking for a party bus for any event, book buzz bus! You will not be sorry! read more

My go-to party bus company! Drivers are always kind and light hearted. Buses themselves come clean and include many features (iPad for your own music, great lights, coolers). Fairly priced. read more

Last night was my bachelorette party and my girls rented a BuzzBus! It was amazing and so much fun but the service we had from our driver was exceptional! Andrew was such a gentleman and stopped at a rest stop on our way to Boston as a courtesy bathroom break, no one even asked he just assumed! He drove us into Boston and since it was freezing cold and we had to wait in line at the bar we didn't know if we should bring our coats in or leave on the bus...Andrew suggested we all wear our coats and as we were being let into the bar, wave him down with our phones and he would run out and grab them for us so we wouldn't have to pay for coat check! The bus itself was clean and spacious and equipped with a convenient Bluetooth system! Highly recommend getting a buzzbus for your next event!! read more

We had so much fun using BuzzBus for our annual Mom Pub Crawl! The bus was amazing and our driver Karen was the best! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Would highly recommend! read more

We recently booked Buzz Bus for a bachelor party after seeing one of their vehicles out in Providence. I would highly recommend Buzz Bus to anyone looking for a great ride for a night out. I dealt primarily with Matt who was great! He always responded to my emails within 24 hours (usually less) and was great in answering all our questions. The bus arrived on time, was exactly as pictured on the website- very clean, and a fun party atmosphere. We will definitely be using Buzz Bus again in the future! read more

Highly recommend anyone with big group looking to have a fun night. My group decided to do this as a work holiday party to make things more fun than the traditional party. I found Buzz Bus on Yelp and after messaging several companies, Dave was the quickest and most helpful that got back to me. Dave made it so easy to coordinate the bus, especially with a group of 25 people. We took the Bus down to the Providence area. Our driver, Karen, was absolutely amazing with energy that matched my work friends who really enjoyed the night out. Karen was amazing in telling us our ETA for several different places. The bus was awesome with a fantastic stereo system, leather seats, lights, and some even had fun up on the pole. Can't say enough of how clean the bus was when it came to pick us up! We are still talking about this night a month later. Next year we already plan on doing the bus again and will certainly be using Buzz Bus and hopefully getting Karen as our driver again! read more

I can't say enough good things about BuzzBus! From start to finish they were responsive and professional. Dave was available by email for the many questions I had along the way and even on the day of. Karen was our driver and she truly made the trip. We had 25 people on a bus for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and she made multiple stops for bathroom breaks and even drove us to a very busy brewery and made accommodations to swing the bus back around to the entrance so we could load the bus up with our purchases. After we were ready to go home she was right there waiting for us. She was friendly and fun! The bus itself was amazingly clean and the sound system was awesome with access to Spotify and multiple phone chargers on board. Also the most affordable company I found. Don't think twice- book BuzzBus for your next event and you will be extremely happy! Thanks again Dave and Karen! We will be seeing you guys again! read more

This was the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life. The driver was 2 hours late. He ran off the road and had to be towed out. Because he was 2 hours late the driver was driving so fast that we all fell over numours times and had bruises all over our body. The company then barely gave me any money back since they had to pay for the towing, which I believe should not have effected me at all. I would never use this company again and neither will the 40 people who were present on the bus. read more
