Being a middle school teacher is the best job in the world, but there are days that can be a real challenge. As such, when the last day of school rolls around every June, it is truly a reason to celebrate! For the past two years, myself and a couple dozen of my fellow educators have commemorated this end-of-school year milestone by taking a 25-passenger BuzzBus to Foxwoods! It is truly the highlight of our year. (It is Christmas morning, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July all rolled into one!) When we employed BuzzBus in June of 2022, the process could not have run smoother. Consequently, a couple of months ago, when the planning process began for this year's last-day-of-school celebration began, I knew that I wanted to work with BuzzBus once again! When the top-of-the-line, 25-passenger party bus rolled into the parking lot (shortly after the students left), all of the teacher passengers erupted into applause! I am a teacher at a local middle school and to celebrate our last day of school, myself and nearly two-dozen fellow teachers took a 25-passenger BuzzBus to Foxwoods. The entire experience - from the day I first visited the website until the moment we stepped off the bus at the end of the night was absolutely without flaw! Working with the owner Dave could not have been easier. He readily responded to all of my email questions and carefully explained the entire process to me. I'm the kind of person who tends to focus on the negative aspects of things when planning a family vacation or a group outing like this, but I truly can't find one single thing that I was unhappy with in regard to this entire BuzzBus celebration! The billing process was so simple. I was sent an easy-to-use link to pay an initial deposit online and then another one a few days before our excursion to pay the final balance. The night itself was truly AMAZING!!!! Melissa was our driver and she was so great!! As far as the vehicle itself, let me just say that the BuzzBus was even more incredible than I imagined! It was so remarkably clean and comfortable, and the sound system - which came complete with a commercial-free Spotify account run off of an on-board touch-screen system - was the best I've ever heard in a vehicle! Every single teacher who attended this celebration agreed that the highlight of the night was NOT actually hanging out at Foxwoods, but rather the BuzzBus trip there and back home!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I do not recommend using this company!! This was booked months ago, and was assured everything was all set days before the event. I had reserved a bus for my sisters bachelorette party. Contract was signed, deposit paid, bus was PAID IN FULL, only to find out THE DAY OF THE EVENT (and to make it better, a half an hour before the pick up time) that they were unable to come and pick us up. At this point it was too late to try and call other bus companies to find another way, leaving us to have to drive. I was excited to use this service, but after this first experience. Matt was the liaison I dealt with booking through BuzzBus. He was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. John was our driver and he was great! He was on time at the pick up site, got us to Providence promptly and safe (with a couple bathroom stops on the way). He drove us as close as he could to the clubs entrances (we went to Studio Lounge and then The Colosseum), not even a 2 minute walk! At the end of the night, he made sure everyone was good to drive home, he offered to drop anyone off at home that couldn't drive. Solid dude! Great company. Matt who coordinates the booking was great to work with, provided any information you needed and easily explained how things worked. The bus itself was fantastic, we had the 15 person one which also came with lots of cool lighting fixtures/effects, comfortable seating, a light up cooler, and an iPad attacked to a speaker system. Everything appeared to be very new and well cared for. Our group had a truly fantastic time and that was mostly due to our amazing driver Karen. HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE!!! I had reserved a 30 passenger bus for the 30th B-Day of my friend and roommate. We had the guest list up and ready to go. Contract was signed, deposit paid... only to find out THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT that they didn't have a bus available and that they had scheduled the reservation one day earlier than the date specified on the contract (which I have a copy of and posted a picture of on Facebook). So on the day before the event, we were left scrambling at 6pm trying to find a replacement. Lucky for us we found a place in RI that had a 24 passenger Escalade available. I was excited to use this service, but after this first experience. I highly doubt I will ever again short of them providing a free reservation. read more

Last night was my bachelorette party and my girls rented a BuzzBus! It was amazing and so much fun but the service we had from our driver was exceptional! Andrew was such a gentleman and stopped at a rest stop on our way to Boston as a courtesy bathroom break, no one even asked he just assumed! He drove us into Boston and since it was freezing cold and we had to wait in line at the bar we didn't know if we should bring our coats in or leave on the bus...Andrew suggested we all wear our coats and as we were being let into the bar, wave him down with our phones and he would run out and grab them for us so we wouldn't have to pay for coat check! Our driver, Karen, was absolutely amazing with energy that matched my work friends who really enjoyed the night out. Karen was amazing in telling us our ETA for several different places. This was the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life. The driver was 2 hours late. He ran off the road and had to be towed out. Because he was 2 hours late the driver was driving so fast that we all fell over numours times and had bruises all over our body. The company then barely gave me any money back since they had to pay for the towing, which I believe should not have effected me at all. I would never use this company again and neither will the 40 people who were present on the bus. read more
